I shopped and purchased furniture at the Fremont Oh store, John assisted and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service and the store was very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend. Great shopping experience. Thank you John!

I bought a couch from Fremont's Odd Lots. It took over an hour for the employees to figure out how to get it out of the store and then 2 employees helped load it into my truck and they broke part of it. I asked if a discount could be given due to the circumstances and was told no. I asked for a manager and one of the 2 employees who did the damage said she was a manager. Terrible customer service!!!

Nice department store. They have nice furniture for good prices. They have a loyalty card system. You get 15% off purchases after the one to sign up. That discount is valid for furniture too. 3 points for every dollar spent and money off purchases. I don't go in here often. If a free loyalty card gets me an extra 15% off before tax, count me in. They surprisingly had a good selection of pillows. My next trip will be to buy some.AND they have Dad's Old Fashioned Root Beer. My absolute favorite root beer, almost tied with Barq's. They also have Diet Dad's Root Beer which is nice. Barq's zero sugar would be amazing.Definitely go in here. They have some things that other local stores just don't carry.

I've always liked to shop at Big Lots. Very rarely have I've went in to browse around not found something useful to take home. Recently we were in the market for an Ottoman. We previously bought one from Lay-Z Boy that cost over $500. It was a good one with storage. My wife likes to keep a pillow and blanket inside for quick naps. It lasted for quite a while until it became chewing fodder for a new dog we adopted; so we have been looking a while.My wife's brother just bought one from Big Lots that looked quite similar to our old one, so we decided to check them out. We found one that was a near match to our old one, it was made by Simmons and better yet is was only $200. Needless to say we now are new owners of said Ottoman. Now that our new dogs has been around for awhile and has learned the rules of the house, (he was previously quite abused) he and the Ottoman are now sharing the the space amaciablly.This Ottoman is from a trusted furniture manufacturer of good quality products and left plenty of extra cash for other things that the dog can chew on besides our furniture.

Staff really needs to get it together. I saw multiple workers who seemed to just be strolling around the store, while the 2 people at the registers were completely overwhelmed. The line got 5 or 6 carts deep at one point.

I visit the store monthly for a handful of items and always find it well managed: clean, organized and staffed with helpful associates. This week, I had a special customer service request for a previous purchase and Trey went above and beyond to save me almost $40. Greatly appreciated!

Cleanest Big Lots I've ever been in! The experience was great until checkout. There was one lady and 3 or 4 customers waiting. She was doing a great job but called for assistance. The guy that came up was abrupt to say the least. I would have rather waited in line and been checked out by someone pleasant than have dealt with him.

Good experience , store is clean and orderly, the staff are polite and willing to help But the a/c unit on the ceiling about blows your cart away. This building has had this problem for along time but maybe they don't have to dust the shelves as much this way. Nice Store!

Pretty neat to get some novelty type finds. The prices are a tad high and we don't shop enough for the rewards program they usually offer. We'll be back. The store is clean and the staff friendly consistently. Thank you 🙂

This store is what you'd expect out of a Big Lots. Every time I've been there, the staff have been friendly and checkout is quick and easy. The selection is always a little interesting. The prices on some things can't be beat, while on others it may be better to look elsewhere. I find that I mostly go when I need something to do, and not really when I actually need something.

Not a lot here. You can see the decline. If you buy furniture they contract a couple of people to bring it to you, instead of having their own team delivere your item. What 20 years has done to that side of town.
