Came in on a Sunday, spent $78 on dinner for a family of four. Have been to many Paneras all over the country and know what to expect. Price isn’t an issue. But…Service here was hilariously, embarrassingly awful.Worse was the food — you could tell beyond a shadow of a doubt that they were running low on chicken and they cut apart barely thawed, icy chicken and hid it under the lettuce of all our salads.Plan on reporting this location to whoever the regional manager is. Place needs shut down and re-tooled.

This location does a good job of keeping the restaurant clean and keeping the self-serve drinks/cups refilled. There are two touch screen ordering kiosks available, which is nice. It's a fairly busy location, but the wait time isn't too bad. The only negative remarks I have are that the pastries have been a little overcooked, and the flat bread pizzas have been a little undercooked lately.Parking: You have to be careful. The parking lot is pretty much a one way street, and the drive-thru connects and loops back through it.

It's a Panera, so yah.. that. Decentish food, although I'd recommend supporting local businesses like Main St Deli. It is a good place for informal business meetings or MLMs if that's your thing. Has a nice fireplace.2.5/5

It's a Panera like any other. Wait times were good and my special order was made just the way I asked. There's nothing bad to say, which is all one can ask for with a national chain restaurant.Vegetarian options: I avoid meat and Panera has some decent options for me. Just make sure to get an alternative to Caesar dressing if you go that route and don't want a dressing with anchovies in it.

We have ordered Greek Salads three times from Tiffin Ave Panera in Findlay,Ohio. They were very disappointing. Very small and I ordered 4 full salads and could have combined them into two.No toppings and expensive for what was given.We have ordered these many times through the drive thru and the past three times once in November once in October and once in September 2022, have been very small and no toppings.In the past they were very well topped and had plenty in the bowl.

Not a great experience. You can only order at the kiosks which is only mildly inconvenient because we have a large family. You’d think with all of the extra people around since they don’t have anyone manning the front counter (and there were a lot of employees present) the place would be clean and the service would be fast. But no. This restaurant was dirty, including the bathrooms. They were out of almost every bread option for sandwiches and it took forever to get our food.

The food, if we get it is always fine. But ALWAYS check your online order! Almost every time we go and order lunch online or app, it is either missing ingredients we paid more to add or even whole sandwiches before. Workers don't seem to be happy with their work and it shows.We still go, because we love the food, you just have to be vigilant to make get what you pay for.

Make sure you check your order at pick up. I ordered a sandwich with no cheese or avocado yet it had both. Called about it but spent almost 10 min going through the auto system or on hold.. rest of food was good... just none of the customizations were done. Allergic to cheese so my sandwich was a no go.

Panera is my absolute favorite restaurant; but these girls here are so rude. The dining room is always filthy, I have to Rob their hand sanitizer to clean my table. Customer service here is dead.

This place is the worst. Can’t really decide if the food or the service is the worst part. There is no consistency with the food. They are often out of items. Their employees are exceptionally rude. I was curious about what kind of cookie was in the bags that were by the register for sale. I asked the clerk what they were and she rolled her eyes and said cookies. Really? I can’t imagine how this place is ever going to stay in business.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The staff is extremely rude. Then you pay a premium for sub par food. The spicy chicken sandwich is at best a 6 dollar sandwich. They charge $11.19 for it. Ridiculous.

Recently asked myself why I hadn't been to here in a while. So I went back. Food was good the first time and then today happened. Got in line behind a woman driving a Tesla making order after order. This went on for at least 5 minutes. I placed my single Item order when she was finished. I pulled around and sat for 12 minutes before they came to the window for her. They then proceeded to play credit card shuffle for at least 4 different orders that she was purchasing. Finally 5 minutes later I pull up to the window. They give me my receipt and food at the same time because my sandwich had been sitting for 10 minutes. I pull away and head down the road pull my sandwich out and got the cherry on top to all of this. They put the wrong thing in the bag. So I wasted 25 minutes and was almost late for work to pay for something I did not get. So now I remember why I stopped going before. Shame on me for guessing their customer service might have improved.

Good Panera food, but you count on having to clean your own table. They brought me a cup instead of a bowl of soup and it wasn't worth dealing with the workers to get it corrected. My wife and daughter each got a bowl of soup. Each was about half full. I think they were running low. Definitely the worst Panera I've ever been to.

Food was good except the Pepsi. Told an employee at the order counter that the Pepsi was flat and I needed another glass when it was fixed, please. Saw her speak to a manager... no change in poor quality when checked again 35 minutes later.. December 27. 2018 2:40 PM Findlay Ohio. No offer for refund for the drink.
