I can I tell you the truth you guys were my only option to eat today and I wasn't thrilled about it I've never had lunch here before but I didn't want a cold sandwich with chips. But like I said only option. Your staff is incredibly nice. The sandwich was beautifully put together and delicious and the chips are very good as well. I tried to leave a survey but it doesn't seem like I can get through without difficulty on the website lol so if you would like me to leave a great survey for you please message me the link and I'll be happy to fill one out. We went in to order an iced latte and 2 chocolate glazed donuts. There were two in the display case. After being told 4 times we will be right with you we ordered the doughnuts. The guy at the counter went to the side and said that they were out and couldn't sell us the ones in the case because the district manager was coming for an audit and he would get in trouble for selling the doughnuts. We then asked for the timbits in chocolate glazed and he said they only have 3 they can sell and the ones in the case are for the audit. So if you want doughnuts from this location you may need to call and ask if they are having an audit and if so try again tomorrow. We went to Dunkin across town that actually sells doughnuts in their cases.

The kid helping was very even if he did seem either not awake or just out of it, but friendly nonetheless.He was helpful in getting my my two 20 packs of Timbits together. Where things go down hill is when I placed a second order for two avocado toasts & two hash browns. I get to the ball field to find that neither of my toasts has ANY Everything Bagel Seasoning like they’re supposed to and the bread is soggy from the avocado spread meaning that it was barely toasted. If you’re going to offer Avocado TOAST make sure you’re serving TOAST and not SOGGY BREAD!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! My sister in law works here and she’s worked at the other Tim’s in Findlay. She told me they hate cops and spit into the cops coffee before giving it to them. She physically watched it happen several times.You don’t have to like cops/law enforcement but how disgusting do you have to be to spit in someone’s food/drinks. You all are what’s wrong with this world.

The phone number on the window for customer satisfaction went right to the store and when I asked about customer satisfaction number the woman laughed at me.We order 12 donuts, we were told they didn't have the exact ones we wanted, ok no big deal. But when we got our order it wasn't even what ordered.There is no place to turn around so if they don't have what you want and aren't willing to make it you're forced to sit through the line.I'll never be going back. I'll gladly give my business to people who care.Edit...Unfortunately my wife talked me into going back. She has had additional issues. We order off the app, go to pick it up and they tell us the donuts are not available. Why do we order ahead then??? So we started calling ahead. That worked 2 times and on the 3rd time we got there and somehow they lost our order. We went to the local donut shop down the road. It was cheaper and the donuts were made fresh. Good luck if you choose to go to this place.

Poor customer. I was standing at the register with my my 2 sons asked for a minute to look at which doughnuts they wanted. When we were ready all 3 workers were attending to the drive through and didn’t even come back and acknowledge us. It’s as if we weren’t even there even. They even walked right in front of us multiple times standing there ready to order.

Asked for a mocha and they acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Gave me coffee with hot chocolate mix. Nasty. Think it was just new people. Had quite a few good experiences just this time was bad.

I love this Tim Hortons. I’ve never had any problems. There’s never any lines, service is amazing, food is fast and tastes great. I’ve been to different locations, and this one takes the cake.

First order was a vanilla cream cold brew with cold foam and a bacon farmers wrap. No cold foam and no hash brown in the wrap. Called and they said I could get a new wrap next time. Didn't notice the coffee till I got off the phone. Wasn't calling back. Got my new wrap...no chipotle sauce...I won't be coming back to this Tim Hortons

We have stopped here several times over the years to buy coffee for friends on our way back to Missouri. This was the first time we've actually eaten breakfast here. We had donuts and muffins, so the value was good. Two of us ordered frozen hot chocolate and I got the decaf mocha latte with an extra shot of chocolate. It was quite wonderful! :-) however, hubby and I asked them to warm up our muffins. The cashier took them back behind the counter and said she'd be happy to do it. Four minutes later, we were still waiting. When hubby went up to get them, the cashier tried to give us new muffins, forgetting she was supposed to be warming them up. The muffins were returned to us just as cold as they had been before. The flavor was good, but they might have been amazing if they were warm. :-) The restaurant was clean with plenty of employees working to keep things nice and keeping tables cleared, etc. Friendly staff. Just not too efficient at 11am on a Saturday. :-)Update 5/2017: be aware that there is only one stall in the ladies' room here. Also, the employee tonight (10pm on a Friday night) was incredibly slow-moving, and a bit grumpy. The drinks, even the free ice water, were filled about 3/4 instead of full. And the frozen hot chocolate was so chalky and overly sweet neither of my kids would finish theirs. How do you mess up frozen hot chocolate?!

Everytime I go to Tim's it's the best experience maybe because I trash talk Dunkin' donuts but if Dunkin' would have good service and drinks they wouldn't get it thank Tim's loyal customer for the last 6 years caramel ice cap double shot of espresso every time I go in

We ordered from Tim Hortons in Findlay Ohio. We had to door dash because we are currently working. We got our orders and they were both wrong. When we called to let them know the guy was very rude and insisted that he was correct and we were not. We have the same orders every time we get coffee from this shop. We understand things get messed up, but the fact that this guy was rude and immature over the phone was uncalled for. Will not attend this location ever again.

I ordered a sandwich and hash brown off the breakfast menu AFTER calling and being told that breakfast ends at 2. Upon arriving Tyler said that I couldn’t have a hash brown because none were made and refused to make on. He offered to replace it with something else but was extremely rude. If breakfast is until 2, it should’ve been no problem to made a hash brown.

Very slow, had to wait an additional 8 min out front for 2 lattes that had not even been started, actually they didn't even that they had been ordered. Then got attitude from girl at the window about how long it takes to make them. Was supposed to be peppermint mocha and was nothing more than coffee with whip cream and a drizzle of chocolate. Was horrible. I'm sure the owners would be horrified if they new this is what was happening when they weren't there. Worst Tim Horton experience ever!!!!

Place is OK but service in the morning was no good. Went in to order and the guy and girl looked mad and they both just stood behind counter waiting to see which one was going to take my order. So finally the guy did but he was not speaking up to where I could hear him. Won't be going back there even though they have awesome donuts.

Just like every Tim Hortons; food, coffee, and bakery goods are good. The service here is very slow. 7 staff members working, and it appeared that only 2 were actually doing anything, one of which was tending to the drive thru. The place is clean, just expect it to take too long.

I used to love stopping here in the morning. It was always quick. The past month or two it has been ridiculously slow. The first time I figured they were just training someone, but every time since it has been horrible. There was a line out the door. The lady at the counter was rude too. Get more staff especially for morning shifts or something.

Great Quality Food.Unfortunately the Guy working the night shift is completely soul-less. Looks as if he hasn't slept in days and just attempting to get him to smile is basically impossible. Doesn't really give off the vibrant, cheerful attitude you expect when walking into a coffee shop. Actually the environment this guy creates is quite the opposite of welcoming and upon leaving all my faith is left souly on the coffee in my hand. And after all that negativity I don't think ill be returning to possibly ruin another morning before it has even truly begun. Good luck Tim Hortons.
