The younger dark haired shorter girl (forgive me I cannot remember her name) but she was incredibly sweet and very helpful with help finding exactly what I needed. She's also very knowledgeable when it comes to a lot of pet care! The only complaint is the prices are a lot higher than other places, but PSP has always been that way. All of these pet stores are. The one by Walmart is even more expensive like outrageously but the only other option is Tractor Supply and everyone knows they are aswell. But I don't think these pet stores would survive. Pet Smart did not last at all and they were even higher so I'd imagine thats why. Findlay is really good about shopping local although I know this store isn't I just wanted to acknowledge this young lady for her hard work a dedication helps others and doing her job the best she can! I was in a hurry stressed and frustrated because of not being able to find what I needed for my cat. Had been to 3 stores already and she actually calmed me down a lot and explained a little bit of detail about the issue with my cat and suggested I try a certain drop they carried. From looking online I wanted something w antibiotics in it but I could not find anything like that locally only online. Of course much cheaper. But I wanted something and needed it immediately to get my cat something other than just a rinse and the normal care for his eye!!! She side bring them back if they don't work and you get something different! They worked extremely well and within 24 hours his eye was already beginning to clear up and the swelling went down. Thank goodness for this young lady! I was so worried but thankfully with her knowledge and help he's doing much better and his discomfort was gone overnight practically because the swelling around his eye had subsided! I am going to be going to PSP from now on when it comes to anything regarding my pets health! She is also very knowledgeable with dogs and many other animals as well!!! P.S. she has really super long natural brown hair thank you a million!!!!

The dog bath area was very clean which usually isn't the case. A sign in front of each tub said it had been disinfected. The tubs were very clean so wondering if maybe someone new who is doing a great job.

I Condo Pet Supplies Plus pretty often to get items for my fish tank. Overall, I have a wonderful experience with everybody. Mary is always so kind when I come in and there’s another female with glasses I don’t recall her name but she is also kind. I love with a Store happe Store offer, but one issue I have is an individual name Amber, I think her operator ID is 008921. At least that’s what my receipt says but she was very condescending. I had questions that she did answer, but half of the time she was looking at the other coworker like I was stupid for asking the questions that I asked about the beta fish. Overall, she made me feel uncomfortable. She made me feel like the questions I were asking were stupid questions such as how can you tell the males from the females and she said well typically people do research on fish before they come get something or when I had questions about goldfish she would always have a rebuttal to what I had to say, but kind of like a snobby one.. I will still come to the store because of the other wonderful employees, and for the items that I need, I think future reference I’m just going to try to avoid when she is there

Clearance rack says extra 50% off. Was going to get a lot of items with the big bright yellow vivid tag. Cashier didn’t honor that because the item doesn’t specifically state clearance even though there is probably 40+ of this item on the rack. Wouldn’t come look at the sign and wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to explain. Would have bought a lot more if it wasn’t for the very lousy service.

I bought a bag of Science Diet dog food there and my dogs would not eat it and they took it back no problem the next day refunded my money within 24 hours back to my card I would recommend shopping here

I love this store was just out shopping with a friend was greeted by the best and friendliest bunch of people ever !!! And the cool lady in the fish department was awesome knowledgeable and super friendly this was an awesome experience and I love all their animals and their so clean and beautiful looking, it was almost like being at a small Zoo so clean I suggest everybody shop here....

I use to like going to this store,it’s definitely not what it use to be. The girls that work there and the assistant manager started to treat me differently and really didn’t want to wait on me because I bought multiple fish even though that is “their job”. It got to the point,one day they argued in front of me of who was going to wait on me. I called corporate. District Manager said they don’t treat their customers like this and she will take care of this. A few weeks later, I went back in. Every employee including the assistant manager ignored me. Well I guess whatever the district manager said to them they ignored her. I even complained about the fish having Ich, the goldfish having vein rot, and selling a Texas as a flowerhorn. The girls ARE rude and the assistant manager needs an attitude adjustment. Working at a pet store is your job to wait on a customer and if you don’t like catching multiple fish then find a new one. And totally ignoring me as a customer is discriminating.

Went to pick up a curbside order. I called the number no one answered. When I went inside three employees were standing around talking including the manager. My pick up order was not able to be found and I was told my the manager I was at the wrong store. I had the email proving that I was at the correct store. Instead of helping me the manager took a phone call and refused to help me for almost 20 minutes. This phone call was no another customer it was someone she needs. She knew I was waiting and made eye contact with me numerous times. I said to the two cashiers that she was one of the worst managers I had ever experienced, and she finally said she had a customer to help. I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated at this store. It is not the only time I have had terrible customer service. I will never be returning to this store

They keep a nice selection of supplements. That aren't easy to find at other pet stores. Recently started my 12yr old Rottweiler on CBD for dogs. To help with her daily aches and grouchiness.

They have a great variety of options to choose from for my cat, their prices are good and in some instances even better then anywhere else. I got lucky recently and purchased two of the pricey brand flea and tick collars and got a big unexpected discount. Needless to say I was thrilled. Fast and friendly service. I’d highly recommend making This place your go to place for pet supplies.

I had a great experience here this past week. The employees were helpful and Ali was very knowledgeable in the cat litter. I was looking for a new brand and type to try for my kitten and she took the time and explained the different types and how they worked. She also answered all the questions I had. I will definitely return to the store for my pets needs.

I dread having to come in and buy dog food when I have my infant daughter with me because it’s difficult for me to carry her car seat and the heavy bag. I couldn’t avoid it this time though, so I was really grateful when one of the staff members, Aeustyn, saw me struggling and offered to carry the food to my car for me!

The staff was SUPER friendly and most helpful. They immediately let me know my "online" order wasn't ready and instantly went to get the items I had asked for and brought them to the register.This was the most customer based "service" I have received in any store, in a very long time. It made me think of the 80's (when CS still mattered) - they were so amazing.This business really cares about SERVICE. I will go back *(every time) I need pet supplies because they were so focused *on me and *my pet needs.10 **********!
