I’ve gone here so so many times, and I’ve never had a bad experience with employees, until i went today. Very rude employees, they don’t greet you even if you greet them, i saw multiple customers come in after me who’ve said hi, and the two girls at the checkout stared and ignored us, and seemed bothered that we were all interrupting their conversation. Someone asked a question regarding what all was in stock of that theme and they replied in a snarky tone that “whatever we have for that is down that aisle.” And kind of shooed them away.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST! Go to the better costume shop in the mall across the street! Absolutely a joke of a store (no pun intended). Bought costume that had a tag saying ask for mask at checkout. When I asked they said, "someone had bought it before and they couldn't find the mask". So they actually asked each other, "should I look for it?" smh. When the girl "looked for it" all she did was lean over a big box of junk and move a couple things on the very top, then turned and said, "I can't find it". Then they asked if I wanted a discount, but the costume was nothing without the mask, so they had to call the manager to get permission to return it. This place completely wasted half an hour of my time. In conclusion they had sold a costume and couldn't find the mask, that happens, but then they PUT IT BACK OUT without fixing the sticker implying they had the mask smh. This place is serious one of the worst stores that I have visited in a long time. Shame on you Party Place.

Staff was friendly and offered to assist in what I may need to find. They had everything I needed to get for both kid's parties and everything was easy enough to find. I was impressed with the theme selection and pricing was fair in my opinion.

Terrible store! Safety and OSHA violations galore. Unhelpful and rude staff. Can't read the price on anything. A total mess, super cheap and generic junk. A terrible knock off of Party City.

Nice selection of items. Walked in 20 minutes before closing, employee says "we close in 20 minutes" as we walk in, nothing else like "hello" or "can we help you?" Then as checking out, the other employee is already locking the door about 5 minutes before closing. Guess customers are not as important as getting closed for the day.

Sunday, February 28th. Store hours are 10-8. I arrived at 10, stayed for 15 minutes and they never opened the doors. Came back at 5, lights on this time and I could see workers. However the door was locked and sign said closed. Why don't you follow your hours?

They are efficient. However, friendliness of the staff needs serious attention.I actually try to avoid having to use them. But, at this point they're the only big box party supply merchant.I guess if you're in a pinch they will suffice.

I am an employee here, and the store has a great selection of items. I shop here myself, and my co-workers are always super friendly. Great for huge shopping trips or just buying a piece of candy. Also a family store!

I went to party place for a small package of black cups. I couldn't find what I wanted and asked for help. This amazing sales clerk looked and found a package of cups in the wrong place. He made my day.

Had the balloon in stock that I was looking for, but when they filled it up with helium they must not have secured it enough or just didn't care to fill it up all the way because it started deflating before I even got home 20 minutes later

Well its called Party Place and it lives up to the moniker. Has a large and varied selection of supplies for birthday and graduation and also for many themed parties like Hawaiian or Vegas. Also has a great selection of Halloween decorations and costumes.

They didn't order enough helium to fill balloons. It seems like they could have gotten a $30 helium tank at Wal-Mart to cover any walk-in balloon orders. The rest of the party supplies were solid though.

When I asked staff if they had a couple different things without even looking they said, "no, we don't have that '. Then I found 1 of the things they claimed not to have. I came from out of town just to go to party place. Very disheartening.
