Pharmacy staff are always friendly and helpful. Been getting my meds here for the better part of a year and I can't say I'm disappointed at all. Atmosphere is always cozy and relaxed. The store staff are always friendly and helpful as well. I love shopping here so I don't have to drive 20 minutes to Mansfield to pick up some skincare products.

This pharmacy is ALWAYS behind, which isn’t necessarily a problem it’s a busy job I get it, but the staff in this pharmacy is by far the worst at customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve dealt with more rudeness and made felt like an inconvenience more times at this location than I’ve dealt with from any business in my life. The male pharmacist with the Amish hair cut is always flustered and rude. All jobs get busy, it doesn’t seem like he’s cut out to be behind that counter. Maybe he should try the other side of the store behind that counter would suit him better. Seriously considering switching to a new pharmacy. I cringe every time one of my medicines run out. Do better.

Everytime my kids meds need filled they say they didn't get the script from the doctor or they say I haven't been there in months even thought I have brought in rhe old bottles proving this someone needs to do something bc my 10 yr old can't go with out his adhd meds he is very impulsive and could hurt himself or someone else bc of a split second decision this is insane

The pharmacy is absolutely horrible. My fiance has been told 3 times that her prescription will be in the next day. The last time they said that we waited an extra day to be safe and, wouldn't you know, "looks like they are on order for tomorrow." When a pharmacy can't be trusted to tell the truth, what good are they? If you call to check if it is in, they are rude, but then going up there when they say they will be in is wasted trip. Just horrible.Update:She went back up there the next day (today and a total of 4 times) and they told her the same thing. We are both changing pharmacies.

Once again! Went to urgent care with my boyfriend and our son and his mom and they sent everyone's prescriptions to rite aid, that was at 11:30 and this time we actually called to make sure of the time for pick up and they said 2pm. So we show up at 3 and they hadn't even filled them yet, was in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Never fails! I even bet my boyfriend that the prescriptions wouldn't be ready and he didn't believe me. He believes me now!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They always act like You're bothering them when you have a question about what your insurance covers or doesn't covers they always give me some kind of attitude and then tell me it's gonna be 20 minutes to 30 minutes before they can help me. I try and avoid this pharmacy as much as possible but my grandson had to have a medicine that my normal pharmacy did not have, So the doctor says "Rite Aid has the medicine I'm just going to send it there" so I had no choice but to use them this time but it's always a mistake when I do. His prescriptions had been there since 11 and I got there at 2:15 and I still had to wait!! What he said would be 20 minutes turned out to be 35 minutes this is the worst pharmacy you could possibly go to. I honestly don't know if they're just incompetent or just extremely slow or they just don't like working with people who knows but I hope to God I never have to come back

I will say over the years in my opinion the options for different products has greatly improved. Although this is our second time of going locally looking for a specific help/remedy for different ailments. The first time was for our five year old who had the flu. There was one medication to pick from and even that medication was for a bit older child. Today my husband went in to ask the pharmacist about a possible medication we needed and the pharmacist said he never heard of that condition before and told him to try a throat spray, which the store did not have. This is sometimes the trouble with shopping locally, the selection is small and at times no selection at all for the specific condition. The help is just not in our opinion as helpful as it potentially could be.

On 2 different visits my prescriptions were not ready well after the time stated that they would be. When I asked the reason for this I was told "We.re busy". No remorse or apology for this. The only reason for using them was the convenient location so I guess driving a little farther for better service is my next choice.

The employees here and at pharmacy are always pleasant and helpful. Although the pharmacy has given me wrong/important information before and has seem to went down hill a bit in personal service. But most the world has also.

Don't buy lottery tickets here. :)They'll accuse you of going through the trash when you throw them away, very loud and rudely, in front of other customers. First was Stephanie, now it was an elderly short haired lady. I'm not sure how you expect me to throw things away if I can't even pull the trash can out.

Very unhappy with this pharmacy. The red haired guy in the pharmacy (I believe he is a pharmacy technician) is consistently rude and discourteous. Every factual thing he's ever told us (for example the amount of copay that we owe) has turned out to be wrong. If I could give them zero stars I would.

The staff in the pharmacy is rude especially the redheaded guy and dark-haired woman who worked 12-23-2021 there was especially rude and hateful and there excuse for being rude is that was almost time for them to close up for the night. Your customer service skills don’t go out the window even when Its almost time to close!

A reputable pharmacy complete with a drive-through service. They also have many items for a casual shopper—snacks, drinks, some canned goods, seasonal favorites and so on. I’ve always had an easy and carefree experience at this Rite Aid.

Pharmacy workers are rude. Takes forever anymore I’m not sure as to why we provide rite aid with a phone number when they don’t let you know when your prescription is ready all and all it’s disappointing.

Pharmacy always has an issue with filling out scripts it always either a hf script or they don't have it at all and have to order it. I went there for 5 yrs and I recently switched to drug Mart.

Went to ER today got released at noon had a prescription for inhaler and they took almost 6 hours to fill prescriptions after my wife went in and talked to pharmacist we will be changing pharmacy after being there for 20 years this wasn’t first time neither
