My first visit to this Family Dollar was a great experience. If you've ever been to a Family Dollar, this one is on par with most others. They have a good selection of snacks and staple items. There were some great clearance deals on Valentine's items since I visited a week after Valentine's Day, and I stocked up on low-priced St. Patrick's Day greeting cards (which no one really needs, but I like to mail them to shut-ins). The cashier who checked me out was fast and friendly. I will definitely go back.

This store just reopened as a family dollar/dollar tree. Clean and organized stores whereas the majority of dollar stores are cluttered with incoming freight to stock. Prices are fair and the store is conveniently placed and has easy access for all. Recommended highly. Also was relieved to see Easter candy stock was there last minute as well. Got some things for the kiddos.

I love shopping there because I love supporting local businesses. Cashiers always friendly. Always clean. I don't think the higher-ups beyond the store level how busy it can get at certain times of the day and it puts a strain on the single employee's during certain hours or call ins but they do their best and and keep the lines moving best they can. Most people understand and keep their patients but there can be that one who isn't quite so patient. I have worked retail so I understand how it goes. I would love to get a job here but usually only want to hire all part time positions and like alot of people in these times they need full time jobs. Responsible adults are more dependable then SOME of the younger generation but there are exceptions. Anyways Great Job Frankfort Family Dollar.

The management there ate awful I was shopping and overhead the big red haired lady talki5 very loud about how she wants to catch someone stealing she prays for it so she can attack them. She really want to risk the health of customers to get her fix what if the thief has a weapon?..then another management had a fit because I wanted to return a item with receipt.and it's not a local business no one local owner it's owned by a large corporation that treats employees very bad

Can I get a star below this one! Absolutely HATED it! Rude. No idea what they're doing. Very unorganized. I understand they just opened but if they weren't ready to open..they should have waited til ACTUALLY READY. They say use your app...well..they don't honor the app!! Their pricing is soooo far off!!!! And they don't own up to it...blaming others..and not willing to make it right. NO THANK YOU!!!! I will stick to my DOLLAR GENERAL anyday..as opposed to having to deal with the incompetent and rude!!! And yes, I also contacted corporate!!!

It's convenient and it's maybe 10 minutes away from home. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Never had any problems since ive been shopping their. Store is always nice and neat bigger then most. Grocery items are a little over priced.

If I needed something and didn't feel like going to Chillicothe or Washington Court House, Family Dollar has been convenient. However, I've had bad customer service experiences with a few cashiers being rude. Also, the store feels cramped. Ever since they reconfigured the store, it seems like it's more difficult to work through the shelves and then check out.

They refused to honor the sale price on chips. I guessed assorted lays products do not include cheddar sour cream chips or anything other than plain lays or ridges. Even though the end cap that was marked with the sale had all the flavors and doritos I was told they were not a part of the sale. The manager Rita was extremely rude and would not honor the price and tore down the sign for the sale right in front of me and another customer who was complaining about the same problem. They had none of the chips that were on sale available for purchase.
