Good store kept fairly stocked. Helpful as you would expect from a grocery store. Alot of people drive like there from New Jersey but hey what do I know?

Worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They refused to fill my prescription as written because they say the mfg changed their policy. Pharmacist was rude and very unsympathetic to my needs.

Every time I come here I have to sift through outdated dairy items. Yogurt that expired 2 months ago shouldn’t be on the shelves. High prices for one of the poorest towns in Ohio. Friendly staff though.

Prices go up weekly, I understand it's going to happen but 50,60 and 70% is devastating. Americans screwing Americans, sad

Parking lot is always a complete mess, produce has been super bad lately and they always seem to be out of the good sale items!

Too little of each product on shelf. Lots of varieties but few of each. Many self check outs, many also not working. Too many self check outs when you have a full cart and not enough lanes open to cover the long lines of people who do have full carts and also full days. It tends to get hectic.

I am at this store 2 to 3 times a week. It's smaller, yes, but this town is not a booming Metropolis. Staff is polite, especially the managers who are seemingly LIVING THERE. I love the clearance being in a centralized location for convenience. Yes, lines get long at times, and people who complain about the self checkout cashier "not scanning large items".... should probably figure out what a self checkout is. "Younger" employees, are just that, younger. Life experience is needed for everyone. My only (mild, lame) negative mark, would be not having a fresh seafood counter (again, it's Fostoria.). Great sushi though!

Ordered a 1977 Fostoria High class reunion cake. Didn't bother looking at it prior to leaving with it. Got it to the venue. It was supposed to say FHS Class of 1977 and be decorated wih roses. What it said was FHF C. 1977. Only decorating was somered icing on the edge. How they got FHF out of FHS is beyond me. And really...it was too much effort to write out Class of 1977??? Highlydisappointed...especially since it came with a $60.99 price tag. A 12-year old could have done better than this. Will never order again. Would post a picture if I could.

They need to do something about the vehicles parked in front of the store it makes it dangerous for people who are walking in and out of the store and very difficult for other vehicles to pass by Hopefully no one get hurt cuz of these people

I love Kroger Products.A few of the young adults working in this store have great people skills. However, the young adults that don't, are milking their pay and are a liability by seeming entitled, rude and unattentive to the customers that pay their wages and are not an asset to the company.

Does anyone at this store ever smile? They act like it's a chore to help you. I'm paying your wages!!! Old lady at self checkout just stands there with an attitude, won't scan large heavy items. She acts like we should carry them to her. Won't go in that store again before 3 PM. Maybe some employees just need to retire. That's my thoughts!!!

I have used the pick-up service several times at this store and i want to thank all their employees for this great service. I especially want tp thank Bianca, Tim, Kim, Gail, Charles and Cristian for all they do to make sure everything is right. Since I am partially disabled, this has been a great help and a fast way to shop.

it's a Krogers... never had any issues shopping here, self checkout folks are always nice, much better than big city Tol Kroger, shopping later in the evening can help for people that don't want to be there for the rush. If you don't like shopping, just order groceries thru an app or something.

For the most part, good service, good staff, but Corporate office has made some bad decisions lately. No longer carrying certain magazines because of political correctness, such as gun magazines. If I wanted to deal with censorship, I'd move to somewhere that doesn't have the First Amendment, or the Bill of Rights!

By far the worst experience I have ever had at this store. Went and bought a half pound of white American cheese, upon getting home to have cheeseburgers every slice of cheese had some type of black stuff embedded in the cheese. Upon returning to the store was told that they would not replace my cheese because the deli was close and then told me I would have to wait till tomorrow to fix a problem that was not created by myself. When I asked to speak to a member of management was told there was no one in the store for the night. It is only 9 o'clock and the store is open till 1 in the morning and there is no management to handle problems. Will be contacting corporate in the morning for this problem.

They seem to have managed to fit a lot of merchandise into a smaller retail space. I go there often, it's a good place to get your groceries.

