Second time I've used rite aid 1501 North main Street in Findlay Ohio and both times they don't honor the Good RX discount... If you complain they tell you there's nothing they could do that's what it shows up and their system with GoodRx which makes no sense because every other place I've gone honors the GoodRx price on the GoodRx website doesn't make any sense. Needless to say I won't be shopping at Rite Aid any longer... Every penny counts and some of those prescription prices are high.

I was given a bottle by the hospital and yet was given the same medication here and can't be reimbursed for this mistake. What a waste of money.

I have used this Rite aid for years. The pharmacy is great and they are very reliable and are good with communication. My scripts have always been filled in an acceptable amount of time and they have a nice grocery area to grab a couple things i need as well. I like the rewards program too with your wellness card. Much faster than those big box stores and personal service.

I had scheduled an appointment for my 89 yr old mothers Pfizer booster shot. She had a 4pm appt and there were 7 others waiting for vaccines. She waited for over an hour and a half to get it. I'm not certain of the others had appt or were walk ins, if they had people out or what but it was not acceptable. While I do not know all of the facts, appointments should be taken first ahead of walk ins. Or at least notified that there was a big back log.

The pharmacy was great. The customer relations at the front of the store was terrible. I got hung up on the first time I called because the girl I talked to apparently couldn't understand me. She was foreign which doesn't matter to me, but there was a huge language barrier The second time I called, the gal just didn't want to help me. I was asking for something specific and wanted her to go look for me rather than me drive across town for nothing, but she wanted me to just come in rather than help me out

This is geared towards the online pharmacy and mobile app. Thier online ordering and mobile app are total trash, no way to look up prescription on file. I know I have new prescriptions but there is no way to fill a new prescription without calling the pharmacy. It only works for refills on previous orders.

Called several places for high rise toliot seat, this store continues to amaze me for having items that northwest medical should carry but dont, explains why their reviews are horrible. Rite aide had the high rise seat i needed KUDOS TO THEM :)

I enjoy Rite aid - noted some good prices today. Also enjoy having Ruby Brown wait on me today...she is always smiling and very professional.

Went in to have a prescription filled, and was told it would be about a 45 minute wait, so I opted to stay and wait. After over 2 hours of waiting, watching people come and go over and over again, I went up to the counter again and asked how much longer it would be and they said it would be another 2 hours. A 4-hour wait for a small prescription... Meanwhile I’m sitting there on the most uncomfortable chairs for over 2 hours for no reason with a fever of 102.

Wonderful staff, it's a high volume pharmacy though, usually 20-30 minutes waiting for a prescription to fill.
