Thank you for making our new fur baby feel better!! If I could give 10 stars I would! Only place to get us in right away, everyone else was going to make us wait 4 more days!They were concerned about our new puppies symptoms and made time for him. He was laying around and not doing much and in pain with his back since we picked him up from the breeder, it was such a scary thing but Galion Veterinary Hospital helped our new little one and were very kind and welcoming! Now he’s back to playing and being a healthy puppy! Thank you all so much!

This is a fantastic vet for your fur babies! They healed my old guy through cancer and have been more about what my pets needs vs the money they can make. They know that I will go to great lengths to take care of my boys and yet they have not once taken advantage of that! When I added a new member to our family just before Christmas, they took these holiday pics of my little one and surprised me with them via text when I was already home! I love these guys! You and your pet will too!

I had two other vets that suggested we put our dog down we took him to the galion veteranary hospital they had him alot better in a week they gave us a couple more years with him and for that I am truly grateful he lived till he was nineteen this is the only place we will evertake our pets anymore

I took my dog there who was extremely sick. My dog died on the the table in the office. She swallowed a toy and it was an emergency. They charged me the emergency bill. I left there with no dog and a 250 dollar bill. I never received a card with her paw print on it or her remains as I was told I would. Terrible place and I would never recommend them or go back. I wish I could 0 out of 5 stars but I can’t.

All I can say is animals are expensive. They took care of everything when my cat died. I would go back if it was my time but I might be to big to fit in their urns. Very professional and understanding.

I have had a great experience with vet and staff alike. They offer compassionate knowledgeable care. When the time comes to lay your pet to rest they are especially kind. I really appreciate the excellent care for my pets.

When my cat, Stitch, ended up with an abscessed bite on his neck, they were very helpful and responded quick in getting him into an appointment. They were so helpful with my finances and threw in a discounted neuter. I love this place!

This place is infuriating to deal with. Can’t give a reminder call to save their lives. Refuse to fix their phones so they may or may not work.. for years! Unconcerned with post spaying surgery of dogs, internal bleeding seeping out occasionally and told to go to Columbus to fix it if it got worse. Don’t go here. If you’re late too many times from their made up strike system “you need to find another vet” oh and remember no reminder calls and phones work some of the time for them.

They will not return my calls I already paid for my cat to get his urine tested and no one is picking me up or calling me back. I paid 50 dollars. If no one calls me back that's 50 dollars I'm out of. I will also go ask for a refund.

purely cash grab. i been there for 2 years spent hundreds on visits for pretty much the one same problem. allergies. they are useless. they either have no idea what they are doing or just want your money and do not care at all. i went to horizon and got everything sorted out in a month. they charge twice as much for a checkup as galion veterinary hospital does, but instead of paying a dozen times for the same problem, its one and done. they lie to you dont trust them! they gave me free donated stuff every now and then which is nice but thats anywhere you go. they are nice people, except the doctor, but its not enough.

They seemed very concerned about the health of pets and treated my dog almost like he was my kid. I felt comfortable with them taking care of my pets and they always fix them up and their tails are wagging when they leave!😁
