While shopping today, in Fremont Ohio, I tried on a piece of clothing, as I was taking the item off, I happened to glance up, and what do I see? A security camera! It wasn't in the room itself, but outside and away a bit on the ceiling!Talk about a surprise! If I could see that camera, that camera could see me! I realize they are remodeling, but come on! I mentioned it to the cashier, and she was extremely rude with her reply of "Yes, we are aware." If they are aware, why hasn't it been rectified?The rooms are clearly in their permanent location, what are they going to do about it? If they are not corrected the next time I go in, I will file a formal complaint with the BBB. It was a very intrusive experience.

I would like to leave zero stars for the person who prices their DONATED items. Jessica clerk was very friendly. But prices are way to high. Donated used miss me jeans are $49. Seriously? Do Fremont people make that much? I can't believe that you charge people so much

I was going to buy a gorgeous pair of shoes but someone forgot to price them so they refused to sell them. Good thing too, cause when I looked closer they were two completely different sizes. Very disappointed. Had I been able to buy them I would've been stuck with them since there's no returns. Also, a Halloween costume we looked at was completely different than shown on the bag. Also almost bought it, thank goodness i opened it. Probably won't be going back.

The store was clean. The smell as you enter was something after while will make you sick. The clothes are ridiculously expensive. People donate these clothes and they are making a profit. Not the local workers, the CEOs. Ridiculous Go to Salvation army. Much better.

You might find a bargin or two, but much more important is goodwill industries puts mostly all of the profits back into the community in the way of jobs and programs for those in need. Plus it's great recycling

Staff was nice, found a few things here. Overall it was pretty good. If you're a student, show them your school ID and you can get a discount on your purchase.

Always cool stuff for way under the regular price. Clothes are a steal ata fraction of what you pay for the in any other store. The staff is really nice and helpful.

We really enjoyed this Goodwill. The selection was great and it was packed with clothes.The prices were the same as other Goodwill stores we have visited. This one will be added to our rotation of stores that we visit.

The woman was very nice to me and I will get some great furnature and I ONLY have to give only 25 dollars for all this wonderful service. I AM VERY thankful these people can give me furnature from good people who donate to people who CQNNOT afford the lovely furnature I am being given. some items are way overpriced, items that are a matching set or go together will sometimes be marked or priced for individual sale when its supposed to priced for the pair, they should really consider how they price and pair items especially because items were given to their donation center for free and any thing they make off the items are profit
