I don't normally write reviews but I had to do this today based on an incident that took place in the store while I was present. I was ordering pizza and subs. And I heard a woman yelling at a customer about pulling phone cords off a display that she claims was locked. I went over and looked and the Items that are covered in dust like they've never been touched. I did not see any locks and the phone cords are right by the registers. Not sure what the problem was, but the way the woman handled it with the customer was extremely rude. The man paid almost 100.00 dollars for few items and the people treated him as if he was a criminal. I Is personally won't be back at this store.

Was at the store today and heard the woman Barking at a paying customer who i've seen in the store numerous times over the years. She told him In a very nasty on professional way, not to pull the cords off. That why they have locks. Lol locking what if you can pull them off. The customer was very Straightforward and said nothing's being stoled i'm paying for them but woman continued Saying something to the customer which aggravated him. I stood there and watched him. Spend over a $100 as I've seen him do in the past. I don't understand what the deal was. But it changed my outlook on how much business l do with this store in the future. Just heads up everyone. I heard everyone there say she was the owner. The people had Different attitudes towards the customers today that I had never seen before. They were like all over customer service and polite. Something that doesn't normally happen at the store I go there because of convenience.

This Frankfort, Ohio fueling station is a nicely ran spot. Clean, refreshing store with a nice beer cave that carries a ton of variety. Sub-Express has a menu worth checking out. Food is rather great for a gas station. Friendly staff and happy atmosphere.

I have went in several times to buy Sub I never got what I asked for I get back a very rude response I usually Let It Go but this time my roommate is the one to get the bite of the bullet because I'm upset about it he comes back with my family no cheese it was melted on there Endeavor by cheese like that my bun wasn't faked I asked for Mayo Tire dressing everything they can put on it and what are they give me three slices of banana peppers cute little tiny things of tomato and not enough lettuce to feed anything and then they say that's just the way it is

Doors lock at 8pm now, spent 10 min in drive thru line, and the boy. Closed and locked window right in front of me at 759,laughed and pointed at his watch. Extremely rude. And not the first time From this new boy.
