Got my baby delivered from Pennsylvania to Georgia back in November, and she arrived right on time. While Furry Trails did not communicate super well and it was hard to get an answer when calling them, they sent me an eta of when she would be there and arrived happy and clean. She was very healthy and warmed up to me and my family very quickly. She is now completely crate and potty trained and has one of the biggest personalities. Would definitely recommend!

So, the breeder I purchased my mini goldendoodle from recommended Furry Trails. Honestly, I couldn't have been more suspicious. Not because they didn't have a good website or good reviews, but simply because I never used a pet delivery service. My mind was racing with every possible negative outcome, but I gave it a shot. I'm happy to report that my baby arrived safe and sound! Communication was seamless every step of the way, Sheri and Cory were so kind, and they clearly took good care of my pup! As a matter of fact, I recently put a deposit on another puppy (this one is a mini bernadoodle) and we are once again hiring Furry Trails for transport!

There is customer service and there is Furry Trails customer service.Buying a Westie in Ohio and I live in Texas. I thought I would make the drive to pick up my puppy.My breeder said that there was a door to door service that was excellent. As a bonus if I had driven myself I would have paid a lot more in gas, hotels, food.My puppy was treated like he was the most important puppy on the drive. IThey sent me an update on the way. My dog was clean and happy.I was impressed.Sherri and Cory let me know that there would be an hour delay due to a tornado hitting Louisiana before they drove through.But they delivered Patrick right on schedule.I’m so glad I didn’t pick him up myself.This service is well worth the money!

Our breeder recommended Furry Trails for transport and since we had complete trust in his experience we agreed with going with Furry Trails.Our transport team was Alma and Jessica. We received a text from them on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving with an ETA of 5-7pm on Thanksgiving night. Received multiple updates along the way and they arrived at 6:30pm with our Rudy! Right on schedule from Ohio to California!!I cannot thank Jessica and Alma enough for all the wonderful updates along the way and giving up their family Thanksgiving to deliver Rudy!. After 2 days of texts they felt like family!Highly recommend!!

I would highly recommend Furry Trails for all of your pet transport needs. The breeder set this up for me, then once i was in contact with furry trails, I was updated every step of the way. Our experience with Furry Tails Transport was smooth and great!Jeremy and Bobbi were wonderful! They kept us well informed on the timing of their travels and the ETA of our furry delivery.They sent pictures along the way and they even updated us when weather changed, allowing them to get to out home even sooner. These guys are awesome. Jeremy and George took care of picking up our puppy from the breeder, taking him for a wellness check, and delivering him to our doorstep. They were very cool with our 6 year old rushing out the door to meet the new puppy, while leaving the door open, letting our 100 lb german shepherd out to meet his new brother. Nerves of steel. He didn't even flinch. He smiled and greeted my family, we did the paperwork, paid, and parted ways. Thank you so much. They were also 2 hours earlier than we expected and communicated via text through every step.

Amazing amazing amazing experience!!!!! Every single time we called and had questions they were answered thoroughly. They communicated with the breeder for us to make sure everything ran smoothly. They went above and beyond. Katie and Sue were amazing, they kept us(Melissa and I) updated on our little baby (name was Teddy) and he was well fed and taken care of through his journey from Ohio to Upstate New York to his new home in Toronto (Sept 12th). He was so happy and excited! Thank you guys! We recommend them fully and will definitely use them in the future. Here is a picture of him now. We have a video when he was first dropped off but didn't include it because we didn't ask for permission if we could show their faces. Thanks again!!!!

Wow! This is probably one of the coolest things. Literally having your puppy delivered to your front door. Sheri and Cory brought me my sweet “rex” and he was in the sweetest mood! He smelt great and was super clean! He got here at 3 am and I did accidentally sleep past the time but they waited for like 10 minutes. Thankfully I woke up and my parents helped with the process. Super sweet people and sent me the cutest picture! I would 10000% recommend this delivery team! Thanks so much!

I was very satisfied with the service. They communicated with me through text and they kept me updated on the delivery time. My new pup was treated well and could not ask for better service. They did make it very clear that delivery times can vary and are not guaranteed. For those that gave a low rating, your rating was unfair. They do have other dogs to deliver and they are driving long distances to deliver your dog. Give them more respect for what they do. I would use Furry Trails again for their service!

Our sweet boy arrived safe and sound! Of course a little anxious in a new place but that’s to be expected and otherwise in perfect health 💕Furry Trails was great about keeping us in the loop the whole time and showed up bright and early with my sons new best friend 🐾We’ve had him over a week now and things couldn’t be better!My only flaw with the process was that I confirmed our address with the original contact & they somehow gave the driver the wrong address, but he was so nice about it (even though they sent him 45min out of his way) and still made it to us in great time!!

