extremely unprofessional & the quality is not what I expected for the price I paid. I left an honest review & the owner called me threatening me, & both times my installer went in there they harassed him about my review. the only reason he had to go up there a second time was because the first time he went in they wouldn't let him pick up my carpet because they didn't have somebody with a forklift to get it down despite the store being open & my carpet being paid for in full ..so I've got four men ready to install my carpet, but can't. they're not gonna reimburse for that, but will gladly charge you 25% if you try to cancel. compared to 5% at the competitors. I highly recommend carpet wholesalers. I have several friends who have gone through them & been highly satisfied. I thought at first you couldn't do your whole home with the same carpet if you went through somewhere like them, but despite their low prices they have a large amount of stock among their several locations.

I would give 6 stars if I could on this team's customer service and quality of product. Blake and Jane at Xtreme Carpet Care worked with my husband and I as we sought to clean our carpets (with some possibility to replace some or all of it in the house) and to replace the hard flooring we had throughout the main level in order to sell our home. Blake and his team were prompt to arrive and measure the house and they provided a very competitive quote for the cleaning, the carpet replacement should we select to do it, and replacement of the hard flooring. When the hard flooring was on order and our buyers decided they didn't want it, Jane and team were adaptable and great to work with despite my request that we change courses a few times (to return the flooring to stock and then to provide it instead to my sister). We appreciated their flexibility and priority on timeliness as we had some hard deadlines to meet (they never disappointed). We were so pleased with the quality of their customer service that we ordered our LVP for our new home's basement from Blake and team. The quality of their product is excellent and the level of customer service they provide is unbeatable!

I messaged them for a quote. I live in Forest right across the Hancock county line... Some of Forest is in Hancock county and I can throw a stone to line. For two very small rooms, a couch and recliner I was quoted 202.00 FOR BASIC SERVICE AND NO PROMISE THEY’LL MOVE MY FURNITURE BECAUSE YOU CHECK A BOX STATING THEY WON’T MOVE BEDS AND OTHER THINGS AT ALL AND IF THE SERVICE MAN OR WOMAN ISN’T CAPABLE OF OR “NOT FEELING WELL” THEN THEY ALSO WILL NOT MOVE THE ITEMS THEY TYPICALLY DO MOVE (such as couches and chairs)... If any of you think that’s a “fair price” you got completely ripped off! There is ZERO reason FOR BASIC SERVICE WITH NO PROMISE OF MOVING FURNITURE that the price should be anywhere above 125.00! Thank God I got a quote first!
