The first thing we did when we bought our house was get the Invisible Fence installed. They were able to wire our whole 3 acre property so our dogs are able to enjoy all of it! Tom was great with the dogs while teaching us at the same time. They have also been very accommodating when we have foster dogs that spend time with us. Cory, who helped us today, was great as well. He gave us pointers on how to make the training positive and effective. With my husband as a dog handler and myself a veterinary technician, we have been extremely pleased with all the services they have provided. Every employee we have interacted with has been professional and courteous. This is a great service and we highly recommend this company. Thank you!

I have been an Invisible Fence customer since 2001. The service has always been excellent! Cory and Tom are awesome with dogs, and I totally trust their abilities as they have trained three dogs for us over these past 16 years! The techniques used for training dogs has changed over the years as technology has improved. The Perfect Start Training program is amazing! It allows our dogs' training to begin inside our house. The training is quick, easy and very stress free for our pets! I would totally recommend Invisible Fence of North Central Ohio!

After moving to a new home in Lexington, my wife and I grew tired of walking our 105lb bulldog around the yard on a leash every time he needed out. With our homeowners association not allowing fences, Invisible Fence seemed like a good option. We did have some concerns with our dogs size. Cory put those worries to rest on his first consultation. He was very upfront and honest about the whole process. After some training with our stubborn bulldog he is finally enjoying the entirety of his yard. Just as promised by Cory. I have had an invisible fence for about three years now that we purchased when we moved. The system works but it is expensive. I paid he price to protect my dogs. However after doing this now they dictate who I buy batteries from. The batteries are very expensive so I purchased them online that were compatible. I have two dogs and two collars the collar that is less than 1 year old quit working and they voided the warranty because I did not buy their batteries! The batteries fit and worked fine and we're more affordable. I was never told this either. Now I am out close to 300$ for this collar.

Tom came out and did our install. He was friendly and informative and really helped make us feel at ease with the product. We moved from the city with a fenced in yard to open land in the country and was really nervous about this big change for our pups. The training they provided along side the install was seamless and the pups adjusted absolutely great. If you’re looking at invisible fence options definitely give them a call, you will be well taken care of!

After 20+ years with having fences installed for our dogs we decided to try the Invisible Fence. WOW!!! What a difference!!! We no longer have to mow, trim, or landscape around fencing that takes away from the look of our lawn, we are able to keep the beautiful view AND have our dogs contained!!! We are ecstatic that this has worked as great as it has. The inside the home training prior to the actual installation showed us the "humane" side of training. The dogs learned very quickly and from a Tuesday to a Saturday when the fencing was installed, the dogs did GREAT!!! By Saturday they already knew to avoid the area and with all the follow up visits by Corey we have been able to allow the dogs the freedom they desire and deserve! Corey has returned 1-2 times each week checking the status of the collars and the fencing. Tom's explanation at installation completely told us everything we needed to know to monitor the entire yard. It is with complete training for both the dogs and us!!! I am so pleased that the "fence" people understand that the dogs are part of the family and we wish to keep them safe from harm, but not by abusing them. The entire process has went smoothly and completely without apprehension and fear for both the dogs and us!!!The cost is well worth the end result!!1 Seeing the dogs run in the yard happy and free is priceless!!! I researched the product ahead of time, so I knew the cost that I was getting into.It is pricey, I guess...but for me, I’m paying for what I receive: my dogs stay in my yard, service for a year, and training of my dogs.I also like that if the dogs break through the fence, they can get back in without being punished.

We went to an invisible fence system recently after trying and failing with other products. I can honestly tell you it was a wonderful decision. Our 4 dogs picked right up on it and have stayed safe and sound. (Even our problem child!) Well worth it! Tom and Cory are wonderful and available for you any time it seems with answers to questions. Anyone with a large yard and dogs the invisible fence is a must have. The install is easy , the training is easy.. the call in center has real speaking people, and the two guys Cory and Tom that came to my house we're top notch at their job professional and on time.I don't write reviews usually only on things that impress me and I was skeptical about the fence but now life is good no worries . dogs are safe 👍