My experience with this company was 100% positive. They were in communication as necessary, arrived right within their 2 hr ETA window, and handed over a clean, fresh-smelling, happy puppy. The guy was very professional and friendly. Everything went to plan and was a very smooth process start to finish. It would’ve been a 6 hour drive for me one-way, just one state over, and it was so worth it to me to use a transporter instead. Highly recommend Furry Trails!

Josh & Allen delivered our puppy, from Ohio to Michigan, last night and we had a great experience !!! They gave us a 2 hour window from 7:30-9:30 and they arrived by 7:15! Thankfully they even text us when they were 30min away so we could sneak out and get her to surprise our kids🙂Our little girl did get sick on her journey but that’s to be expected on a first 4 hour car ride & very eventful day.I had no idea services like this even existed but I’m so glad they do! First off I would like to say, "I am a breeder." I had a small 8lbs puppy who needed transport. I have a preferred company I would have rather used. The buyer chose Furry Trails because they could deliver one day sooner. The buyer was told they could not initiate to pick up and that only the breeder could do that. I called and did as asked. I let them know the buyer would be paying for the transport and they would be calling to handle payment and giving all the relevant information for transport. The puppy was picked up the next morning at 6:40am Tuesday by two women in a very large transport van. I gave them instructions on feeding as I feed my puppies raw. The food was packaged in individual portions for each meal. I instructed them to feed her twice each day and not to leave food out in-between feedings. They assured me water would be provided the entire trip. The woman made a note of my instructions.My understanding is the puppies receive a vet check for travel per USDA regulation. I was told they would leave Furry Trails around 5pm Tuesday. My puppy was being transported from Ohio to New Jersey. The following morning she was to arrive before noon. At 9am the buyer called to let me know his wife had broken her leg, was in the hospital and needed surgery. He wanted to cancel the delivery. I found out during this call that the buyer had not yet paid for the transport.... What? Why would they not collect payment before transporting a puppy? What happens if there are unforeseen circumstances? Well the answer would be, the breeder pays. Why? The buyer who asked for the transport should still have to pay. They didn't even attempt to ask the buyer to pay. Although they did discount to half the initial cost. This delivery service is an hour from my home and they were not willing to bring her back to me. I would need to come get her. I was never asked to pay anything before transport or told about the "breeder pays if the buyer doesn't policy." I never signed any contract stating I would be required to pay if the buyer didn't. I had no legal responsibility to pay for this service.They would be returning nearly 48 hours after leaving. This means my puppy had not been out of the kennel for that amount of time. I spoke to the driver and requested they take her out of the kennel to stretch her legs a bit. I was also worried about the food situation as I only sent enough thawed food for two meals. The rest was frozen but should be thawed by now. I gave more instructions about feeding as I was worried about her. The driver, Terry, assured me he had seen my instructions about how to feed her so I felt confident she was okay. After that, I spoke to another breeder friend, who let me know she had two puppies die after being delivered by Furry Trails (Cause - dehydration as well as not eating). I kind of panicked and called the driver. I asked for a picture which they provided. I let them know I would be meeting them at 2 am to pick her up and also pay the $150 which I had no business paying. When I looked through the items I sent including the food, amazingly all the food was there, untouched. To say I was upset that I was lied to is an understatement. There is not much I hate more than LIERS!!! The only reason I gave them two stars is because she did arrive alive. You can not trust this company and I would never recommend them to anyone. The only reason they are still in business is due to the puppy mill breeders who continue to use them and the uniformed buyers who are desperate for an inexpensive puppy. If they say they can't find my name as a customer it's because they spelled it completely wrong even though I spelled it for them. So Furry Trails, if you need to look me up I'm in your system it's Sarah Binderman. Feel free to contact me anytime I would be glad to discuss your lying employee and your bad payment/disclosure policies. If you want a better experience call Legacy Pet Services or ask the buyer to pay you $300 to deliver the puppy yourself.

They did everything correctly from communication by text, to showing up right on time. The puppy was delivered in a very calm state, and did not appear to be distressed whatsoever. Jessica and Kadie were the nannies for our puppy, and they did a great job. If I have one complaint it would be the expectation for gratuity. I don't mind tipping for good service but I was not made aware of this until right before they showed up in a text message. I was left with exact money to pay what was needed. I do not mind tipping at all but I don't like to look cheap which is how I felt. I was able to tip a little... luckily. But may want to consider disclosing that info early on. There is nothing wrong with gratuity, just don't ambush people with the expectation at the last minute. Overall very happy with this company and would use again for sure.

