We had previously been a customer for 4+ years. We didn't get our dogs in ONE time every 3 months (we were ONE month behind), and she refused to see us. ONLY after having already gotten everything together and brought our dogs in for their appointment. We had already been hesitant to bring the dogs back because she had given my parent's dog the most HORRENDOUS haircut ever. I mean it was a bad, choppy, hack job and it was sadly the dogs last haircut (she was almost 17 yrs old). So I guess this just made our decision easier. I'd avoid her and find someone else!!

We waited for a month for an appointment just for her to not be friendly and refused my dog for anxiety. I’ve NEVER had a groomer say anything negative about my dog, so this was a shock for sure. I left the place in tears. If your dog isn’t perfect, she will refuse to groom it. Spare yourself the time and take your pet somewhere else.

My husband was ill for a year and he died July 11. I was so stressed this last year and missed 2 appts and felt so bad about missing, I apologized to her. Kat had groomed Brin for almost 8 years and I recommended Kat to everyone and had nothing but good things to say about her. I really never saw her nasty side until I missed those appts. I had heard from other people how nasty she was but defended her. She told me I was no longer her client. I thought I was a good judge of character but wow was I wrong.

After 8 years of using this business every 6-8 weeks and spending thousands of dollars in grooming fees we are not allowed to schedule our next appointment. Our dog had medical issues which kept her from being able to be groomed, the issues are now fixed and our dog is healthy again. We reached out to schedule an appointment and we’re told no due to it being to long of a gap between appointments. We have heard of these unprofessional tactics from the owner in the past but never believed them. Now we know and will be ensuring that others know to stay away from this business.

Unprofessional! Find someone else unless you want treated poorly because you had to cancel twice due to a family member you are responsible for being in the hospital. We used her for close to 3 years twice per month. I guess the below post is correct on hearing about her unprofessionalism. I was unaware.

Kathy and her Sister are great with my Jack A Poo. She gets very excited when she sees the building. The training classes they give are very through. They taught me alot.Millie will never be groomed by another. Great place.
