Excellent service and the best trailers around! I drove almost 300 miles to pick up both of my PJ trailers from Southern Ohio Equipment Company because the service and selection is that good. Lisa and Andy are always super responsive and ready to help. They stock every trailer accessory I could imagine and their prices are the best I have found. Great service. I called two other trailer companies in central Ohio and no one got back to me. Called SOE and they guided me on the best enclosed trailer for my needs and reserved it for me. Very professional, easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

As a business who was looking for a new trailer vendor we "bought" a trailer from them. They made the deal over the phone and since they do not take a credit card we let them know we had to get a check from corporate. They never said if someone else shows up first we will sell it, instead they said this arrangement was fine, 6 days later when the check came and we called we found out they sold the trailer. They stated they tried to get ahold of us, if they did they did not leave a message or send an email since they had both. I totally understand if your policy is not to hold, but we made a deal and had a mutual agreement. This is not how you do business.

Bearings went out on my camper axle during a family trip. Roached all components including electric brakes. They had the parts to replace everything on that end of the axle and loaned me a die to fix the galling on the axle threads. Friendliest service I have had in a long time! Awesome!

Very disappointed we had tire trouble on our way down and called ahead to let them know and they told us sorry about your luck. So we had to xrive an extra 100 miles to get there then go back for our trailer . it would have cost them 20 mins . Didn't even phase them when we told them we traveld 300 miles to get there.
