This 3rd party that fills the meds and sends to pharmacy is a joke. Never have I ever had so much trouble getting my medication I take monthly. 2 months without my medication and told and it finally comes in but an error in their system and I have to contact my doctor to get them to resend everything to the pharmacy. DO BETTER WALGREENS. PATHETICA

What a terrible place to shop. How can so many employees be that rude, from the pharmacy to the checkout.We needed pills for our dog. Vet sent in prescription before 1:PM and went to pick it up later and they said the vet refused to renew his prescription. Went to the vet and they had sent it to them but they also resent it. Went back to Walgreens and they said the vet refused it again and called my vet a liar.Had enough of this place.

RUDE STAFF! Collin should not be a pharmacist and the clerks are extremely rude. I tried picking up a controlled substance. Collin didn’t even greet me, ask my DOB, nothing. He just said “you can pick it up tomorrow”. Which is BS because I’ve picked up controlled substances 2, 3 days in advance.So today happens. He told me that they’re out of what I’m trying to pick up, so I have to contact my doctor but my doctor’s office isn’t open until the evenings, so I have to go without my medication when this whole thing could have been avoided if he just filled it 1 day earlier.There’s some nice pharmacists. But the clerks are extremely rude, the clerks and pharmacy techs WEAR WHITE COATS, and they act like they’re all pharmacists. Do everyone a favor and don’t wear a white coat UNLESS you’re a pharmacist.Overall, bad experience. I plan to change pharmacies.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. if you have a final refill which you fill that day, and then you hand them a new prescription from your doctor for the new year they lose it within a week and say they never received it. Mind you it was handed to them in person. We are forced to go there because it is the one our insurance makes us use, and they are constantly messing that up that too, and trying to charge us for things that are covered. A constant battle there.

This pharmacy sucks! This is the second time I have come to pick up my prescriptions ant they aren't even ready after 2 hours. I live out of town and end up having to make another trip to get them. Having worked in a Walgreens pharmacy previously I KNOW there is no excuse for it.

Went in for a scheduled vaccine time. Went to the “COVID vaccine check-in” lane only to be told to go to the back of the line of people waiting for scripts….which just so happen to be 10 people deep. All in all was there for 35 minutes for a SCHEDULED appointment and that didn’t include the 15 minutes that no one told us to wait there for after the vaccine. It was for my son and I’m an ICU nurse so he was far safer in my hands than theirs so we left.

Every time when I come to get some good deals I see empty shelves with only clearance tags. I saw employee pulling 90% off clearance items off shelves when she was changing tags. That's a shame. Apparently good deals only for people who work there

I’m here visiting from Florida. Needed a few items. I walked into the store and wasn’t acknowledged. When I chose my items I walked up to register. Two associates were at the photo center chatting. I made eye contact and again no acknowledgment. Finally a young man named Ryan meandered up to the register. No hello, did you find what you were looking for etc. Without a word he grabbed my items and rang them up. The mascara was buy one get one 50% off. He very rudely said put you rewards number in. I did so. Paid with my credit card and had to get my own bag. No thank you have a nice day. You need to give your employees training on how to treat your customers. There are other places to shop.

People here work high, they don’t have any training at all, don’t know how some equipment work, don’t know their own prices for different services, they are literally just a body there to make it seem that someone is working, but they don’t know how to do anything.

Went to pick up my sons medication and they only had one ready after I had talked to them 2 days ago. The girl working at the counter said, "looks like someone dropped the ball." Now have to wait another hour for his meds. Now am on hold for the last 10 minutes.

Wallgreens is so helpful with all your needs, I continously use the photo lab, Connie in Findlay always takes the time to help you and pick the perfect pictures, Connie is very professional and personable with each customer and highly recommend their services, Always satisfied, Connie goes above and beyond, not just once EVERYTIME. all employees are Awesome AND assist you

A part time worker gave out my grandsons medical information to someone who does not have any legal rights to my grandson. The Findlay Ohio Walgreens did nothing to her except give her a reprimand! We want people to know your privacy is not protected!

If an OTC is available, this pharmacy will NOT tell you. They'll rip you off by selling you the $63 prescription rather than telling you to walk down the aisle and buy the $12 OTC. Beware.