Ever since I was little, I always knew I wanted to work with animals. I grew up with them as a child. Unfortunately, my first dog Molly was hit and killed on our busy highway. We had a cheaper off brand fence, but it did not work and she ran right through it all the time and it didn’t give her a warning or zap her. I rescued my dog Milo 3 years ago and the same thing happened to him. He was always kept inside by the previous owners and if not inside, they kept him on a chained leash outside to prevent him from running off. This past year in June, I adopted my Blue Heeler mix, whom I named Thea. When I brought her home at 8 weeks, she was running everywhere and started going towards the front of the house, near the road. I decided that I was not going to go through the pain and heartache of losing another dog due to a street, so my dad and I found the Invisible Fence website. My uncle and a family friend recommended Invisible Fence, since they use it for their dogs. This product has been AMAZING and Thea learned as a puppy where her boundary line was. She has plenty of room to run and “herd” sticks. As a veterinary technician, I plan to recommend this product to anyone that wants to avoid their four-legged pooch from taking off! Nice people. Product way over priced. No negotiation. I was really busy with work. To install the fence myself so I paid for it. The product works great. I got two more dogs and it’s going to be $800 for two more collars.I bought a system off Amazon at my last house that worked great. It was a fraction of the cost and the collars were $75 apiece.I could control the strength while I was training my dogs. Don’t get me wrong this is a great product if you have a lot of money but it’s not worth it.

I have used other systems for my dogs such as wireless systems and they didn't perform well as our dogs either didn't respond or it didn't operate as expected. My wife and I bought a house with a good amount of land well off a busy state route. Our dogs have roamed around near the road a few times. Using a remote collar was only effective if we were able to be outside with the dogs.Having a child and one on the way my wife and I were looking for a solution that would allow our four dogs to enjoy the outdoors while giving us the piece of mind that they would be safe. I contacted Invisible Fence after seeing one of their vehicles traveling down the road.I was interested in what the price would be after looking into their products on the website. We set up a consultation. Tom arrived at our house and looked at our property as well as understanding what we were looking to accomplish. Tom was very respectful and professional offering the willingness to assist our needs. We were concerned about the price at first, but after considering the cost of other options, safety for our pets, and the luxury of having the dogs enjoy the outdoors without having to be supervised all the time, made it was worth the cost.After the initial training I was surprised at how our dogs responded. The fence was installed and Tom conducted the training outside. I was impressed how quickly the dogs responded to the containment of the fence in conjunction with the training that Tom conducted. It was a very pleasant experience.Tom was willing to take a call for concern of how my dogs were reacting to the fence a few days after the install and assisted me with things to try. The dogs reacted just as he explained. Tom made the experience a pleasant and easy one. His professionalism, respect, and willingness to help is a fine example of what customer service should be. He explained everything he was doing and how the system worked as he went through the steps. The assurance exceeded our expectations.Having the ability to contact him anytime we need something and his quickness to respond makes the experience that much better. Here's my story and why I rate this company as high as do.My dogs ran out of my front door at roughly 930pm. We looked for several hours to locate with no success. I was woken up about 330am because I heard noise. I opened my door to find my dogs on the road as several coyotes were howling and getting closer. I was able to get my dogs in with no trouble. About 9am I got a knock on the door. My neighbors dog was attacked and she was on the way to the vet. My dog was seen over there. I was put in the position of not only being forced to make the decision of putting one of my dogs down but getting rid of my second dog unless I did something. I made a phone call and Cory was here the following day to discuss options. My boyfriend refused to listen. It was going to be cheaper to just get rid of my dog. But to me he was my baby and I couldn't just let him go. Cory understood where I was coming from and understood that money was tight and worked with me on price. I made the choice to go forward and was told it would be two weeks before install. I could not wait, so I told my story to Cory and he finally realized why there was such a need and rush. He and Tom where here the next day installing my fence. We did an quick session with my dog that night and one two days later. I have had to have them back out twice. Once to modify my fence, my dog figured out where it went into our house and pulled it off the house and out of the ground. The last time was to adjust the strength. Each time was a pleasure to work with both Cory and Tom. I have had my fence now for 6 months and my whole family agrees it was one of the best choices we made.Thanks Cory for all your help and we will be seeing you soon for collar number two.

Our vet suggested we get an Invisible Fence system when I told her I was worried about the dogs running all over the place, but I didn't want them to spend their days in crates waiting on us to come home from work. We have two medium sized dogs and we live in the country. I was hoping they would stay around our house and barn when we weren't home, but instead they ran everywhere. I was worried they would get hit by a car, or bother the neighbors, but I refused to put them in crates all day. My husband and I bought a Pet Safe fence at Menard's and he installed it, but it was full of problems. The wire was thin and broke easily. It shorted out during wet, snowy weather. Because the PetSafe fence isn't as smart as the Invisible Fence, it shocks dogs that are trying to come home! My dogs would sit in the neighbors yard and cry, then I had to take the collars off and DRAG them back across the line. Corey Miley told me Invisible Fence was better and he was SO RIGHT! He installed it and he trained the dogs. I couldn't believe he would spend his time training our dogs, but he did. He fine tuned the warning vibrations and mild shock so that even our stubborn dog quickly learned where it was not safe to go. We have had or system almost 3 years and we haven't had to have it serviced once! We subscribe to the battery service, so the new batteries come in the mail when it's time to change them, which is awesome. We initially thought the system was a little pricey, but it has been worth every dime. I love that the dogs can be outside where they want to be, and they can protect our home, too! Call Corey and get an Invisible Fence installed. You will be able to stop worrying about the safety of your dogs.