The fresh fruit is a good selection. They have a sushi bar with someone their during the day. When it's busy they are god at opening extra lanes. The one thing I've noticed is that sometimes they are out of staples when I shop. For instance brown sugar was out one time and a seasoning was another. I just feel that should not be happening at a grocery store.

it's a great place to go to The Price is Right also when I went there to buy a few items I took some produce out of my garden a mush melon I wasn't sure if it was ripe and I asked one of the people that are knowledgeable about that and they explain to me when it would be completely right and give me all the details that's awesome

This Kroger's is very clean and well stocked. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are a little high if you don't have a Kroger's Plus card, but I guess this is how they personalize your savings.

To shame a teenager for carrying her diabetic supplies and try to make her leave them behind the counter is completely uncalled for. There is no excuse, no reason for this. It's no different than a woman carrying her purse in or someone bringing their oxygen tank in it's carrier. This is a necessity for people with type 1 diabetes. Apparently your store needs training on disabilities and what is needed. You should also hope hire people that have s little empathy. I hope noone you love ever had to live with this disease. You truly would be apologizing as you should have already. Proper training can be provided for your employees on type 1 diabetes. God forbid a customer have a low and go into a comma in your store. You should be ashamed, people with this disease should not, they didn't choose it, insulin is life or death for them because their body doesn't produce it.

Horrible they gave me the wrong order and then when I called and went back they said we think it's right if not call back. I've done the online ordering and pickup with them many times but today was horrible and I think the new guy I dealt with today seemed to be the problem his name was Auggie. He then said he'd bring it right out to my house since I live down the street and 1hr. later he showed up. I think I'll pass the next time

This Kroger store likes to bully young people. Even when they have a life threatening disability. They are treated like a their when they walk in the door with a bag. The young lady in question told the manager she had to have her LIFE SAVING supply bag. She was demeaned by these employees until her mother stood up to them. She will forever be self conscious because she carries her bag. Now it is even worse. She has to have this bag with her all the time. Just like many other children and adults with this disability.

My husband, father and I walked into the deli tonight to get lunch meats so they had stuff to make sandwiches for work this week. My father ordered a pound of Eckeridge honey ham specifically requesting that it be shaved. Shaved is a very thin slice, but still a full slice of meat. The woman who started slicing the ham didn't show us the first slice which is a requirement of any deli. When she put the meat up on the scale my father noticed it didn't look right and commented that it looked more chipped than shaved and asked if there was even a full slice of meat in the half a pound she had sliced. She looked at him and said no, there weren't any full slices. He tried to explain to her that he wanted shaved and what shaved was. She responded by saying "Well, we can't slice it any thinner than we already are." First off, we weren't asking her to slice the ham any thinner. We wanted the ham thicker because there wasn't even any full slices of meat to make a sandwich with. So we walked away from the deli and went to the service desk to speak with then about what was happening in their deli and about the fact that their employees were serving shredded deli products instead of what we had asked for. The first woman we spoke to at the desk was a woman with whom my father had brought this same complaint directly to four or five times before this. Immediately from the moment we walked up this woman looked pissed off and hung her head in her hand the whole time we were making this complaint. As my father explained what was going on, another woman who I must assume is the store manager walked up and took over taking our complaint. This woman was beyond rude and snottily asked what we wanted her to do about it. After a moment of silence my father said he didn't know because this has been an ongoing issue since Amber and Christine have been out of the deli. This woman who we assume to be the store manager kept on about what we wanted done and said all she could do was go and speak with the women at the deli. On too of all this we wanted to finish our grocery shopping and it required us to walk past the deli a second time tonight. As we did so the woman who was slicing the pound of ham we had ordered stood there behind the counter and glared right at my father for a good minute. This has been an ongoing issue for a few weeks now. And as I previously stated we've been to the front desk numerous times about this and still nothing has been done. Last week my dad ordered a pound of budderball turkey as it was on sale. He told the deli employees that he wanted it as thin as possible without it falling apart. Again they declined to show him the first slice and sliced a pound of turkey that fell apart as soon as it was touched to be used to make sandwiches for lunches while he and my husband are at work. After tonights problem I don't believe we'll be back to the Kroger Deli which is saddening as it is the only place that sells Lebanon bologna, which we like very much. I don't believe I will recommend this deli to anyone again as they very clearly and blatantly don't care to do their jobs correctly. And it was highly unprofessional of all four women to glare the way that they did and to be as rude as they were. We frequently visit this Kroger store as we live just down the street and its very convenient for our weekly grocery shopping trip as we do our laundry at the laundromat right next door. As a result of tonights problems, we did NOT do our grocery shopping here and put everything we had in the cart back. I find it highly ridiculous that the only deli we have here in Fostoria has become so unprofessional and we can't even get the things we need here any longer. As for the desk clerk and the manager we spoke with, ladies I think you need to work on your customer service skills. I've worked in customer service my whole life and if I myself or any of my coworkers had ever spoken to a customer the way you ladies spoke to us tonight, we would have been fired on the spot.

