This place has always had good food. I've eaten here for many years either dining in or picking up food. The past few times everytime I go in my order is given to another person or they forgot to make something or they just didn't make what I asked on my order properly. I love the food but at some point that gets really frustrating. My three star on the food isn't because the food isn't good... Quite the contrary. It is because of my orders constantly being wrong. If that issue were corrected my rating would rise on both food and service and my overall.

I get that y'all are extra busy with the school construction next door, workers from local factories and your locals. However, I placed my order at 11:10, I was told 20 to 25 minutes for it to he ready. I show up at 11:35 (25 minutes) to a line of people outside of the building trying to get inside to either order or pick up what had already been ordered. Your system is flawed, at 12:05 I finally got to get my food which as my assumption of my food being cold didn't let me down. I ordered my food well done, light tan crust and chewy dough is not well done little lone baked properly. Making someone stand in line to pick up food for 30 minutes while it gets cold behind mainly customers that were standing there waiting to order before they even sat down at a table is uncalled for. 2 stars only because the lady working the register still had a smile on her face and was very polite. I ate the two edge pieces of my calzone because I was hungry, the middle section was inedible from being undercooked and the lack of toppings definitely was not a factor... I'm in a tractor/trailer or else I would've brought it back. Please don't sacrifice quality over quantity and try and figure a way to have a line for pickup so people's food is not getting cold on the days you are swamped like today.

I had to get my craving of Local Pizza satisfied!. Great taste! Definitely I would go out of my way to grab a bite here. The Ladies at the counter are super kind and friendly! I put in the order and they even brought my food to my table. Thanks!!

Got it at the right time of the day, any later and the wait would have been CRAZY!!But dont go silly with the toppings because you're only gonna disappoint yourself upon arrival. Due to the staff's inability to read the whole ticket. Just cheese and pep 👌👍 hard to mess up lol. But good luck to you and your tummy in the morning 😉

It was delicious 😋. My favorite pizza place though so my review may be a little biased. I can tell you this I've ate at many different giovannis locations and this particular one is doing it right. The pizza was cooked perfectly and they even cut it into triangles which is my preferred way of eating it.

This is the best Giovanni's on the area in my opinion. The portions are right on money. Great food. All the others should be paying attention because this is the way pizza is supposed to taste. Great job guys.

We love pizza with lots of toppings and I always ask for extra sauce on the pizza because with many toppings it sometimes get dry. The pizza is done in about 15mins take out. Hot and very, very tasty. Beats the heck out of those sitting under the heating lamps. The prices are reasonable and a medium pizza is enough for 3 or 4, depends on whose eating. Teens, maybe only two. Decor is designed for in and out eating, The service has been great. Polite, get order correct and friendly.

Some visitors rip on this place, but a sandwich and soda is cheap here and friendly service. Heard the pizza buffet is good, too. About the only restaurant to eat at in Franklin Furnace.

I ordered my food at 5:19 and the lady told me that it would be 45 min ... well after and hour and 15 min I called to check in my order and the manager was so rude ..: she told me that it would be another 20 min before I get my order and another 45 min went bye until I got my food .. it took over 2 hours to get my food ...then after my food came it was wrong ... took it back down there and all the lady said was I was gonna send my driver back to give ur money to u ... not only was my kids out of there dinner but I was out gas money as well .. oh also when I called back down there somebody answered the phone and hung up on me ...

Ordered food and paid for delivery called them back an hour later and they said there delivery driver was gone for the day and refused to bring me my food not very good customer service my work is only 10 minutes away unfortunately I can’t leave work to go get food so now I don’t get lunch for the day

The staff at Giovanni's of Franklin Furnace are ALWAYS very helpful and friendly! I prefer this location above others for this reason.

Staff was curtious and beyond helpful.Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to gluten and they have gluten free things. The gluten free pizza the dough is delivered in its own pan and they open new toppings so that you are not cros contaminated.