We got our first Australian Shepherd puppy in 2017. He quickly became a part of our family but we always hated that he couldn't just get out and run. We have 5 acres of land, mostly wooded with about 1 acre cleared. The pup wasn't great at his recall commands yet and the woods had poison ivy, burs, and critters to distract him so we didn't like him running out in the woods. We decided to get invisible fence installed December of that year as our christmas gift to ourselves, not realizing what an awesome gift it would be. The installation and training were expertly done and we were able to customize where the fence went so it followed the natural edges of our woods. We knew our pup was capable of staying in the fence after the last training. Let me just say, it was night and day behavior wise for our dog. He was calmer and happier because he could go out and run whenever he wanted and we didn't worry. Two years later he is still a happy boy and has only broken through the barrier once, quickly remembering and coming back. We have a new Aussie puppies now and we are getting him trained with the fence. Today was the first day we've let him have free reign of the property with his collar on...and his demeanor is so much calmer. Just like that...he's becoming better mannered and happy as can be. I can't recommend getting an Invisible Fence highly enough. Seeing your dog get to run and be a dog is the best feeling...and knowing they are safe while running is even better!

My son's beloved dog was tragically hit on our busy country road and had to be put down bc of a broken back. The same week that happened, I called Invisible Fence. I had an Invisible Fence installed within a couple weeks so our new puppy would be safe. I am super excited that our dogs are learning so quickly. It's been way easier than I had even imagined. I am also very pleased at the ease of use of the inside disc to teach the dogs to stay out of the trash and out of the cat food dishes!I had my veterinarian out to the farm and he noticed my Invisible Fence flags and sign in my yard... Come to find out he also uses Invisible Fence for his own pets! What a great testament to this company!Corey and Tom have been a wealth of knowledge and so very helpful and supportive. I admit I was a little skeptical but no more. Greatest investment we've made for our furbaby! Harley is an always on the go beagle who is hard headed. We seen a dramatic change in her behavior just with the inside training. I was afraid she'd be hard to train with the fence since she is so stubborn. Training was easy! She is calmer and loves her freedom. I can't say enough good things about Tom and Corey. Excellent guys who love their jobs! Thanks Invisible Fence for making us all happy!

I was literally at my wit's end in my efforts to contain two very crafty Great Pyrenees dogs with wandering souls. Apparently, 4 fenced acres was not enough to satisfy their need to roam.I had tried many options including the PetSafe brand of invisible fence with zero positive results. They still escaped. Every one of my neighbors knew the dogs and my cell was constantly ringing with updates of "Your dogs are out. Again!" I felt like a prisoner to my yard having to constantly monitor the dogs always on high alert for the next escape.As a measure of last resort I called Corey with Invisible Fence of North central Ohio and relayed my plight. As I recounted my frustrations Corey listened, concerned not only for my peace of mind but for the safety of my adventure seeking pups. When I finished he confidently said, "I think we can help."Invisible Fence was installed around the complete perimeter of our 4 acre yard allowing the dogs to fully roam the property. Collars were fitted and tested for both dogs. Corey was in constant contact throughout the process and regularly follows up to make sure the dogs are respecting the boundary. Adjustments to the correction level each collar provides have been made as necessary.I'm happy to report that in the 4 months since instillation I've had zero calls from my neighbors. The dogs are content to stay home and I am now free to leave whenever I want.I cannot recommend Invisible Fence Brand highly enough!

We are very pleased with our experience with Invisible Fence for our boxers. Corey and Tom answered all our questions and explained in a way we understood exactly what they meant. This experience has given not only our boxers Rebel and Baylee more freedom but has also given us more well behaved boxers then we already had. This by far is the greatest investment I have ever made for my dogs. I have two hunting dogs a German shorthaired pointer and a English setter both with incredible prey drive. Now no matter what they see they will not chase it past the perimeter of the fence. The best part of all they get to be outside all afternoon and evening making them much more behaved at night in the house. I enjoy being outside with them now and have zero stress worrying they will run off. Cory and Tom were also fantastic to work with and you can tell they care about the dogs safety and well being. Corey was amazing to work with. He was always available by phone/text for questions and came out on multiple occasions to help us out. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. We had trouble with our dog going through the fence. He didn't seem bothered by the "zap."
