I brought my mother in today to be tested for a Portable Oxygen Concentrator. We were greeted by Benny as soon as we walked in. He was the one who tested my mother. He was so kind and caring. While testing my mother he was very reassuring and calming. I canāt say enough good about Benny! He was very knowledgeable and explained how everything worked while she was being tested. He also explained how to use the unit and had us change settings and turn it on and off to make sure we understood how to use it. I canāt thank you enough Benny! God Bless!

Mr Kevin Johnson was caring and professional and very thorough. Made sure all my questions were answered. Even did a review of everything to make sure I understood everything correctly. His reassurance that he will help me throughout my compliance period was heartwarming.

He came over in a very timely manner after we got the call he was coming over and brought in my walker and set it up for my height and helped me up to make sure it was good and then went to my wife and showed her how to set up the rest of my equipment. He was very nice and pleasant to work with and would recommend him to anyone

I arrived at 9:30 am for C pap equipment. My appointment was at 9:30 am. However, I understand I was supposed to arrive 15 minutes earlier. I would have arrived 15 minutes earlier if it wasnāt for the construction on 8 mile. When I walked in the office the receptionist told me I was late and that I had to come back at 12:30 pm or come back another time. I live 50 minutes away and that was not an option. A few other ladies walked in At 9:32 AM and they were told the same. We had to all come back or come back another day. They became angry, and asked to speak to the manager. The receptionist went away and came back with my equipment. We were all very disappointed in the manner we are treated.

I walked in early for my appointment and Molly at the front desk immediately acknowledged me and told me John would be with me shortly he was just finishing up with another client. When John finished I was told to go into the room and he'd be with me shortly. John was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I left with my CPAP machine knowing full well on how to effectively use it.

Brian was great and very helpful.The phone system and follow-up to that point is a zero. Need a lot of improvement with your toll free communications. Leaving a message means nothing. You get a call on their time line only.

Benny was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough explaining and showing me how to use my new AirSense 10 CPAP machine. By the time I left my appointment with Benny I felt very confident and sure that I would have no issues using my CPAP machine. It's been 2 weeks now and all is good! šš

Matthew brought in and set up the hospice equipment in our home very efficiently. His verbal instructions for using the equipment were clear and concise, and he patiently allowed me to photograph some of the controls and ask questions to be sure I understood their function.

The Tech Benny was nice to me; it was not his fault, but back-office customer service is at fault. My Sleep Doctor recommended me to be refitted with a new and better mask for my CPAP machine. I contacted Hart Medical customer service and told them I needed to schedule an appointment for the new mask refitting. I had already ordered the old mask, so I was not eligible according to Health Insurance for the new mask until it wears out. I get it! However, customer service scheduled the appointment for me anyways and told me this appointment is to try on the new mask for the next (future) orders. They did not tell me I canāt try the new mask without buying it! I get there on the appointment day, and the receptionist rudely greeted me with bad news about not being able to try the new mask because āyou are not eligible for a new mask, otherwise, you have to pay for it out of pocketā! I said I was never told that, and this is a wasted trip then! All she said was āyes they should have told you thatā!Usually, Hart Medical used to let you try the new mask then you go ahead and order it if it fits perfectly. But now you canāt open the mask from the plastic wrap unless you are buying it! I Benny told me this is because of Covid and, I added, because Hart Medical wanted to cut the cost. Again, I was not informed about all this when customer service scheduled me. I would have waited until I got qualified for the new mask order and get approved by Insurance, instead of wasting my time and gas for a non-useful trip!

Very lazyThey don't even have enough respect to return a patient phone call relating to a serious matter involving someone health the Fremont office desk service no good. In my personal experience. People above them are fair.Reception honestly needs training or needs to be replaced with good working non lazy people who actually love their job and treat all the customers who pay their bills because without customers there is no check for anyone

Group appointment worked really well. Instructor was well prepared, knowledgeable, and very responsive to all questions. Instructor walked us through use and care of equipment. I feel confident snd ready to start using on my own. Highly recommend Hart Medical Equipment.

Wonderful on boarding session with Kristine. Prompt, informative, and led by a therapist who actually uses a CPAP. Learned everything we needed to know about using our machine, cleaning our machine, wearing our mask, and ordering supplies. My first night went great.

Austin did a wonderful job! He is a very caring young man and eager to help the patients he provides service for and I know he's fairly knew at his job, but he never gave up. He even offered to come back in the middle of the night, but I wouldn't let him. This morning, they sent out a 23 year veteran to figure out the issue, and after a while of checking this or that, he figured it out and I could sleep well knowing my concentrators were working at the correct volume!Austin is very polite and willing to learn and to help people at all hours day or night.I pretty much slept thru the other guy's visit and let family take care of it for me.I look forward to seeing Austin, hopefully just to deliver tanks, but also when issies arise with my machines.

Brian was very helpful and polite as he explained the differences in CPAP machines and the the way our body functions in response to the air pressure. I really appreciated the explanations. Getting used to a new device is awkward and he helped me to understand the reason why I need to work through the difficult phase of using the device.

My clinician was extremely polite and thoughtful as she called me worried about me walking up to the door in the rain. My experience with her was extremely positive because she was so through giving me information and guidance. She took her time listening to me, asking and answering my questions.

Beware of this phony companyI bought CPAP under my insurance in June of 2021. Paid all monthly payments upfront.Hart medical charged me in March and April 22 $127 and now asking to Pay 546$ for the claim that was denied by Insurance in Aug 2021.No communications about denied claim till Nov of 2022. Called the customer service and customer service people are very rude and told me i can not return my equipment due to the sale was converted from lease to sale in June 2022.This is the worst medical company i have ever dealt with.Please be AwareUpdate 2 years later.After writing off 546$ on October of 2022 now I have bill again for 40.10 in April of 2024. So I guess escalation to management is good for about 17 months . Please please be aware of this company. I will waste few more days on the phone with this phony company
