Exceptional store! Very neat and organized, kind and helpful employees not only to me but my little guy as well. If you are a cross stitcher you absolutely must visit the craft area of the store. Wonderful selection of supplies! Easy to shop and navigate. Will definitely be back!

I enjoy shopping here. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. If I can't find what I'm looking for or more likely don't know what I need to accomplish my project - I just ask. They have it all from great paint to beautiful candles and everything in between. Stop by, you'll be glad you did. And I love not having to run to Mansfield!!

Friendly staff, surprisingly large selection of items. Ran out of Chalked paint purchased elsewhere and the staff was enthusiastic to gain product knowledge, even consulting with their sales rep to assist us since they hadn't yet sold any in the new line they now carry. Don't overlook them and presume you'll have to go to a big box store- they might just have what you need!

What a pleasant store to walk through and pick up one’s diy supplies. The staff is great and friendly and their service is impeccable. Whenever I’ve asked for a specific item I haven’t been pointed to where it is, I’ve been taken to where to find it. Clean and orderly.

They are the worst with custom service they have no return policy post in store. So when you buy something beware don't open it they won't take it back for the right one. Hey Home Depot and Lowes both return things that have been opened and not used. Don't shop at this store. I would have gave it a minus 5 star if I could.

I love it here a lot.even though it's the only hardware store we have in galion,I'm grateful we have one. I strongly recommend to everyone that if they need anything heavy duty to go stop by true value first.the staff have been so goid to me over the years with my needs that I'm grateful for both the store and staff. I love picking the staff's brains about things because I always learn something new.I can tell the staff are like family because of their personalities. Over the years of shopping their store I've made good friends with the staff. They take good care of me when I shop there. And I love doing business with them too. And I can tell they enjoy going above and beyond helping their customers with their needs by their personalities and knowledge of what the customers need.

A great 3 Generation family ran business with excellent customer service. Most of their prices are better than Lowe's, Home Depot, or Menard's. If you live close to Galion it's better than running to Marion or Mansfield and if you price check you'll see the difference for yourself.

I love Poland true value hardware store.anything I need heavy duty I go to only this store.the staff have been so helpful and good to me over the years that I'm grateful for the store and staff.the staff are so knowledgeable with my needs that it's cool and amazing.i love their personalities.i strongly recommend anybody and everybody who needs anything heavy-duty go only to this store.

Purchased a few ladders for work and their prices were a little more than half of what big box stores and other hardware stores wanted. Got 3 ladders for the same price as what the longest ladder cost at big box store.

Horrible customer service. Went in there for help with plumbing and the older guy was really rude, argued with me, and told me the part I was returning was broke. I returned it how I bought it. Talked down to me because I didn't know much about dishwasher parts. I will not be going back there.
