This store was always alright for me until we went to go get bedding pellets for the horses and 11 out of the 28 bags we got were open and we were originally supposed to get 30 I am furious and disappointed.

Bought a pallet of pellets for my son and daughter in law and grandson to keep them warm during the cold months. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes, which included loading up our truck.

great selection of products, friendly knowledgeable staff and great prices. I walk with a cane and the manager, associates too, are always kind enough to load a weekly supply of dog food in my F-1502/7/22 stopped in at TSC as usual for dog food and 2 ladies working there were as always kind and considerate, since I'm disabled one of them loaded the bags into my truck. if you believe kindness no longer exists stop at TSC for a dose of kindness

What a perfect experience. Mower I wanted sold just before getting there. Amanda told me that Tuesday morning 2 more were coming in. I called Tuesday morning and Amanda uncrated and had one ready for me before 9am. Wow. Perfect!!! Appreciate it more than I can express.

So I was in the store today. A girl named Rena was so helpful. She seemed so busy! I understand that they're probably short-staffed because of the virus that's going around so TSC didn't want to staff a lot of workers. But as we were going around the store and she was helping me there was an older gentleman and a younger girl at the service counter just talking The whole 20 minutes while I was there and didn't offer to help anyone else. I felt so bad for this poor lady dealing with everyone while the other workers just sat back and did nothing.

I shop here because the prices are great they have things you wouldn't find in a regular grocery store or convenience store. They also carry larger clothes for bigger people which is great. The prices are very compatible two other discount stores. Plenty of parking easy in and out. They sell anything you would need for a farm or Ranch.

The help that I got from Renee. Was extraordinary. It took me going to her a couple times asking for different stuff she didn't get upset she didn't get mad wow she was overwhelmed with a lot of other people in the store she seemed to be doing the majority of the work. There was a service counter where two other employees were standing and they didn't offer to help one bit. But Renee went out of her way to help me and I appreciate every part of it.

Had chicken feed I was looking for. Smell from grooming area overwhelming. Would have browsed more but was getting nauseous.Will stick to online order until something is done about odor, clothing is saturated with it, yuck!!🤮

Chicken food prices are not as competitive as Farm and Home. Less welcoming atmosphere than most. Their outdoor lighting is the worst if it's dark outside and they are open, you would swear they are closed. I told them about it...but nobody cared. Sorry but if you dont care about me, I am certainly am not going to care about ongoing patronage.
