Treated rhaudely in the drive thru. Went to pickup a prescription and they had the wrong insurance info for the person who had the prescription. So they wanted to do a refund from several days before where I had paid for it. Well they asked if I had the card on me it was charged to. Well yes, I carry about 6 cards so all I wanted was the last numbers. Person got rude walked away and came back and had me sign something, well they put the credit on the wrong card God bless

We wanted to switch pharmacies and come here considering we have goodrx plus and no insurance it said it was the cheapest. We drove all the way to Galion to get it filled and the pharmacist even called and spoke with the Dr but still declined filling the prescription because, we've never been through them. She was very rude and her customer service skills was horrible. I'd give 0 stars if that were an option.

I don't even want to give this place 1star!! The worst place I have ever seen. Get your script called in at 9:30 AM AND CAN NOT GET IT TILL AFTER 2PM?? UGH?? THE OLDER LADY THAT WORKS THERE THAT NEVER EVER SMILES IS A TOTAL SNOB! I REALLY STARTED LIKEING LUKE BUT HE IS STARTING TO GET THE DISCOUNT DRUG BUG!!! I HATE FEELING THIS WAY ABOUT A PLACE I HAVE TO GO TO BUT DAMN.....I HAVE CALLED CORPORATE AND IT LOOKS LIKE I MIGHT HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN, DONT WANT TO THOU!! Anyone else feel the same way?

My cashier's name was Katy T. She didn't say a word to me and my significant other, and rolled her eyes even when spoken to. Also she was popping her gum rather loudly and seemed to have an attitude. If this is the great customer service I have constantly heard about at this location, than I'm highly disappointed. I would definitely have her take employee orientation again because she failed 100%. The older woman at the other register was very pleasant though, and spoke even though we weren't in her line.

Had I known it was common practice to send scripts out to a central location to be filled for a customer who has to take several medications, I would have chosen a different pharmacy upon moving to Galion. I was a Shelby DM customer for many years and though they had their issues, this wasn't one of them or even something I have ever heard of. I have been without meds since Thursday but they "HOPE" to have them tomorrow. 🙄 I will be looking for another pharmacy to service my scripts when refills are needed again.

Very professional staff. Deli has tried to get in Choc. Cream sticks in with white center, there ordering but not receiving them. I do not like the caviar fillings. Please get other kind in. Customers are waiting. Thanks.

1-4-23. I witnessed Cashier Traci A. Do an act of kindness today. An older lady in front of me didn't have enough cash to pay for her food items, this was not a few cents but a few dollar's. Traci A. got into her own purse and paid for the ladies shortage. Traci told the lady not to worry about it. Bless you Traci A.

Find a different Drug Mart! This is the worst one I have been in. Just the other day I went to the deli stood there for 5 minutes while one did nothing but talk to someone and the other stood there changing bowls item were in and not one time did either one said a word to me yet both looked at me and would then turn away and went back to what they were doing! I'll never go here again!

We've tolerated the many slow lines and miscommunications for a few years. Never once were we contacted about any insurance issues, pre authorizations, stocking issues, or delays. There were many. They were never able to get the alert system to text or call or email when a prescription is filled. The last straw was after waiting an extra day for an alert that never came, we called and they said it wasn't covered by insurance and it has a cost. Ok, but why didn't they call? Apparently it's not standard procedure to call about issues like that, nor when the item was filled. But wait, why did they claim they called us about it first then? Oh wait, now the item is actually covered by insurance with no cost. And the second one we were told wouldn't be in stock until tomorrow is magically available if I come pick it up right now. No resolution was offered, no excuse even given for why anything worked out that way, just asking if we would like to fill the prescription now that all the issues have been fixed. The issues that apparently weren't existent at all, then we're only problems with the way they operated, then magically there's no issue at all. I'm tired of fighting and waiting around an hour a week with this place.That's not even to mention the terrible demeanor of everyone working there and how dreadful of a place it must be if they can't even answer the phone with a hello, just 'what do you need.' as flat as can be.

