This is a large Kroger with a gas station in the front. Several specialty departments --bakery, deli, cheeses and meats, etc. Customer service has been very good on three trips there. Several check out lanes are open by late morning. A state liquor store and a Starbucks is located inside the store.

Went to the customer service desk to ask a question about an item, I could barley get the lady Tina at the customer service desk to look up from her phone to give me an answer. Do your job and get OFF YOUR PHONE!!

They have the best produce in town. And they carry some items I can't find anywhere else. Overall the prices are better at another store, but I won't go anywhere else for prescriptions. Their pharmacy staff is friendly, professional, and efficient.Parking is tricky and the entrances to the lot aren't as convenient as they could be. They have a Kroger Fuel Center on-site and the fuel points are essential.

To much going on there 2 lines open want everyone self checkout fine if items are small had a check out lady mad she didn't get her break just walked off check out line on me after waiting 39 minutes Stella got her groove off I guess should not have combined two store's into one Fremont to big for that also Parking lot not level at all more humps then Fergie fremont needs two stores not one as it had year later mile long check out lines kroger dosent want to hire people but cart of food you think they have that figured out they dont no normal person is gonna go into a grocery store buy 4 items

I was in the store at 12:30 today and a young man in produce went over and above to go in and see if what I wanted came on the truck, I have had so many good experiences in this store and the people that work there are very helpful and polite. Love, our Krogers!

I accidentally left my bag here. I gave two people very precise instructions on where I left it and both employees did not find it. I’m pretty sure the manager didn’t even look. The first time I called the service counter employee told me she would not have someone go check because they are short staffed. I understand that it is my fault and my responsibility to keep track of my things. However as every women knows we keep essential items in our bags. I’m appalled they wouldn’t even go check for the bag. I have my friend the exact same directions I gave both employees and she found it right away! … hmmm how strange is that.

Very pleased with this (newer) Kroger store. The layout is great! They got rid of the deli case and it has pre packaged deli meat, which makes for a great grab and go! It is very easy to get what you want there. Starbucks is right near the entrance and doesn't take up much room with an easy flow for ordering which enables you to get in and out quickly. They have a state liquor department in the middle of the store which makes it so accessible and the configuration is also easy to shop. Items are easy to find and the selection is vast. Whoever designed this store really hit the mark. The people who work there are nice, especially the produce folks!

The Fremont location is nice. The parking lot has been fixed near the front, however midway and past is treacherous. I'm disabled, so that was why I couldn't go to this store until now. The prices don't make sense to me. On the probiotic, it was 2.20 more than Walmart. The basic Alpo Snaps little bites were 2.00 more as well. This was something I noticed on most of my lists. That adds up quickly. I was shocked at how much they charge for meat!! Shocked! It's 4 times what I've been paying at the local butcher. No way I can justify paying that!The good is their selection of fresh produce. If you don't mind paying a bit more, you won't be disappointed. Their dairy products are amazing. So many different options for creamers and non-dairy milk. I love soup and I'm limited to what I can eat, they carry Amy's brand alongside different flavors. No one else in town has it. The fish options are good, and usually, there are sales on certain items.I split my list now. I end up going to multiple places to get the best deal. I even checked the mileage and gas consumption, to make sure I wasn't spending money on that instead. Years ago I had to split my lists, and once I realized how much different stores were charging for the same thing, I knew that I'd have to resort to going more than 1 place again.

When are we going to get a real deli? I understand at one time during the pandemic it made sense but it no longer does. I drive either to Perrysburg or Sandusky for a real deli weekly.

Store should be much bigger and more organized since it’s combined with the store that was on the east side of town. Starbucks should be in the corner of the store since this is a Kroger and not Starbucks. The store shoppers are always in the way and rude. Self check is a joke since there’s no place to put a cart full of groceries and the self check machines need to be upgraded. Put hand scanners at the checkouts! I shop here because I hate Walmart. And how long is it going to take to fix the parking lot? And that is another complaint.

The store is clean and usually fully stocked. Time and time again the sore spot if the score is the Starbucks area. Which should bring joy...warming my dark soul with the goodness of caffeine. But the young ladies who work there are sad ..grumpy and dry.

The only store we ever grocery store shopped for most of my adult life and before. Always had what i wanted and needed. Prices are fair and most of the time the staff is awesome. I live 1450 miles away now in South Dakota and would give my right arm to have your stores out here.

The new location a bit awkward in that you cannot enter the parking lot from the highway without going down a side street. The store itself is well lit and laid out. The selection is good, but a few of my staple items are no longer stocked.

Very disappointed in the new Kroger store. The layout is awful. Poor decision to get rid of the deli case and stock pre-packaged deli meat, not always sliced the way you want it. Pain in the neck to get what you want there. Starbucks is smack dab in the middle and takes up too much room, ruining the flow of people who want to get in, get what they want and get out. Liquor dept. is the same way. Did they actually think by putting the liquor dept. in the middle of the store would help liquor sales? I think not. Hard to find items and the selection isn't any better than the old store. Whoever designed this store really missed the mark. The people who work there are nice or I wouldn't have given the store two stars.

They are claiming that they can't give you change if you pay with cash. Sorry don't buy the change shortage stuff. If you can't make change the lower the price to an even number. This seems to work one way to their advantage

Tried ordering a cake for my class reunion. Had to call them as I now reside in Florida. First call went unanswered. Second call was picked up by someone in the deli who misunderstood the call was for bakery. I assumed he would transfer me to the bakery dept., but hung up on me. Called a third time, call went unanswered. Ended up ordering from Fostoria Kroger.

Awesome store. It’s the only Starbucks in town and there’s a liquor store. I deducted a star because of Kroger not allowing Starbucks to put out a tip jar. Maybe you wouldn’t be closing this down early everyday if you treated your people decent.

They have an annoying price scheme where they make prices for krogers card bigger than the actual prices. When it comes to spices, they go by the ounce, and put 10 for 10! Its annoying because you don't know how many ounces are on the bottle unless you look closely. They have single paper towels for 3.59 or so and then have a bulk paper towel of 10 for 9.99. There price schemes don't make sense, and I'm getting tired of there visa ready link not working.Its not all bad, friendly staff however they are still sorting out the system and stuff. If they improve the issues stated above, I will give them a fair shake down in the future for another review. However, right now I just can't recommend going there.

So used to the long aisles of Kroger past that this new layout seems lacking order. It might be the people, too. The shining jewel is the Starbucks that Fremont was missing. Classic stellar produce is still here. The liquor store is buried in the back half of the store which makes grab and go's a little longer. I've been in this store 3 times now and i still don't know where they keep the potato salad. In conclusion, beautiful store, not so nice layout.

I like the roominess and the isles are divided in half so that the descriptions are more accurate of what's in each side.although I don't drink Starbucks into a lot of young people do and it seems to be steady busy