Their service was awesome! They transported our Puppy to Long Island NY from Ohio and kept in touch with us the entire way! They gave us an estimated time of arrival and delivered our new puppy 15 min earlier!! 10 stars in our eyes for caring and Communication! I highly recommend them……

They are horrible. I received an email saying my puppy will be here around 4:30. Then I got an email saying my puppy will be here around 10:30 pm they didn't get here till 11 pm. I kept calling and texting no one answered. Who wants a puppy at 11 pm? The puppy should have time to adjust to it's new family and environment. I work for a living.i had to stay awake till 1 am so the puppy could sort of get acclimated to it's new home then I had to sleep so I could get up for work. This is a inconsiderate company to families and the pets. I would travel to Ohio for my puppy before I ever use this company again and the driver was so inconsiderate asking for a tip he was gonna get $30 from me but 11 pm was ridiculous he got nothing from me.and he said after mine he still had more dogs to deliver I feel bad for those people

We’ve used this service before with success, so we decided to try again. Our puppy arrived at 12:34AM. The driver said she was able to shave off a couple of hours on the drive. We paid the driver and took the puppy inside. We set him down and each time we attempted to pet him or we simply just moved from one spot to another, he would flinch as an abused animal or child would. We thought that was odd but just let it go. He acted like he never got food or water since he left the breeder. He drank a ton of water right away and once he began to urinate, there was blood. It also took him 8 hours to poop, and he had diarrhea with blood in it. He struggled getting it out because the driver did not clean the puppy’s rear like they usually do prior to drop off. He had so much poop caked on his bottom, he could barely go. We had to soak him for a long time and cut his hairs. After a few hours of us loving on him, he did not flinch anymore. He seemed very happy to be around nice people. He continued to pee blood until the following day and also had poop that was pencil thin on the second day. He was incredibly bloated and dehydrated. In all honesty, it seemed like this puppy got beat before coming here. I hate to say that but there’s no other way to explain what we saw across the board. I spoke with the breeder who assured us that he was cleared by the vet and didn’t have any blood in his urine/stool prior to leaving and had normal stools. He also said he left very happy so anything that happened was after the puppy left his care. I spoke with the driver who of course denies any wrong doing despite all of the photos we have. I spoke with furry trails who tried to explain it off as a fluke and when I tried to explain how their explanation doesn’t make sense based on the timeline and facts provided to me by the breeder, they began to ghost me. Their excuse was that the breeder, driver and company know each other so the mistake must have been on us. They had the audacity to ask what kind of environment we were providing to make the puppy so scared. He arrived scared and we loved him into feeling safe. They didn’t investigate beyond just asking the driver, the driver denies any wrong doing, and they basically said oh well. They said the puppy should never arrive dirty or in poor health, and he did. They didn’t even apologize for a single thing. I am seriously disappointed and saddened by the night and day difference in the quality of care from one driver to the next. The driver found it more important to shave off a couple of hours and get done quickly, than to properly care for the living creature they were trusted to deliver. I attempted to address this with this company prior to continuing to escalate this situation and they chose to ignore me. I will be recommending to everyone I know including the breeders I know to never trust this service again. If they would have made a true attempt to address this, it would have been the right thing to do. The ball is in your court because I will not sit back and let this happen to anyone else’s little sweet baby.I would highly recommend looking at the other lower ratings on this company as the complaints are consistent despite the owners blatant denial. Any others who have had a negative experience, I would highly recommend we connect so that we can share our experiences and help prevent this from happening to others.

I would NOT recommend this company! Our pups were clearly traumatized and smelled so foul when they arrived! It was so late that there was no time to get them aquanted, but instead, had to bath them multiple times as if they weren’t already scared to death. I honestly think it’s this company’s purpose to deliver late at night so you are clearly tired, but excited. They rush the late drop off process on purpose. They also do not feed or water the animals while in their care. It’s was 2 days for ours and they were dehydrated, lethargic, sick, and dirty! The following day they had to be vetted in house and be kept to receive IV fluids, medication and treatment. This was from NO fault of the breeder, these babies were clean and healthy when they were picked up by this company and we know this for a fact!!

Absolutely appreciated this company that delivered my fur baby, safe and sound. They were so professional and you can tell they love what they do. My drivers were Wes and Terry and they made it such a comfortable and pleasant experience, 100% recommend!