This happened on Wednesday....still have not gotten an apology for my dear sweet daughter!! Did talk to store manager he told me he would get back to me sometime late next week but got no where, then I called corporate office and still got nowhere and I did call ADA and they did apologize this happened to my little girl but after talking to them I went on line and filed a claim against our Fostoria Krogers- I WILL NOT LET THIS GO, this was WRONG!! Ok calling for help from my fb friends, diabetic friends all of my friends that be able to help please read and share this!! I am a very very unhappy parent and adult right now! Adults can be such idiots and be so stupid!! This happened to my little girl tonight...we had band until 5 and I needed groceries very bad so we missed church and we went to the only grocery store we have in fostoria, Kroger's. This will be the last time I ever buy anything from this store again! They have fresh produce and her pig needed spinach. So I had about $100 worth of groceries in my cart, when something told me to go to the front of the store so I did. There my little girl was crying her eyes out at the service desk because they told my 17 year old type 1 diabetic daughter, Brooklyn that she could not carry her glucose meter bag with her in the store, it was store policy that she leave her bag behind the front counter. she had 3 ladies telling her she must get her bag searched and it stays behind the counter no exceptions even though she had told them 3 times she's a type 1 diabetic and she has it hanging on her bag that she's type 1 diabetic, to be safe. I don't care if its store policy or not it is her legal right to carry her glucose Meter and her few "low" supplies we had in it as we were out. Brooklyn told them I was in the store, they didn't care! She told them she just had band for hours and she did not want to go low they told her her bag stays behind the counter. They did NOT care to even listen to her until she started crying. Then the lady behind the front counter seen me coming and I was asking her why she was crying out of control, I thought she was low and then the lady behind the front counter told her she could have her bag. She was so embarrassed and humiliated! Thank you Fostoria Krogers for making my daughter hate herself and her diabetes for the few min that you were able make her feel like a criminal and control her!! She was so scared and upset and most of embarrassed for having diabetes! Please please train your employees!!!! Not all teenagers are thiefs! Even though she feels like it now! I am livid! My daughter cried for an hour and a half because of bad Fostoria Krogers made her feel!! Shame on you Fostoria Krogers and employees! You have lost our business! Please pray for my little girl she said she is not going to carry her meter in stores anymore.

Check out here is horrible. I bagged my own while 3 workers stood at next lane talking, 1 was no doubt a bagger. Shame !!!÷÷Update: we have gotten groceries here many times since original review, sadly I have been my own bagger many more times while employees stand close by chatting. Maybe the need a manager that gets what customer service is or means. How can a company justify paying staff to talk while customers do their job.I'd be pissed if my grandmother had to bag her groceries while paid workers watch!!!!Update, again. Fostoria Kroger is in desperate need of new management!I fid that every visit we wait in li e to pay way to long and I bag our items. Kroger owes me a damn paycheck . Terrible way to run a buisness, especially a chain business

Decent selection for a smaller store. Relatively clean. It may have been the weather, but the workers were a bit stoic.

They have friendly helpful associates in a bright organized store. I get all my prescriptions there in their new sychronized program. They make shopping a pleasure.