I quit using DDM after 18 months of giving them the benefit of trying to get employees during COVID. But like other reviews it got to be more and more stressful trying to get my medications. They offer sync your meds so you only have to make one trip...to bad they can't /won't make that one call. When you ask them to check to make sure a medication is in the bag and they look on the computer and not in the bag itself...It's not just the pharmacy staff that is rude there are others as well. When you walk by a cashier who is "straightening" up the cards at the end of a isle and could get drunk just off the alcohol fumes. I called the main office and complained. After the last call and telling the gentleman that called that I was done with the Galion store, I haven't been back in the store and I won't go back. (Do not ask me to call the main office, been there, done that).

This was my second time going to drug mart. I brought my daughter and 6 yr old grandson with me. He was amazed. He said that this is the store we need to go to from now on because they have almost everything. He said the only things missing were Transformers toys and Paw Patrol toys. He loved this trip. The staff and customers were wonderful. My only suggestion is y'all need a better selection of organic whole milk. We usually get simple truth from kroger but are trying the brand you carry. I hope it agrees with his tummy. Thank you again for being here in Galion.

'plainclothes security' accused my home care aide and I of shoplifting. After emptying our purses, pockets & bag and providing our receipt he kept asking where we put the stolen items. Neither management or corporate offered an apology

I am so thankful to have Drug Mart in Galion. They have adapted to so many different situations here in town. They became practically our primary grocery store and really expanded their inventory quickly in order to fulfill so many needs. Great staff and they work hard to wait on us and to keep the shelves full!!! Management receptive to questions and concerns. Quickly adopted safety measures due to Covid 19 and now offer curbside pickup too. Reasonable prices, I take advantage of all e-coupons and weekly sales. Almost never have a price that doesn't reflect the sale which used to happen alot at previous grocery store, and if it does happen, they happily correct it. You can pay most utilities helping to alleviate concerns of late mail we are currently experiencing. A great bakery, deli, liquor store and decent seasonal clothing, some automotive supplies, hardware, school supplies- almost a one stop shop. And I was able to get my first Covid 19 vaccine without going out of town. Their program for vaccinations seems to be very well organized. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Please wear masks. I was there on August 2 and some staff had no masks, some had them down around their neck. Covid is really low in the area and it would be great to keep it that way. Not sure how comfortable I am with a drug store that staff selectively follows rules.

I don’t get the negative reviews some have posted. Drug Mart is a great store for meds, shopping, and last-minute items, with its convenient location. Have always received great service and been treated very well. I will continue to enjoy stopping by and giving no them my business!

If I could give the pharmacy a negative rating I would. Pharmacists are incredibly rude and lost my paper prescription I gave them, had the doctor call them for 14 more refills within the year. Picked up my prescription and when I went back a month later for a refill they said I was out and needed to consult my doctor. Changed immediately to RiteAid and haven’t had any problems yet.

This is being written during the pandemic. I normally have no problems with this store. The only con right now is that there are soooo many people coming in with no masks. Please help do your part and do like the rest of the state. Enforcement or no service. 😷 you can afford it. But we cannot.

We Galionites should all be thankful that we have this store! Galion is so lacking a nice BIG grocery store so Drug Mart, although small, fits this need avoiding running out of town! I DO FEEL the managers are doing their best to fulfill our needs here in Galion. Yes, sometimes the wait in line is awhile.......but that’s because THIS STORE is extremely busy most of the time! Drug Mart has very good sales. I only wish that EVERY Wednesday could be “Senior discount day” as it is in some area towns instead of once a month here.

The Galion,Ohio store & the employees continue to go above & beyond!! I am Always greeted with a smile & staff always quick to assist!! I would rate the store with 10 stars!!! Also the photo department, i rate with 10 stars, I recommend the photo department to everyone!! Quality is a must have when I have prints made, & I always get that quality in this store!!!!!

Worst Drug Mart I have ever been in. Two lanes open, eight people in line. I waited in one line. Light was ON. She turned off the light and told me the person in front of me was the last. Had to go get into another line. Just really horrible customer service.

Why do I have a problem everytime I try refilling a prescription here? EVERYTIME there has been an issue,, I do not recommend using this pharmacy until they correct their problems.

The people in the pharmacy are very rude, and at different drug stores I can take my rx in a week early so I don't have to wait when I pick up and this place in galion won't and are very rude about it, I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone but the store is great just not pharmacy

Alot better than Rite Aid and have never had a problem or a attitude from anyone in the pharmacy , always got a tude when I was getting scripts filled @ Rite Aid....
