Clerk on phone and then listening to soap operas on phone while on register. Manager said " she is allowed to." Tara then started tag attack on me, just got real nasty. You need to fire that poor excuse for a clerk. Wish to talk to top management over this. I am 71 hard of hearing. I will not come back to this store to be abused. Could hardly hear anything as phone playing was so loud.

Staff doing their best to stock and keep up with the flow of customers. Moving things and being friendly all the while. Making sure another lane was open before it got out of control. All while keeping it super friendly/ professional 👌 Def a go too!

I recently moved to the area and have been here several times in the last few weeks. The store is clean, well kept and the staff is really friendly.I'm used to a location that has Walmart, Meijer, Kroger, CVS, Rite Aid and more superstores. Moving here, I've discovered the area does not have any super stores and the variety at the local grocers leave little to be desired. Thankfully the Dollar Tree has made up for the lack of diversify where the other stores fall short.I know if Kroger doesn't have an item, like kitchen utensils that I need or they have it but are grossly overpriced, I know I have a 95% chance the Dollar Tree has it!

The store is clean and dry goods are well stocked. The refrigerated section is empty (Jan '23). There is plenty of accessible parking.

This location is always clean and the people working are very friendly. Every time I stop in I find a deal on overstock items from other stores. Their prices vs quantity for hardware items such as paint brushes and basic tools are the best in the area and extremely lower than hardware stores. A pack of 17 foam paint brushes is $1 compared to Ace Hardware selling 1 tiny foam brush for $1.29. Most items have good quality for single use and some last a long time. Their candy and snack selection is great too!

I went yesterday 3/14/20 for a few items; I was not greeted when I walked in not sure if this is their standard procedure, or not. Went down the school supplies/ teacher isle. The isle was a mixture of neat, tidy, and disorganized. Many of the sketch pad notebooks were not even organized into at least a nice pile. Further up the isle is books; I wanted to browse them to see what titles they had; nope that was not going to happen. Many of the books were sitting sideways, and so if you wanted to read the spine of the book; you had to tilt your head.After giving up that isle I went to the party supply area; that isle had boxes, and other trash around it. Another isle I didn't even attempt to travel down because it was a maze of boxes! Another isle had blue u shaped carts with boxes on it.So now I am ready to check out. The line was fast moving so that was a plus, but the cahier did not give me my correct change. After closing the drawer she was like "oh no, I owe you a quarter" she then proceeded to ask the girl behind me if she was paying with cash. The girl responded that she was not. Then the cashier then was looking all over for her own I assume wallet. After finding it she then looked and she did not have a quarter. So another employee comes towards the front, she asked the employee if they had a quarter; they did not. So the cashier somehow opened the drawer up by using her fingers; all for a quarter! She then told the employee to "not tell" that she did that because she would get in trouble.Would I shop at this location again; sure if I need to, but I hope that the store is more in order next time!

Better choices today. Unfortunately, most of the fall stuff is still in boxes sitting everywhere. Other stores will have sold out of the things people can see and Fostoria's will still be in boxes and new boxes will be coming in a few days.

Lol this is the worst dollar tree from Florida to Ohio! Dear Miss Anita (“manager”) and the other old lady working, being friendly will get you further than being sour faced. Just know this is the ONLY dollar tree that apparently only the manager can do a green dot card- very weird! Come on ladies represent yourselves better than this! I was treated with such disrespect while I was helping a friend who is in the hospital load money on their card, I will never recommend this dirty store with nasty employees to anybody.

I love having a local Dollar Tree in my town rather than in neighboring towns. It's a great place to grab decorations, paper goods, greeting cards, cleaning supplies, snacks, or even a few groceries! Good products and great prices!

Customers lined up to the back of the store. One woman came out and punched in some keys on the next register but said she wasn't opening the line. Pretty rude when all of us were waiting for service.

My cousin ran in with his stuff that I already PAID for and the clerk accused him of stealing it and refused to see the receipt. He made him pay for it again, like why would he steal something that I already paid for.
