We've used other groomers in the past but they pale in comparison to the compassion and service at Professional Grooming. Our girl is nervous and anxious when she goes to the groomer, vet, etc. They went out of their way to put her at ease. I was able to pick her back up in under 2 hours and the cost is perfectly reasonable, though the service they provide could warrant a higher price tag. Not to mention, the shampoo they use smells amazing...which means a lot! 😜 Thank you to the Professional Grooming staff for such an incredible first visit. We will be seeing you again soon!

Probably the best bath and brush our shepherd mix has ever received! He has a double coat and very sensitive skin. They took such great care of him and he came back looking the best he has ever looked! Go see them, they really are the best!

My wife loves his hair cut and so do I but mostly my puppy turned around to say goodbye. It's not easy cutting a two year old large golden doodle but they did a awesome job. We will definitely be taking him back for all are grooming needs.

Might be one of the best groomers ever!From Jess who is your first and last point of contact to Emily who is by far the best groomer ever, you couldn’t find or want anything better for your fur babies.Economical, listen to everything out need, clean, prompt and so friendly.Very busy shop, but well worth it.5* isn’t a high enough rating, but it is the highest allowed.

I have a senior dog and was a little nervous on how he would do being this was his first time at a groomer, but they were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and really have a love for furbabys. He will definitely be back!Thank you for making this a wonderful experience for us both!

My dog got skunked and, without these guys, I would have smelled skunk for months! They trimmed his hair and especially washed him. They were wonderful getting us right in and taking care of our boy!

Ellen is amazing! She is a very sweet person and adores animals. She can work with all personality types. My puppy is very fearful and she worked with him so nicely to get him through his first groom. It took quite awhile and I knew she was going very slowly with him as to not ruin his experience and contribute to the fear. My mother also takes her two dogs to her. They always come out looking fabulous. We are lifetime clients of hers for sure! She is a really great person.

They took great care of my puppy. The groomer even gave me a call to let me know when my pup was almost finished, so I'd know when to pick him up.

Thank you so much for the 1st win however, fast forward 3 months and add another dog and how do I put this nice? I have to cancel my next 2 appointments and find another groomer. Both dogs are worse for wear. Poor Ted (Pomeranian) is unevenly hacked all around. Clean at least. Now my poor Sookie (Lhasa Apso) has uneven hair on her ears. Her entire head smells unwashed along with her face being completely cut when dirty and the worst part is that her belly had extremely bad razor burn which caused her to be sick and puking all night. I just wanted 2 clean summer cut pups and I got sick uneven pups back instead. How dare you say Pro grooming :(

We took our 2 dogs for the self-wash service. The gentleman there was so helpful! He explained the whole process and helped me get the dog I was washing in the tub. He asked if we needed anything during our time there. We ended up buying our pups (70lbs and 40lbs) a huge bone because he explained the bones are from Michigan and all the products sold are made in the USA. We will definitely go back and support this great business!!

Ellen and her staff do an excellent job with our pups. The self serve option is also very cool-everything you could need and the clean up is done for you. Prices are very reasonable.

I don't have a bad thing to say about this place. I love how great my dogs look and smell when they are done getting groomed. They are treated great and they never seem to mind going in. I definitely recommend giving this place a try if you haven't already!

I took my dog there today... She is a very old shi tzu that my family inherited due to abandonment. I had no idea what poor condition her dew claw was in because I have had her groomed elsewhere 3 times since we got her a year ago! They made me aware and took care of the problem. She looks the best I've ever seen her after a grooming and I will definitely be a regular customer! You could tell how much concern and care they had for "the ol girl".

They are always great. Good price and you dont sacrifice quality.Only bad thing is they require a credit or debit card to make an appointment. They only use it if you are a no show
