I only visit once in a while but i am always shocked by the sales and selection! This last visit i made it in the door and found what i wanted and even got some clearance deals great sales floor help! Jewelry counter cashier could use some training on customer service! Almost a perfect visit!

Store was extremely clean and shelves were neatly stocked. Left with more than I anticipated buying, but was happy with how easy it is to go in without a plan and leave with just the right gifts and items for myself. Staff was friendly, offered assistance and check out was quick despite the line.

I go to TJ Maxx frequently and this time I specifically went for beauty goods. I went in for hairspray (they didn't have the one I wanted) and conditioner (they had it) but walked out with some great deals of products I have wanted to try bit were too expensive elsewhere. It was a good haul!

This location is well organized with a great selection! I got a beautiful dress for Christmas for $10! I also bought a pretty toddlers winter coat for $19! They have a very large women's section and quite a bit of men's clothes as well! They also have a very good home goods section and pets section. They also have a beauty section with a large selection.

Their employees never put the carts away so on windy and stormy days be prepared for your car to be dented and scratched up with red and black, they also take no responsibility or liability for their property damaging, your property, while on their property despite the fact that if their employees did the bare minimum of their job and put the carts away, none of these issues would happen

Love our local t.j max I just wish that their Michael kors stuff was just a little cheaper because you can order off their website for the same price you pay at t.j max. So anyone looking for a new purse or wallet of Micheal kors please just use their website it's way cheaper and shipping is always free.

Clerk's are always pleaesant and helpful. Today I needed a different size and the dressing room associate went to her return rack and handed me the size I needed. I'm not certain I would have returned to the rack myself to get the correct size I would have checked out with my one other item an not the Capri's . Thanks for persevering.

First time I've been to the new location and felt like it was well stocked and had a lot more variety than it did and it's old location. Also I felt like they had a lot more consistent brand products as opposed to a lot of one-offs like they did at the old location.

Scored a car phone charger, car phone holder, some tight dress shorts and this sweet shirt for under 40 bucks and they let me use 2 partial pre-paid cards AND a partial gift card, so nothing out of my pocket. Plus I cleared a couple cards out of my wallet. SCORE!!

They could've been MORE UNDERSTANDING about my situation than what they were! I had bought a dress for my UNCLES FUNERAL, AS I LEFT TOWN FOR IT.I ENDED UP BORROWING SOMETHING FROM MY SISTER, returning the dress they gave me a store card.I even had the receipt and explained that I had been passed 30 days due to the funeral. VERY INCOMPASSIONATE! I was EVEN going to get the memorandum from my car to prove to this point! SHOP ELSEWHERE! MONEY HUNGRY S.O.B's!

This TJ Maxx is literally the best. The selection is amazing and the home goods are always on point. It is always well staffed and the dressing rooms are clean. I love everything I buy from here... The place I go to treat myself 😎

A year ago I would have given the store 5 stars easily, but unfortunately I can not longer share that same opinion currently. My wardrobe is probably 60% items purchased at the Findlay TJ Maxx over the years. They always had a great selection of Men's clothes, be it pants, dress shirts, or casual items. Now there is about 1 double sided rack of each and maybe 8 solo racks with random items. I understand with the way they aquire items to sell, that you're not always going to be able to find exactly what you want. But with the selection before, I was always able to find something. The last 3 times, I've been unable to find anything in the paltry selection of Men's clothing. The store was clean, the racks were not a mess, the lines were not long at the registers. Unfortunately I am just not the target audience for TJ Maxx, and that's a shame.
