This was my first inspection with ASI, they said I would get a text when the technician was on his way. When I got the text, he was already in my driveway. Chuck was his name, appeared to be very knowledgeable, and did a thorough job, explaining everything along the way. So far I am satisfied. I do need a filter repair, so we'll see how that goes maybe the rating will go up, or down..

Great company that is centered around customer service. Alex is an extremely knowledgeable technician, able to quickly diagnose and fix an issue we were having that was causing the high water alarm to activate. He took his time to make sure the issue was completely resolved before leaving the service call, braving below freezing temps in a snow storm. Recommend ASI to anyone with an aeration system.

UPDATE TO THE BELOW SERVICE ISSUE:I was pleased by the service I received after having some issues stated below. I understand sometimes companies just mess up. The service manager, Ryan reached out and has went above and beyond to get my system squared away to rectify the below issues to my satisfaction. I would give him 5 stars for that.I’m starting to wonder about the quality of what we are getting for a service contract. I’m on the GOLD $400 per year contract and I ‘m really not happy. #1 - they were out in December for a routine check. No issues found. In Jan, summit count came out, and we have no uv light, and the secondary compressor isn’t working. Hard to believe both those broke in 1 month? I called and service was done recently, uv bulb replaced and then they gave quote on secondary compressor. I’m a bit put off that they didn’t have one when they came since I told them about the issue when I set the appointment up. On top of that I’m further annoyed that when I received the quote for that compressor, it was $500+. You wanted to charge me $390 for the compressor I can buy from septic solutions for $290. I was told you guys got better deals on those pumps and I know septic solutions discounts in bulk for wholesale and I bought retail for $322 shipped with $50 credit for old pump. So you’re making a bunch of money on the pump, and then you wanna charge me another $99 for the labor to put it in after you already charge me $99 for labor to put in the UV bulb which could’ve both been done at the same time. I ordered and installed the secondary pump on my own (took 15 minutes) due to these guys trying to gouge me. But the icing on the cake is that when Summit County came out to inspect everything, they said the primary pump wasn’t working correctly? I’m a little upset because I literally sat with their service guy and he said everything was fine and now Summit County says it’s not working properly. So basically I don’t know if you guys are actually doing your job when you come out and look to see if things are working properly because December you said things were fine and now you said things were fine and Summit County has come out and said differently each time. It would be nice to just trust a company to treat us right to begin with.

We switched from a well known company to Aeration Septic a few years back, due to the larger companies wavering support, refusal to cover revisit fees due to a problem caused after one of their inspections, and the offensive cost increases.Aeration Septic has provided excellent customer service these last few years, and have great response times. They seem to genuinely care about their customers. Their off hour answering service always gets our message across, with the correct information included. Any time there's an issue found after an inspection for our older system, they are quick to return to resolve the issue at a fair price or for no additional cost. For emergencies where something stops working (even during bad weather conditions), they schedule us in right away, often within 1 day, and don't overcharge for the service/equipment. I'm so glad we made the switch to Aeration Septic!

9/7My house was service today by there inspector named Damon Left septic lids unlocked and unscrewed. Not worried about his children falling in or cares about mine. I paid for a service in advance got no call or day they would show up. Claiming lights out but no alarm. Part of the job I paid for in advance, is to insure everything works. Only company worked on it! Tried contacting them to have someone come out and do it right but they close 430 pm. Maybe they call me back now!9-8They did first thing. Spoke to manager and they sent a professional out to my house and got the job done right. Thanks Larry for fixing the others mistakes.9-15Wow. After two service reps came out said my system was ok and running that no pumping was needed my tanks over filled with waste. Can’t even see the drain out pipe. Thanks for taking my money and doing a horrible job both times and falsifying reports and causing me more issues. I’ll be reporting to health department on your failures now.
