My husband and I went in maybe around an hour before closing. We ordered a significant amount of food. The employees did well with taking care of us. Having worked many years ago in the fast food industry, I know it can be annoying when customers come in close to closing time although 15 minutes before closing would be really bad! The reason for the 3 star rating for the food is not that it tasted bad. It is all the grease that comes with it which I realize probably helps the taste. Yes, it is a vicious circle.

Great pit stop with the family. Plenty of room to park the camper in the parking lot beside it. Food was fresh. Staff was so nice. In and out pretty quick.Dietary restrictions: I had the salmon, great gluten free optionKid-friendliness: Cute decorations, great food options for kids, reasonable prices too

The service was completely fine, but I've never been so disappointed in a meal. The fish and chicken both seemed old and were definitely over cooked. Completely rubbery. Even the hush puppies were rock hard. The meat was so rubbery and tough our Chihuahua wouldn't even eat it after I tore it up. I don't believe I've ever left a bad review anywhere, but wow.

Kind of disappointed, I ordered the chicken tenders and the crumbs.My chicken was old and not crispy. It also left grease on my fingers when I put it down and the fries were not fresh and hot.If the fries are not hot and the chicken is cold and greasy, the meal is not going to be good.I was so excited to get the chicken planks because when they are fresh, they are the bomb.Unfortunately, when they are cold and greasy, they are the bomb in a different way.I don't know if I will ever be back. it was such a major disappointment when you were expecting something great!

Excellent Food !! I purchased a 8 piece all fish meal for my family and not only was the staff extremely nice but the food was hot and fresh. I will definitely go there again.

Had not eaten there in quite a while and was craving some fish. Bought the mid size family meal and about swallowed my tongue when it cost $39.99!!! The size of the fish and chicken pieces are considerably smaller and mostly breading. Hush puppies are smaller too. Slaw was ok. Green beans tasted like they were poured from a can, not seasoned well at all.

Fish had too thick of batter but otherwise food was ok. The restroom smell was strong enough that I could smell it by the drink station so that wasn't pleasant.

The customer service was absolutely wonderful however the food was not that great. The shrimp was incredibly fishy tasting did not taste like good shrimp. I don't blame the store I think it's corporate that is getting cheaper product. I've had this at another Long John Silver's also on our trip

It was ok. The employee forgot to give a cup, then when I told them the ice was empty,, the 2 employees up front ignored me. Bathrooms were gross and the womens room doesn't lock. Most definitely WON'T be back

Took forever to get thru drive thru even tho they had 3 ppl working and I only ordered 2 meals and I’m serious it was like 30 or 40 minutes. The car ahead of me gets handed one bag????? Then we finally get our food and they didn’t put the sauce I asked for in the bag so to avoid waiting another 40 minutes for sauces I just walked up to the drive thru window then the boy that was in the window I scared the 💩outta him. I will not be coming back to top it all off the tea we ordered was soured and the breading on my fish wasn’t all the way cooked so it was doughy and gross.

They changed the batter and doesn't have the flavor it use to...kinda bland. Had run out of Cole slaw...not good.Kid-friendliness: Food was ok but people were very nice,helpful and friendly

Good location. The staff is very friendly and they took good care of us. Food was up in a minute and it was delicious. I will definitely return. 5 stars!!

LJS has been around for a long time. I really like this location. Seems like they take the time to do things right. I always get a good meal here. I make frequent road trips up and down US 35 and stop here often. I would recommend this place to anyone. They have fish and seafood. Good corn on the cob too.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to say great job to the only 2 guys working this evening. They were busy especially in the drive thru, but very friendly and calm to everyone that came inside to dine.
