I love Galion Shampooch! Every visit we are welcomed with a smile. She takes the time to listen to what we want. My pup as a lot of anxiety issues around her face and eyes, which can make it difficult to go near them, (even from me with lots of desensitizing). They take care around her face to get it as good (which is usually perfect) as they can without making it a stressful situation for that day and future appointments. Fairly priced. Very kind and gentle. I would definitely recommend them!

We love Galion Shampooch. They take such great care of our fur baby for her usual grooming needs! We have had her stay about a handful of times in their newer villas and we couldn’t be happier. We receive picture and text updates while we’re gone and our pup comes home happy! The communication is great- she has even reached out for last minute cancellations to try and get us in!

Messaged over a week ago. They received message and read message. I have been completely ignored. Could have at least made up an excuse not to want to groom my dog. Would have been better than being snubbed.

We absolutely love Sarah and Jason. My dogs are very comfortable with her. Sarah takes very good care of them while they are there. I have a busy schedule with caring for a ill family member and she always is willing to work with my schedule to get the dogs in. A wonderful place for your dog grooming needs.

We took our grandpuppy here for the first time. The establishment is clean, and the owner is nice and seemed confident in what we asked for when specified a "teddy bear" cut on our Irishdoodle, and paid the extra fee for his breed. Once we got him home, we noticed his nails were untouched, there were parts of his mane and face that were not cut and were uneven. There are also places on his underbelly that had been shaved, and some had not been shaved. She stated he didn't like the clippers. Also had to give him another bath due to his hind end smelling foul. I would not recommend taking a doodle breed to this establishment.

Your pets will be in good hands with this lovely and professional staff! I’ve been going there for a few months, they do such a good job with my pug! She always comes out looking so cute & happy with her new bandana from Sarah! Definitely recommend!!

I had to take my labradoodle to a different location due to a family event at our normal groomer. Unfortunately, taking her to this place was not a good idea. She was washed, nails trim, and her hair was cut as instructed. However, the haircut was done poorly and not every inch of the dog is done. Her ears came back with mats, her nose was not fully trimmed, there are parts of her that look like they completely missed with the buzzer, and the worst was when she came home, she was walking funny and kept licking herself on her pee area around it. I have not had an experience yet with taking her to a groomer and her walking different when she came back. Now, she has been working on a specific area so much the past 2 days, that she is now starting to bleed. This place definitely was not worth our money and time.
