This place is close to my house which makes it convenient. They almost always have those weird, hard to find items. They have a great selection of nuts/bolts/screws/bearings, etc.. you just won't find anywhere else. Always been nice & pleasant with me. Happy to spend my money there.

Nice local hardware store. Personally a great place for Milwaukee accessories, they actually have more than the Home Depot in North Canton, however, they do have less actual Milwaukee tools. The same goes for other major power tool brands. They have a lot of home improvement items, pretty much everything you would expect from a local hardware store. Great place to shop especially if you like to support local businesses.

Great little spot in town! Convenient to not have to drive all the way to Lowe’s or Home Depot. They have a pretty good selection and prices are reasonable. Might not be the best for a huge project, but if you just need a few quick items, this is the place! Huge time saver!

Called Bud, the store manager, regarding two purchases with which I was displeased.The cypress mulch blend I bought (4 bags @ $6 each for 2 cu ft) had been spread by my son-in-law before I realized there was more blend than cypress. He mumbled something about distribution chain issues but didn't even say he was sorry for my disappointment.I bought a Sylvania brand fluorescent bulb last year to replace one that was in the apartment when I move in 5 years prior. It was for a storage closet and I rarely need the light to get what I'm looking for so I would say it burned no more than 9 hours before it burned out. Again, his response was "they don't make things like they used to" without expressing any concern for my disappointment. According to the research I did, that bulb should have lasted 9000 hours.As a retired small business owner, I strongly advocate for buying local but I've been burned the last time by Fulton Hardware. I don't mind paying a little more but I expect the customer service to be far better from a local business.

What a great place to shop. I'm always lost in a hardware store and am often embarrassed to ask for help to find items that are commonplace to others just not me! Outstanding customer centric personnel, very good selection and competitive pricing. No big sales push and it's like being around family you can trust.. Try it, you'll definitely like it!!

We are from Cleveland area and decided to go camping. After we set up camper we noticed that a faucet was broken off so we searched and found Fulton Hardware. I’m here to tell you that excellent customer service is not dead! Even when my prickly hubby was refusing extra help they were kind and eventually he relented. My husband was so impressed he bought firewood from them. Even more he said just because they were so excellent he feels like coming back when he needs any hardware though we live an hour away!!! Top notch and shows that shopping small is the way to go!!

Great first stop before driving out to strip. I have been going there for ten years now. In Ten years this place has never failed to have what I need. Great staff and always eager to help. Pricing is a little higher than going to Lowes or Home Depot, but take into account the 20 mile round trip to those stores and time saved you cannot go wrong.

Great local hardware store. Has pretty much everything you need as a hardware store, from paint, parts (nuts,bolts and furnace filters) to mulch, all types of plants and all types of lawn care products. Nothing like a Home Depot, Lowe's or Menard's with lawn equipment and appliances but I really don't think that is their vision.

This is a great little small town hardware store! You can find alot of odds and ends that you won't find at the large stores. This place will cut keys for you! Your big box stores won't do that. Hardly anyone does. I just filled my propane tank here. This store is great, Canal Fulton is great!

Unlike some consumers, I am not looking to be entertained or coddled at the local hardware. These folks answer my questions. They always have what I need. They always walk me to aisle. And the added benefit of not having to deal with Lowe's or Depot is well worth any slightly higher price. I am a strong believer in supporting local business and this is a good, decent hometown hardware store. The next time you need anything from batteries and a bag of salt to the heavier stuff...give this local merchant a try and make up your own mind.

Bought 3 sleds, first time down broke 2/3 on fluffy snow. Nothing extreme, called the store to see if i could return or exchange the two. They said no because they were used.
