My favorite ice cream spot in Fostoria. I really prefer this place over Jb Twisters for the following reasons:-shredded chicken are 10x better-whippy dip ALWAYS gets my order right (for some reason Jb Twisters NEVER does)-workers are very very friendly

The reboot of this place is heartwarming, but our last few experiences could have been better. The service was amazing (which is what earned them the third star) and they tried VERY hard, so I'll give them credit for that. We visited 3 times during our week visiting family for food and treats just to give them extra chances to get it right. We called ahead for a larger order they had to make three times (twice while we waited) because the special order dogs threw them. The malts we got were amazing but the sundaes need help, BADLY.The dishes are either too small or they're not made correctly, because we didn't get one dish of ice cream that was not running over the side, with sticky goop all over our--and the employees'--hands. So messy! My favorite, the turtle, had burned hot fudge with cold chunks throughout, as if, maybe they microwaved it to help it melt real fast? The pecans they used were about the size of golf balls, unroasted and raw...blech. The whole thing felt like a sad waste of otherwise good ingredients. Theyve got a ways to go to catch up to J.B. Twister's quality, but overall, their kind cheerful service has Twister's beat, and somewhat made up for the disappointing food. I hope they make improvements because we'd love to give them another chance next time we're in town.

Great place and friendly faces and pretty affordable although I do have some complaints. First, the outside of the building is very mismatched and looks like it could use a new design. Second, not a lot of flavors for anything. Third, not a lot of actual food, maybe some elephant ears or something like that? Not many places in Fostoria have that so it would draw in more customers.

Delicious ice cream and great service! We use to go to JB Twisters but since Whippy Dip opened back up and my kids tried it they don't seem to want to go anywhere else.

This is our main ice cream restaurant. Nice employees, ice cream is the creamiest and best soft serve in town. Has a drive thru so no need to get out and stand in line. 👍

This ice cream stand has been in Fostoria for many years, serving the residents with delicious ice cream. The new owners, bethel's, have carried on the tradition. They run mini specials and ice cream is delicious. You can grab lunch a drink or just a ice cream treat anytime. They have the best iced coffee in Fostoria
