(I’ve provided pictures and a videos)Things I’ll be talking about: the store and the pet I bought from it.The store was very clean and the staff were so friendly! I always love stopping in to check out their cute cats. They have a big window so you can see into their grooming area, they always do such a good job when cleaning up the pets that come in.My cat:(Let me set the scene) I had just finished taking an exam when I saw a PetSmart. I’ve been wanting a cat for a while and decided to stop in to see what selection they had. 4 cats were in cages.Cat 1- Dona (was a bit schizophrenic seeing as she was swatting at thin air) - this is a joke, this cat was perfectly healthy.Cat 2- Bitter Sweet (He hates life. He just wants to lay and eat but Dona keeps biting him) - Donna likes to play, Bitter Sweet did not.Cat 3- Checkers (Was laying in a box, in a corner side eyeing me the whole time.) - I didn’t even notice she was there till I went around to the glass and saw her. All the cats greeted me besides her.Cat 4- I do not know the name of seeing as they were adopted but waiting to be picked up. - Very loving and playful cat, purred as soon as they saw meCan you guess which cat I picked?…that’s right! I picked Checkers. She was 6 months when I got her and she’s currently 8 months old. She was $75 which I thought was so amazing since she’s been neutered and had her shots up to date! (Buying litter, food, and all the other accessories made the price a bit higher) I was told by the staff that Checkers was a very loving cat and to just give her a few days. They said this as they were struggling to put her in her cat carrier. 😂Nonetheless I was very excited! She was indeed a loving cat! She sat in my lap the whole car ride home, she loves to cuddle at night, is very playful, loves to cuddle with my dog, and is great at catching mice!I thought Checkers wasn’t a very fitting name so I renamed her to Jennifer Pickles but most of the time I just call her Kitty. I love her so much. She always loves to lay on my chest and purr at night.10/10 I highly recommend getting your cats from here. Bonus! She’s good with kids.

Took dog into get groomed and he came out with three pretty sizeable cuts on one of his legs. Staff said they thought my dog was having a reaction to the shampoo that they used there. Turns out it's the same shampoo I use at home 😂. Called manager to voice displeasure but the manager was less than accommodating

Great store. Clean, organized and helpful staff. James was especially helpful with my elderly mother. That’s how you maintain customers.

Lady in the back with the fish (has pink hair on the ends) is very rude. Doesn’t engage or talk to the customers. Wouldn’t let us buy fish a few days ago and had to come back 4 days later to get them. Very unsociable and unprofessional.

Had to wait a bit, but just popped in to get the dog's nails clipped. Only suggestion is that there be a seating area. Dogs owner was 93 yrs old. Staff was courteous and professional. A bit pricey.

My dog has been groomed by several people, and I have been disappointed. So I took a chance on Petsmart and realized that is where she will go from now on. They did an AMAZING job

My Fiancee and I frequently visit here since we love our animals. (2 German Shepherds and 3 cats) The staff is very friendly and inviting. The pet trainer Karl is fantastic and very engaging we recommend his dog training classes.

The overall haircut was amazing, I was very pleased with how the groomers cut my fur baby. However, my pup was sent home with a chemical burn in his eye and I was very unpleased and disappointed.

Bought 2 Hamsters at PetSmart #550 located at 3713 Easton Market Columbus, OH 43219. 1 of the Hamster died at 6pm-ish the same day. call back to the store and a male manager said I have to drive 2 Hrs back to the store (I live in Lima OH & was on a trip with family) before there is the "POSSIBILITY" of getting refund or replaced. While my son are crying because he thought he killed the poor pet, the Store manager, Lina at least claim to be store manager hang up the phone on me & pretty much tell me I am out of luck because their policy will only act if the dead/sick pet is returned to store. "YOU HAVE SIGNED THE PAPER THAT STATED IT" was her response. Then hang up on me. the worst company ever. SO glad I don't have one near my town.

What a great place! The groomer was closed today but the manager took care of giving my dog Charlie a Pawdicure! He went above and beyond and was so very nice and loving to Charlie! Highly recommend this store! I know we will be repeat customers! Thank you!

Stopped in to pick up some Hill's Science Diet food for the little Yorkie...unfortunately Hill's is struggling with supplier issues & our normal kibble was not available. After a pleasant discussion with a store employee, I decided to go with a slightly different formula. The employees at this site seem very helpful. Store location works well for us. Not their fault supplier is struggling.

Love this store as i can find all my cats favorite food and treats here. Lots of toys to keep him happy and healthy. Also get filters for his water bowl. Nice store and friendly staff and i earn rewards for purchases.Can't ask for more!! Barb and Koko

Been bringing my dog here for 8 years for grooming, use to take 2 hrs and now it takes 3-3 1/2 hrs. Don't know why it is taking so long. Prices have really increased too. Thinking about going somewhere else.

I got my golden groomed here so that's what my rating is representing. The staff was nice and helpful and did a fine job taking care of my dog and grooming her. She looked way better after she came out. My only gripe was it felt like the price was a bit high for the service.

Great store, if you have a return they kindly check out every single customer first before they refuse to refund the mostly dead feeders that they sold you, why? Well because you don't have the receipt, the receipt that you never got because you didn't want a bag. They will give you store credit!! Force you spend your money again on questionable feeders. No thanks, you people clearly need the money more than me.At least it only cost me $10 to see the true colors.

Very disappointed I make appointment for grooming for today; they canceled 1hr before the groomer got sick; I was needing the appointment I was going out of town I was the only day I could take him. They even make the effort to accommodate me for next day. Is unacceptable they even call me at least the day before to let me know.

Some thing might be pricey compared to Walmart or other pet stores but the quality is worth it! I wish they had a bigger location to hold more animals such as reptiles and other kinds of birds though.

This store is always so well organized and clean. The staff is friendly and our cashier was cheerful. Always a great experience!
