I tried to order an air compressor yesterday. The employee told me I needed to use the self help kiosk and they could not order it for me. That didn't work, I couldn't log in, I tried resetting my TSC password, that didn't work. Checked my email for the password reset email, checked my spam folder, and never got a reset email. (I checked several times including the next day just before this review) The employee said sorry, they can't order it for me or provide any further assistance. If I wanted to order an air compressor I would have to do it myself on the Kiosk. Sadly after 30-45 minutes of trying to get help and order the compressor I wanted, I just left. I tried using the App on my phone, but since I have a tax exemption, the app was requesting that I complete an entire new tax exemption form and fax it to them. (something I already have at the store) It's almost like they don't want to sell me an air compressor.

I needed a one gallon pump sprayer typically used for weeds in the middle of January but finding one was no challenge for Russel he kindly showed me where they were and I managed to get the last one in the store after I found what I needed I was greeted by coral at the register she was very polite and enthusiastic about her job I can't think of a better store and workers

Great. Sales staff very helpful. Was able to make a decision on witch product to purchase and they also helped with lay-a-way. Happy I stopped to check about this product. Made decision to purchase same night because of help I received. Thank you.

I sure miss the old Farm and Fleet. I know we have to change with the times. The shelves are always empty. You're lucky to find anyone to help you. I don't go in there much anymore.

I don’t stop here much any more that’s because it seam like it’s falling apart out the parts that we needed are not on shelf. Bought a battery and one month later it does not hold charge I had to eat the cost of battery because they would not warranty it. I stopped in to get some parts they had it! I had to use the restroom and you could smell the piss from out side the restroom. This is neglect to allow this to get this bad. Sorry prior managers never let it get like this.

All I did was call to ask if they sold crickets or grasshoppers or anything along those lines for food for my praying mantis, and I was polite. But the guy who answered the phone had absolutely no respect. I didn't get a "have a nice day" or even a "bye" he said "yeah we sell those" I said "okay thank you" and he said "yup"

Always like to stop in while traveling Rt 20. Sometimes they have good deals on bird feed and pet food.I've never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is friendly and helpful. 😁

They carry women's work shoes. Ariats, good price and sales. Good clothing as well. I buy something every time I stop in. Always clean and organized.

I order on line and it's delivered to my house. But we had gone there to get dog food cause we couldn't get it delivered in time before they would be out of foodVery clean store.

John the store manager was very short with me, it seemed I was annoying him by asking a question, his answers were brief and I couldn’t even finish my sentence. No wonder people go to Lowe’s.

Tractor Supply Company is a nice little farm type store that used to be called Quality Farm and Fleet. I have shopped this the store since it opened and although they don't have the large line of merchandise they had when they first opened, it is still a great little store. You can still buy baby chickens and rabbits and all the accessories and feeds that go with them. I go there often to rent their trailer to haul things on. They are very reasonable and the trailer is an excellent shape.

This particular tsc is great, workers were very friendly and helpfull. Greeted us from the start and helped us to the end. Dan was particularly helpful. Give them a visit I'm sure they can help you too.

Not the best TSC I have been to, but constantly well stocked. Friendly staff who know their store well but don't always know what their products are used for.
