Those poor employees in there sweating like crazy. They are kind and helpful even though the air conditioning hasn't been working for eight weeks. Kudos to everyone of those workers. Of course the higher-ups are sitting in the air-conditioned office.

Friendly staff but way to hot in there during the summer. Corporate needs to quit being so cheap and turn some air on in that place. It's hotter than the hubs of hell in there and couldn't imagine having to work in the heat like that

The AC has been broken here for many weeks, due to this the cold and frozen foods are bad quality and possibly even unsafe for consumption. Got some ice cream cones from frozen, opened immediately and the cone was wet cardboard consistency and the ice cream more like whipping cream. After multiple complaints they are still in no hurry to fix this serious issue.

Wonderful, called before going over to see if they had what I wanted. Told me had several and helped when I got there. The manager and staff in Frazeysburg, Ohio are top notch.

Yes, I was at this location. Three times, at least, the past month and they are closing at 6 pm because they have no AC!! What is up with a company this size not repairing the AC?? I don't get it!!
