From being out of town and cover over the window I didn't realize I should have rang the bell for someone else to help. The 🍦 was good.Parking: Extra parking in the back lot.

One of my most favorite places in town! I absolutely love the pulled pork nachos with everything on it!!! My family loves this place just as much! Once a month we go for lunch and ice cream! It has become a family favorite tradition for us. No matter the wait time, it is worth a visit ✨️ ☺️

Went there today thinking i'd have a hot fudge Sunday with my elderly mother. The lady at the window was rude. I asked for a lid for the hot Fudge sunday no Lid This must be the owner's wife. The cup was three fourths full about an inch from the top not worth $4 won't be back next year promise you that

This place is super friendly but ask the front if you have allergies (and it's not their fault) if they have dairy free ice cream or not. They have Dole Whip for dairy free. Went and sadly found they were out of Dole Whip the time I went. Was disappointed but understood. Probably is very popular. However still recommend this place for those who can't have dairy. For those who are just lactose free, this place is for you cause they have many lactose free flavors.

They offer a vegan flavor every day and they are great! Nicely flavored and not too sweet. They aren't loaded with tons of artificial colors either. The pic is of strawberry cheesecake flavor.

Not the greats ice cream joint in town. They don't clearly state what kinds of soft serves flavors they have, nor do they clearly state what dips, toppings or condiments they have instock. There food is horrible and takes far to long subsequently pushing customers out in the main street(Trenton Ave.) The only thing that is certain is they carry ice cream.... If your interested in visiting this place, call first to see if they carry what your after!!! Saves everybody time lmaoEdit. The owner seems to want to comment on here stating that my review is wrong. Do you really think that's the way you want to go. I am not mistaken, the reason your line is in the street multiple times a day is entirely YOU and your staffs fault... Not the result of people actually liking your place. YOUR CONVENIENT on a hot day, and you can pay rent way to go bub. Get off your high horse and except a bad review and use it to make you and your unintelligible staff that can't answer questions better, or don't. Your going to get my criticism in person next time your at MY convenience, and if your ego is as big as your keyboard my half a million followers will love you!!Maybe if you put up a normal sign clearly stating what you have you might get that line going alittle faster... your problem isnt you have a lot of shakes. Your problem is your advertisement it's archaic and causes you to push your customers onto a busy street BLOCKING TRAFFIC. Do you really think having your "full menu" conveniently placed in a spot that only the cars in front of your ordering windows directly can see is a good idea. or that huge "main" sign that your boasting about that only 1 maybe two cars can see fully at a time. And second off I'm going to check your annual earnings. Because it seems you are aware of the problem your store is cause blocking traffic. And your negligence to hire a minimum wage employee of yours to go out there and direct your customers to that conveniently places street right behind you is going to catch up to you... Humble yourself!!

This place does different flurry every month. They come up with some crazy stuff. Most of them are great.My personal favorite is the monster Sunday. For $6 you get a quart of ice cream with 3 toppings of your choice along with whip cream, cherry and nuts if you want. When your a ice cream freak like me you seriously have a hard time finding a better deal in soft serve ice cream any where. When the craving for lots of good ice cream hits the monster at Mr twister is the only way to go.

Soft serve was uncharacteristically soft and watery. Ordered medium vanilla cone and it was smaller than wife's SMALL chocolate one. Was not offered refund/coupon for difference when complained, just told it was " machine soft and they couldn't get a medium amount on cone, sorry."We are regular customers, during the summer 4 of us go at least once a week, am seriously considering going to Archie's or Jolly Dipper.

One of my favorite places in Findlay. They have great soft serve desserts, and some inexpensive sandwiches and snacks that are great for lunches, especially. They do call-ahead for pick up with minimal waiting. Plus, they stay open longer than most ice cream shops where I live in Toledo (they are only closed for a month or two during the winter).

Not as good as D Bros here in Findlay. Price wise compared to them, the ice cream is amazing. The food here is actually pretty awesome too! I'm not a pork guy at all but the pork nachos are top notch. Always happy with what I get here!

Its amazing and fairly quick. The prices are a bit much, but the ice cream is BEYOND worth it. It is so good. The food is high quality too. They take special orders for kids too like layering of flavors or toppings. They are so friendly.

Owner is EXTREMELY rude! Had to stop and pull into the parking lot due to an emergency. Shop was closed and there where no cars in the parking lot. Owner pulled in and came up to me and asked me "what I thought I was doing sitting here" and "who are you?" that I needed to leave immediately and was not allowed to be there and that he was the owner, i then told him I would leave and I was sorry and he said "yeah you can leave now" and proceeded to point at me to leave. I literally did nothing. All he had to do was politely ask me to leave and it would have been no problem whatsoever. This is the exact reason I moved from this town because of people like this. As a small business owner you should know better then to talk to customers or anyone in that manner. I'm not sure what the owners problem is but I sure hope he had a better day. Will definitely never spend a dollar here and will make sure to let everyone know of my experience. Shame on you!

The owner came out and asked me to move my car as I was waiting on my wife and grandchild to order at the window, I was sitting in my car out of the traffic lane with engine idling. He said it wasn't a designated parking spot. I guess he would rather we take our business to Archie's.

First visit not a great experience. Very simple order of one of the flurries made with chocolate 🍫 ice cream. At the pickup window, it was made with vanilla!!!! No apology from the staff, no offer to correct the order. Apparently the customer is not important.

If you want to customize anything, they will mess it up. I ordered a buckeye sundae (normal) and a Reeses Sundae, add hot fudge and no whip cream. They didn't put whip cream or any toppings, on the buckeye sundae. They even forgot the most important part...the buckeyes!! Then they forgot to add hot fudge to the Reeses sundae. I didn't think I made it that difficult. The only reason why I go there ever, is because it's my husbands favorite place, not mine!

Tired of coming here and never having anything. Thirsty? No sweet tea, but a day old unsweetened tea. You want a slushee? Hope you like it melted, might as well just call it fruit juice. You want that in medium? Well you’re getting a small size. Want cotton candy ice cream? Better get there when they open and hope they have it. I’m glad I don’t get the food here, can’t imagine how wrong it’d come out. Never coming back here again.

Love this place, frequented it often. Then all of a sudden, I order the exact same thing as I always do and it's 1/3 smaller than usual and she tells me that's always the size.I'll go to Archie's.Update: Thank you for responding to my review and thank you for showing concern for my experience.(It was a blizzard)
