Nick S. Made my family and I comfortable right from the moment we met him. He was patient enough for our questions and willing to reiterate if we didn’t hear something. He was able to communicate so everyone involved was able to know what he was saying and not make others feel dumb. Easy access by email made it nice yo be able to review what was said. He is diligent with details and updates his team and customer quickly. Still adding the finishing touches and I very pleased thus far. Glad we chose ASAP to install our pool.

We built our pool in 2021 with Advanced Spas & Pools. The experience was terrific from start to finish. Nick was our main contact and he communicated throughout the process thoroughly.The pool was built with high quality, and on time. The crews on site were efficient and extremely mindful of cleanliness. The service after the install has also been 5 star. All inquiries and call are returned promptly. The owners are are also very hands on, and on site numerous times during the build. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is #1. We've been dealing with ASAP for nearly 20 years now, first with a pool, then eventually with a hot tub. We've had our hot tub for about 17 years now and it's obviously required some expensive repairs and maintenance over the years. It's outdoors and recently all of our pumps stopped working when it was falling to the low 20's outside. We were afraid we would experience a frozen line with no water circulating.I contacted Andrew, our reliable ASAP serviceman, and he was there the next day to address our issues. Turned out to be our main circuit board and Andrew had one in his truck. This was the 2nd time Andrew had bailed us out. Two years prior the same thing happened while we were vacationing in Florida in January. Very glad ASAP as reliable personnel to support its products!

This was our first time working with ASAP and we could not be happier! We are so glad we called them to come and close our pool for the winter because they are much more professional than our previous pool company! They immediately returned our phone call to get us scheduled and when Ben came he explained everything to us and showed us exactly what they were doing as this was our first time closing our pool. Nick and his team at Advanced spas and pools did an exceptional job on our pool. The initial appoint to go over all our options brought fourth their years of expertise as making it as simple as possible. Once we decided on our options it was a few months later and they broke ground. The team was on site getting to work when we hit a snag because of rock and a spring. Kevin presented more than one option to advert this crisis. We chose and they promptly began on the new plan. Slight miscommunication with the concrete guy paused our instillation but within a few minutes of getting ahold of Nick the issue was resolved. Overall we are very happy with our Pool and the team at Advanced spas and pool.

I've been going here for years for all my pool needs and finally decided to look into buying a hot tub. The salesman was very informative and asked what I would want out of the hot tub and selected out a few that would fit my needs of both their new and refurbished ones that they had in stock. After making my selection, right away they got all the paperwork I would need for financing and that it wouldn't start till the day it was delivered and after filling it out we scheduled a date for delivery. I chose a refurbished one and they said that they are going to water test it again to make sure there are no leaks before delivery.The day before the original delivery date I received a call from them and informed me that it was going to rain that day and had to reschedule for it to be delivered (which I understand that it would be unsafe for anyone to move a 900lb hot tub) so after the reschedule, the day before again they called to make sure that everything was still good to go and told me what the expected delivery time was, also I received a text confirming it. In the morning they called me half an hour before the expected time and told me they were on their way.Right on time Michael, Miranda, Garret, and Austin showed up got it off loaded and set in place in no time! I had also gotten a cover lift to which they installed in a very timely manner. They gave me a startup kit that had instructions for getting everything set up and asked if I had any questions to which I had none and then they were on their way. The whole process of them getting everything set into place and the cover lift installed was about 1 hour which was within the estimated window that they gave me.I am very happy with their service and will continue to go to them for all my pool and hot tub needs and will reccomend them to anyone that asks!

I absolutely LOVE everyone I have dealt with! Dan who assist with setting up the service and in general is a wealth of knowledge…everytime I talk to him, it’s like talking to a friend. Ben & crew who have done sand replacement and liner repair are so respectful, on time and don’t let the age fool you…Ben really knows his stuff. They come on time, when promised, work very quickly and are very fairly priced. Recommend
