My elderly friend and I arrived at the door at exactly 5 pm. We needed a drain tailpiece for my friend’s bathroom sink. Woman at door would not allow us to buy one, and in fact was very rude to my friend. I understand that quitting time is quitting time, but it would have not taken 2 minutes to make that transaction, and the woman was extremely rude. She lost 2 customers today.

Great local hardware, a lot items for projects and building... 9 out of 10 times, they have what I need without going to do it center, Lowes or home Depot

The girl at this fine establishment was very helpful, I believe her name was Mandy. Thanks I will be back, and possibly ask her if she is single or if she would maybe come work for me, hey, can't blame a huy for trying, the good ones are few and far between.
