I have been using this groomer and boarding facility for about a year for my 2 year old dog. Very knowledgeable and kind staff. Tidy and neat kennels and they have a great outdoor area for the dogs to run around in. I try to support local small businesses and this place is near my house so very convenient. They have a retail shop and sell Diamond Naturals Dog food and I switched my dogs to it. They really are healthy and happy. Pricing is very fair. I highly recommend!! Owners are usually on site and very willing to help with the pups.

I took our Jack Russell Terrier to Michelle's today. I dropped him off, and picked him up a little bit later, and was amazed when I picked him up. He looked alot better and smelled so good from the shampoo.They do an amazing job. He's actually happy, excited, and sure he feels alot better than he did. I really recommend Michelle's Canine Emporium to anyone.They're really good with your pets. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work. I'll definitely bring him back to you guys when his hair gets long again. And they have a nice selection of the premium dog foods, and treats.

Michelle's Grooming Emporium has been a blessing for us and for our one-year old yellow lab, Sophie. Michelle took Sophie as a boarder for a few days when we needed to leave town for a family emergency. The rates are very reasonable, the facility is very clean and Sophie loves going back, which lets us visit our family in Columbus without worry.Sophie gets her nails trimmed at Michelle's. They are always nicely trimmed with no issues.Sophie also stayed for a few weeks for obedience training. She came back a new dog! Michelle spent some time training us how to treat and respond to Sophie. We were doing everything wrong. Now Sophie listens and is calm and happy. Michelle knows her stuff!We get our dog food and treats from her. We can always count on Michelle for advise and boarding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for boarding, grooming or training!

We've utilized both the boarding and training facilities. Michelle gave us the training techniques needed to bring our very anxious rescue puppy out of her nervous shell. We trained in October, and the results just keep improving using what we learned from Michelle. She knows dog behavior!

We got Smoke at 4 mo Michelle got him for stud and he wasn’t the right conformation as he was larger n longer. He was and is everything we wanted. He’s loving and alert good watch dog gentle loves kids n cats so and feels everyone should be greeted with a big smile. He’s still a work in progresses my fault. He is a fantastic traveler and loves to go. Depending on his mood he may just decide to run instead listen but after a few minutes is Uber the porch or at the door. He understands everything and all his family by name also neighbors. We love him so much he’s a joy. Thank youMichelle he is definitely a keeper. Everyone in the park knows him and loves him. They know his name n I’m his Mom.

Over Christmas, we boarded both our German shepherds here. If they could talk, I know they’d tell us they had a great time! No hot spots from separation anxiety like usual. But the main reason I’m posting this now (so late) is because we live out of town and I so badly wish I could get them groomed here!! Hands down the best grooming we’ve ever had for them. Also, boarding prices are great. Absolutely recommend.

Where to start... I am in absolute amazement of my puppy from Michelle. Slider is unbelieveably smart and his temperament...WOW! He is 12 weeks old and is quick as a whip. She shows a genuine interest and concern for her pups. After listening to her for 10 minutes I new I had found a breeder I was comfortable and I could trust. After we got home from our journey to get the little dude. I was in such amazement I told my wife I am ready to put a deposit down for the next one. I will gladly revisit Michelle to get my next pup, she is the first call anytime I ever need to add the next family member.

Michelle's Grooming Emporium is top notch in my book. I previously took my pooch to other boarding facilities before I found Michelle. My Mia always comes home happy and healthy not to mention clean and well groomed. A happy pooch makes for a happy Mamma! Thank you Michelle for all of your TLC with our Mia, it is comforting to know she is well loved and taken care of when she is there at the farm.

I had brought my Betha in to Michelle and I loved it so much that I now work there! This absolutely the best place to bring your dogs, cats, just about any animal for grooming/boarding!I have no idea what this gentleman is speaking about! Cut off the dog's toe? My good Sir, it is impossible with the tools we use to cut through bone, much less lop off a toe. Not to mention that your HUGE dog was completely untrained, and pulling your wife all over the place, along with us (groomers).... Maybe you need to spend a bit more time training your dog and less time making trouble for others...The only thing I can say to you good Sir is "Bad troll is bad"

She is wonderful with our dog, always comes home looking and smelling great. She let's the dogs out quite a bit during the day, and will play with them and ensure they are well fed and taken care of. This is the only place we'd ever board our dog!

She does a nice job, but I will NEVER go back and I would not recommend her to anyone. She is so incredibly rude to my dog and I. She is constantly scolding me about how to handle him. She yanks him around on his leash and she made him fall over today. I took my pup and I left in tears because I can't stand someone being mean to my dog. Please go somewhere else. It's no wonder my dog didn't want to go in to her store today. I can't imagine how she must treat the animals when the owners aren't around. I'm appalled.

On may 19th 2015 we took our New Foundland to Michelle's. This is our second visit with her. The first time we took him she did an Ok job but she was a little rough with Berkley at first. She calls her self a "Trainer". I went there for training not grooming. Well we took Berkley again. This time things got out of hand. When my wife went to pick up Berkley he ran straight for the exit. Did not even greet my wife. The husband had to help my wife put him the suv. Well she got home and noticed he went straight to his bowl and drinked a whole gallon of water. I questioned Michelle about it. She said she offered Berkley water but he refused it so she took it away. (Berkley must of told her that he did not want any at the time). Well she also noticed that Berkley was bleeding every where and dragging his back leg. Well she had ripped his toenail off (not cut it short) And obvousily a little rough with Berkley. I called them back and they denied everything. In fact I was so frustrated I filed a report with the New Franklin Police department. I hope those who experience the same thing will also call the New Franklin Police Department so we can make sure the business doesnt continue to operate like this.AS of 5/22/2015 Berkley is still bleeding and we are having issues with his injuries

My dog went here and got groomed, was there for 10 hours and came back with a very red eye. My thinking is his we was cut with siccors and we were not informed. He now has to go to the vet because since we picked him up from here he’s been acting funny and his eye hurts.

She does a great job at coming out of dog's hair but it's a little pricey for such a small dogs charges $50 we have a little miniature Yorkie our last Lady didn't charges that everybody says it's too expensive for such a small dog she is very great at what she does
