Great experience! I almost didn't take my ShihPoo here because of the reviews but I'm glad I did. There were no smoking signs in several places including the front door and they greeted us as soon as we walked in. They called me about 3 hrs later and my shaggy dirty little guy was turned into a nicely groomed dog. I highly recommend! Beware, they do not take credit/debit cards though. Check or cash only.

I have taken my girl here for years. They treat all the animals with respect and kindness, as well as their customers. We now take our new pup here too. I will go to this groomer as long as they are open, even though we now have an hour drive to get to them. It’s worth it to have our pups well cared for!

They were so fast at clipping my dogs nails. Even though he had to be muzzled and was just having a tantrum, he was such a good boy. They are so awesome with your fur babies. I would highly recommend them for all your needs.

Nicest people and did a great job. Found a couple of fleas on my daughter's dog and they fit him in right away. Helped me with him to the car because he acts crazy and pulls away from me. I would definitely recommend going here.

This place is amazing! I have never been disappointed in how my Max looks after they groom him. They are so friendly and they don't mind that Max is a complete hairy mess when I bring him in. They take it in stride, work their magic and I get to take home my cute puppy all groomed and smelling amazing. As long as they are there, I will be taking my Max to them. The people were incredibly friendly and warm! This was my first time here and they did an outstanding job on my papillon/maltese. They were thorough before they started to make sure they knew what I wanted. All of them were so kind and sweet to my puppy and the price was reasonable.I DEFINITELY recommend them!!

I've been taking my dog to this groomer for about a year now and I absolutely love them. They treat your pet like it's there own. They are wonderful, the owners are very nice and knowledgeable along with tons of experience. The price can't be beat either. I wouldn't trust any other groomer with my dog.

I took my dog here for the first time today. They were fantasic!!! They were very thorough with questions on how I wanted my dog cut, and I actually got her back the exact way I asked to have her cut. She smelled fantasic and was very happy!!! She look great. I only wish I wasn't moving out of the area so I could take her back. They are very good at what they do, they care, and they greeted me with a smile when I dropped off and picked up. Please go support this fantasic small business and local families!!!I'm sure their all great, Amy groomed my dog of looking for name recommendation!!!

I have an 8 year old chihuahua who HATES her front paws to be touched. She literally gets so scared getting her nails trimmed it usually takes 3 adults to hold her while another clips her nails, only 5 lbs but its USUALLY a true struggle and traumatic event for the both of us. I decided to give this wonderful place a try shortly after moving to oh a few months back, and all I can say is WOW. One last held her and loved on her while the other clipped. I HAVE never saw my baby handle a nail trim like this. These ladies show true passion for the animals and job. I highly suggest everyone to give them a try, I will be a lifetime customer.
