This is a nice pet supplies store. I went here to look around and was satisfied with my experience. This pet store is pretty small, having only four aisles. This store has fish tanks, including a light up customizable color changing one for $72. There’s also dog food, dog chew toys, tools to brush your dog’s fur, get rid of shredding fur, or cut their nails. In addition to that, this store has a pet washing station where employees of the store can wash your dog for you. I gave this store five stars because it has nice products, a great fish tank for sale, and a pet washing station.

Every employee is very friendly and helpful whenever I enter the store. They recommend a product and answer all my questions. Will definitely shop there again.

Adam is the best! I take my dog Luigi to Adam to get groomed and he is wonderful! Always so polite and the best part of it all is that he enjoys his job and enjoy seeing him and us every time we come in. My dog loves going there!

While not wanting to drive 28 miles to get our pets food. I found that I could get it locally and that the price is the same and that I could open account place the order and pick it up that very next morning.It was so simple and convenient that I will be order more often.

The staff at this store is Amazing! The store is so organized and clean, the associates greet me and ask if I need help finding anything every time. They also are so helpful and accommodating while shopping. Fremont is So Lucky to have this store!!

WE ALWAYS HAVE A FABULOUS TIME AT THE PET SUPPLIES PLUS IN FREMONT, OHIO. ALL OF THE KIDS THAT WORK THERE ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE. MORE SO THEIR P.R. SKILLS ""ARE"" INDEED ON POINT. TODAY, WE JUST GOT BACK FROM THE VET. AND, OUR ONE DOG HAD AN OVERGROWTH OF HIS PAW PAD. WHICH MADE IT MORE PRONE TO CRACK BAD!! WE THOUGHT HE'D SOMEHOW HAD BROKEN HIS FOOT/ANKLE DUE TO LIMPING. BUT, IT WAS IN FACT A SPLIT OPEN PAD ON HIS RIGHT FRONT PAW. THE GAL WAS ""VERY"" HELPFUL IN FINDING ME THE CORRECT MEDICATED PAW CREAM. VET SAID TO PUT IT ON HIM TWICE DAILY. SO, SHE'S GREAT!!!!

Prices are higher than Walmart which is a 1 minute drive to/from this location. They have dog bathing booths which is nice.

I am getting a puppy next weekend and went in to find out about grooming services. Not only is it incredibly affordable for her first six months, the lady in grooming really knew her stuff. She recommended a few add on services for Danes and really helped me understand more about the process. Bonus, Bessie gets to go shopping afterwards.

Really great place they have plenty of toys and almost any kinda food you would need to feed any kinda Animal. They grooming and live pets there.. I will be going back to get some toys and food for our new dog.

What I went to purchase in this store was in stock and the person who waited on me in this store was very helpful and very polite and helped me with exactly what I was looking for. I recommend this store to people who have pet needs

We went into Pet Supplies today to look more into what we needed to get a Betta Fish. Dominic immediately approached us to make sure we were doing okay. We explained what we were looking for and right off the bat he was more than just informative, he was very helpful! Its nice to have someone explaining exactly what and why you are looking for certain things to build a good home for your forever friend. I walked out of there so much more confident in finding the right Betta. Thank you again Dominic!

Fremont Ohio Pet Supplies Plus is the place to go! Friendly helpful workers and Tanner is the BEST! He even calls me to let me know when different Dog foods are marked down 75%! {I am a breeder so have lots of Dogs and puppies to feed}!

Short review:It's a pet supply store so yes most things cost more than Walmart but the products a better products. Not everything is more in fact I've found a few things cheaper. It's clean and staff is always friendly and helpfulLonger review/storyI found one of the things I was looking for right away but I didn't know how to use it so I asked a team member who was in the aisle and asked him and he didn't know either so asked where I could find another item he knew where it was but couldn't see any. We go find another team member and first ask her if she knew how it worked and she didn't know either 😂 she did however know where my other item was. It was right where we looked but the tin was wide but pretty flat and on the top shelf so we never saw it. So now we all call over the 3rd team member to ask about the item she looks at it and says oh ya took it and half a second later showed us all how it goes. I do believe all 4 of us felt like total and complete idiots 🤣but man it was funny.

Everytime I'm here there is an issue. Bought 200 crickets and about 10 are alive. Been buying crickets for years and usually buy online and use this place as a fill in. Crickets are 10 times more expensive here and should last for more than 12 hours.......cant imagine this would be healthy to feed my reptiles. I guess we see how they handle this issue when they open. Maybe I'll get lucky and have a decent experience but due to previous issues I'm not going to hold my breath. Usually is some teenager working that has no idea what to do and calls tanner from the back. Even tanner has been a issue in the past but I usually don't see him anymore.

Its a great store, I'm really glad I don't have to drive to Sandusky anymore or buy stuff online and wait for it to come in late. I bought stuff for my dogs birthday on the 7th of April and the service was great. The one girl at the register was polite and very social. Definitely a 10/10 store with decent prices. They had everything I needed for my puppy😁

Fremont Ohio location is great. Every time I go in, I ask for help when I need it and I’m taken care of. Some things are pricey but that’s pretty normal with pet stores of any kind.

I will never frequent this business again. I had an appointment schedule for a full service groom before my dog was to get neutered, and the groomer was over an hour late and then proceeded to tell me she did not have the time to provide the service because she had other dogs coming in. She stated my dog would take a full shift to groom. A groomer at a different company got my dog in and had him completely groomed in two hours. I also drove 40 minutes to drop off my dog and pick him up with no type of offer for a discount or reimbursement for future services. Terrible business.
