I mainly do pick up orders for groceries and it works pretty well. I'm giving it 4 stars only because sometimes I don't receive notifications that they're out of an item or replacing an item until I'm either already picking up or I've already traveled to town and about to pick up. That could just be a problem with automated systems or however it gets reported and sent. I'm not sure how that works. As for the actual pick up, I've had relatively few issues. Very convenient but if there is an absolutely must have item for that day, make sure it's going to be in your order or you'll have to go into a store anyway.

I just left Walmart and they had Raddison Reed hair color and there was supposed to be 5$ off. Nope I got charged full price. That's the last time I'll be buying this product there rip-off

I love this store! It is very clean and organized. The associates are among the best. Aden and Mary were very helpful. I always feel like I am a priority and absolutely necessary! They have a pretty large inventory and variety of products. Five stars for Walmart! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The young lady I spoke with found the item I was looking for and took it to the ladies dressing room so when I came into the store I didn't have to look for it. I purchased it. It was perfect and she saved me time. What a kind individual. The other associates in the department where just as nice and very helpful. A great store of associates!

This walmart is always nice and clean the cashiers are very friendly and always seem to be up to task I have never had any issues with a worker and they are always nice when it come to helping, this walmart by far is one of the best walmart's I have been too. Will definitely keep coming here!

Everytime I stop at the Deli and need to pick something up it seems like there are too many employees standing around and not helping customers. They will look at you and then walk into the back of the deli as if you aren’t there. Other times they snap at you wanting to know what you want when you are not the next one waiting. When they do finally help you they do not slice the meat the way you asked. Enough is enough. They need to listen and do their job correctly!

I was shopping the other day and the sweetest girl, her name was Sydney Ickes (hope I spelled that correctly) was so very helpful to me even though I could tell she was busy and the store was packed full of people. She had a smile on her sweet face,and was very soft spoken voice she answered my question and pointed me in the correct direction. You should hire more people nice as her. I shop here quite a bit and NEVER have I ever had that great of customer service! Very helpful! Thank you young lady! You deserve a raise!

This Walmart pharmacy is great! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. At the Walgreens pharmacy there is a problem every single time I go there, but not Walmart! Same great people every day.

Walmart is Walmart lol! Variety of products and competitive pricing. My only challenge with Walmart is that they will not reduce to clear food items nearing expiry. But you will find those same products on the shelf day of supposed expiry looking miserable. E.g. avocado, bagels, croissant. @Walmart you can do better.It's also great that they have visible washrooms but they need to ensure it's cleanliness cos it's mostly terrible

They had everything I was looking for except for a cough syrup I wanted. Since they remodeled their pharmacy department seems to have less choices in it! Prices just seem to continue to go up though, when is it going to end!

Nicest walmart in Findlay. The few staff they have really are trying hard to help people when they can. Give them a break. 1 person working there is doing the job of 3 or more people. Be more self sufficient and find what you need using the walmart app. It tells you where the items are. It's not perfect. It's the best of what's available. Thanks

I sincerely appreciate the people that work at this location they are all friendly and super helpful. I had misplaced my wallet while here a week or two ago and a younger guy at the front was extremely helpful with getting it back to me, this all happened right before they closed close to 11pm too so it was entirely out of his way to do so. I will update if I catch his name next time I'm there because he deserves some praise!

I think they should bring back the smiley face guy and tell the employees not to be rude. If someone says hello 👋 while you are on the clock, at least acknowledge them with a head nod. Other than that, store is clean and usually have everything I stop to get.

It's surprisingly cleaner than the walmarts in NY. Employees were nice and friendly. Was able to find everything I was looking for. Love the self checkout, which was hassle free with no wait time.

Over filled my car with oil after the new oil change. My car was smoking and I had to go back so they could correct the problem. The manger handled the problem, but have to see if it caused any damage to my motor. This happened in Upper Sandusky, ohio, not Findlay, ohio

This store is usually busy. The parking lot can be a bit of a hassle, but they appear to keep up with carts, etc. pretty well. The store is always clean & the check out wait is usually very short.
