Everytime me and my husband goes into rite aid the lady with long gray hair with glasses is always rude. When we went to go check out she rolled her eyes at us when we are being nice and asking how her day is and she just not nice. She needs more training on her manners and being nice to customers. This isn't the first time she was like this to us or anyone being rude.

The pharmacy attendant was extremely rude and completely discourteous toward me for absolutely no apparent reason. I was polite throughout the entire time I was trying to ask about the status of my order. I don’t understand why they would treat their loyal and kind patrons in such a manner.

The service at rite aid is convenient, the pharmacy delivers my medicine to me cuz I don't drive.. I gave them a 5-star rating because of their patients and Curtsy, they give their customers

This is the best pharmacy I've ever visited. Amy and her staff are very friendly, concerned and helpful in serving their customers. Fast service and a very clean store.

Our family will not be going back! Always the same thing,when we get there ,O we don't have that medicine. Please let us call around and then you can drive all over town and waist you whole day .This store has berry poor communication skills to say the least !

Go to cvs or Walgreens. The cashiers are a under educated or 80 years old. They are not helpful or knowledgeable.
