I would like anyone who may of had an issue here to come in and give us another try! I am working hard on making this place better for the patrons, and for Findlay! If you had a bad experience in the last 6 months, screen shot your review and come in before March 15th, 2024 (Tuesday thru Saturday between 10a and 6p as this is when I am there), I will make sure you get taken care of and will give you a combo meal on me! We have some bad days when we have call offs etc. And I know we will never be able to please everyone all the time...but we can try!

Haven't been to this steak and shake for awhile. First thing I see when approaching the door is a spilled milkshake at the entrance. Came indoors and noticed very few people inside. No one at the counter. A women told me to put my order in the kiosk and then told me it wouldn't take cash. I could order through the drive through and then they would call my name. Was confused about that and then a drive through person came up to the counter and asked what I wanted without having even looked at the menu. I told what I wanted and he spoke into his microphone to the drive through person. Found a place to sit down, it was filthy, the floor was dirty, the restroom was also filthy with papers on the floor. They called my name and I got my order. Burger was greasy, fries cold. I used to really like eating there. Won't ever be back. Oh, and it was over $15.00 for burger, fries, and a coke. How they stay in business is beyond me? Not on my money anymore

After hours of travel I wanted a sit down meal with fun old time atmosphere where I get waited on with a smile. I had not been to a Steak & Shake since Fl....a few years. O was outside of Findlay,OH. I walked into no human in the building except a couple eating in their 70's. A woman at a grill turned long enough to tell me,"there are four kiosks". Not sure she was human though, she only turned from neck up. Never saw a human, my food mysteriously appeared with phantom voice calling my name...after the dining couple showed me how to scan my receipt code for ice & drink. Funny, that kiosk asked what percentage of tip you would like to give. Still mot sure I even saw a human except for helpful diner cpl. Really wished I had hot sauce...nobody to ask or scan for that.

This Steak 'n Shake is ok if you're ok with germs and no human contact. When we walked in, there were nobody was in sight. After ordering our food off the kiosk machine, we used the restroom. There was urine on the bathroom floor, a toilet that would not flush, no soup, water hardly worked, and no paper towels to dry your hands. The dining area was filled with trash on the ground. We managed to find a table that didn't have any trash on it. ( There were only two other people in the dining area) The food was great, but the atmosphere was absolutely disgusting. We asked for boxes, but it took forever because nobody was around to help us.

I took a friend here to Steak ‘n Shake because he’s never had it before. We literally left Culver’s for Steak ‘n Shake, worst decision ever. I missed the retro feel they use to have instead I walk in to 4 kiosk, workers were in casual clothes and slipping all over the kitchen in regular tennis shoes. What happened to the uniforms? For a second I felt as if I needed to go back there and prepare my own food. My boyfriend asked for a bottle of water twice(that he paid for) never received it. Instead he bought a drink ticket to find that you only get 2 refills with the new drink scanning system. I got cheesy fries and paid extra for sauce, received regular fries and no sauce. The tables were dirty, it felt extremely unorganized. I served myself more than anything. I never ever leave reviews. But I was highly disappointed… saddened actually. I was embarrassed to have been so excited to show my friend, to come into what seemed as a disaster..

It's an Older looking store that didn't seem well cared for. There were few cars in the lot and only one car ahead of us in the drive-thru line. We waited for almost 10 minutes before deciding the drive-thru was a bad choice since the car in front of us hadn't even been helped yet. I know Steak n Shake is typically much slower than fast food, but this was ridiculous.There are plenty of other options across the street and around the corner. Get your meal elsewhere and save yourself the time. Plus, you know if your wait for food is 20+ minutes, the quality of the food is going to be horrible, and the service/accuracy will be poor as well.

Spent many nights at steak n shakes over the years. Sad to say I've made my final visit. The food was mediocre at best. The chili was room temperature, the fries must have been done 10 minutes before the fresco melt because they were not warm at all, the strawberry shake was 30% whipped topping and you now serve yourself amd the still ask for a tip. The atmosphere here is apocalyptic with the workers staying in the back other than to set your food on the counter all while over half of the tabke were filthy. Waffle House will reign as Late Night King.RIP Steak 'n Shake.

This place was filthy. The floors in the dining room and the bathroom were really dirty, the toilets were gross, the hand dryer in the women's bathroom wasn't working, and one of the soap dispensers was empty. Our ketchup bottles were both empty, no napkins at the table, no salt on the table and I had to request silverware for my burger with no bun. We had to wait several minutes to get seated. I didn't get the burger I ordered. However the burgers we got were quite good and our server was good.

The person taking our order in the drive thru was extremely rude and tried to rush us through our order. Then after trying to rush us they made us wait at the window for 10 minutes before even taking our money and handing us our food. After we checked the bag for our food we were missing a fry from one of our combos that they charged us for. I am very disappointed with the service I got from here.

Ordered cheese fries. This is what I got with my fries and a burger so cold it felt like it had come out of the fridge. Disgusting.No working soda machine. No refund for the extra I paid for flavor added to my soda I ordered and never received.Greatly disappointed.

I have been coming here for a few years and it just continues to get worse..Today I waited 20 min because they couldn't keep up with 4 cars in the drive through. Ordered a triple got a double bun was barely toasted onion rings were burnt ...They have always been bad at keeping up even on a slow day but now the food is suffering. So long steak and shake I see this place closing soon

Oof, where to start….No waitresses anymore, the kiosk is slow and sticky.Both ketchup dispensers were broken. Napkins were placed on a table instead of the dispenser.The fries were still frozen. The cheese wasn’t melted on the burger at all. They were cold. Can’t blame it for being busy, there was two tables already eating and no orders on the kitchen screens. The restaurant was dirty. Those “famous” milkshakes everyone loves are so clearly made with Hershey’s syrup now. Extremely disappointed.Save yourself the utter heartache and take the extra 30 seconds to go over to Culver’s.

Today I went and there was only one worker and I just want to say I am very pleased with the service they provided and even tho I had to wait awhile I don't mind because they are doing the best they can do with a line to the street. I even tipped because people can be jerks sometimes in that situation. food was great and I was treated respectfully so def no complaints!
