DO NOT USE APPLIANCE HOME DELIVERY/INSTALLATION SERVICES.On 12/24/23: Scheduled delivery day #1#1 Problem: Wet and muddy shoes on carpet.#2 Problem: Missing parts for installation.#3 Problem: Dryer cord. The store said we needed one thing, the delivery service said another.#4 Problem: The washer was defective. A new scheduled delivery day to replace it.12/26/23: Scheduled delivery day #2#5 Problem: They had no idea about the defective washer so they came for nothing. Rescheduled delivery for 12/27/23.#6 Problem: Wet and muddy shoes on carpet again. This time I took pictures.#7 Problem: Dryer cord. Still conflicting information. We had a handyman come over and replace our receptable with the newest type and went to the store for the cord he told us to get.12/27/23: Scheduled delivery day #3#8 Problem: No delivery on 12/27 as promised. Nobody knows they had to do that.I've been calling all day. Everyone listens but no solution is provided other than someone will call. Still don't know what day they will come. Online the order says delivered.This may or may not come to a resolution, but regardless I've wasted 3 holiday break days on this mess, I need to deep clean my carpet, and I sill don't have a working washer and dryer.

The app was intuitive and easy to use. Told me exactly where to find the parts I was looking for. Unfortunately they did not have everything I needed to bend pex the way I wanted. However all associates I dealt with were very friendly. The first I encountered in that area was (doing inventory?) unfamiliar with the products and immediately called someone more knowledgeable while still trying to assist me.

This location had an amazing garden area set up with a surplus of plants of different varieties. However, I hadn't been to a Lowe's in several years and was really taken by surprise at their high prices.

Over the last 8 years I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Lowe’s. I recently went in to inquire about warranty terms on a Bali Shade I had purchased. The associates were not knowledgeable of the products they’re selling. The associate didn’t know warranties or even try to find out. She just gave me the number to Bali company and suggested I call them myself. After I did their job and found out my shade was out of warranty. I went back with my receipt and measurements to purchase a replacement which again felt as another Lowe’s associate was not trained in the products they sell. I hope management takes these comments constructively and trains their teams.

Doing an installation for a tankless water heater. Was kind of surprised at the lack of selection of fittings/ hangers for pex. Staff was courteous and helpful but had to go to Menards to pick up more parts.

Some of the staff were kind and helpful. Some were not. I watched one associate be very rude to a customer and then when he was getting carts in the parking lot he almost let one roll right into my car. Also the prices for the garden department were not all that great, even on the clearance rack.

I mean Lowe's is Lowe's. They can be pricier than Menards sometimes, but it doesn't hurt to compare for sure. Savings is savings. Dropped in here looking for a grill.

Extremely disappointing carpet installation experience. The carpet was installed 4 weeks late, and the bulk of the delay was due to a lack of timely communication and follow-up from the store employees (not supply chain issues as Lowe’s continues to claim). I had to call the store and the corporate Installation Support Team repeatedly to get updates, and I was lied to and given inaccurate information on several occasions. When the carpet was finally installed, the installers damaged several things in my home and left the house a mess. Excessive carpet fibers and dirty handprints were left all over the house, which took hours to clean up. Two razor blades were left on the floor - a huge safety hazard. Lowe’s has been very difficult and frustrating to work with and doesn’t seem at all interested in making things right. I had to call 5 different times before my property damage claim was actually filled. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Holly went above and beyond to help me with my online order and when I needed to return a few unneeded items from the project, she remembered that I had left my tape measure behind and had it set aside behind the counter for me when I came back.

I placed an online order for pickup at this location. When I went to pick up my order it was misplaced. It seemed to be very disorganized. I do not recommend online ordering for this location.

My experience with Lowes has been a nightmare. Summary is multiple damaged appliances, delivery people scratched and damaged the refrigerator, washer didn’t work, delivery people scratched our new hardwood floor, blamed me and claimed it was already there. Floor was less than a week old. Ordered three times with multiple issues. I finally told them to come pick up the items. The sales people were friendly and felt very sorry for our experience, but they have a 3rd party delivery company and say it is out of their hands after the sale.

Went to Lowes to buy a freezer. The one we wanted was out of stock. The associate, Shawn, called around and found a store nearby that had one in stock. He asked the person to physically check the item before he sent us 40 miles to pick it up. Confirmed the product, gave the associate on the phone our name. When we arrived, Char, the other associate was waiting for us, confirmed the item. Char and her team member Doug, answered all of our questions and even helped load the freezer onto our truck!! Great customer service!!

Went in Saturday around noon for some spray foam insulation. Isle closed, no one readily available to assist. Walked around store awhile before checking back and noticed a lot of isles with barricades closing at least part of them. (Probably 10 or so). Decided to go to Meijer and get the insulation along with a few groceries.

Will never ever again. Spend a dime in any Lowes Store. Scheming, scamming, lieing P.O.S. place. Sell people an $1k Bosch Dishwasher. Talk you into a extended warranty. Then when something breaks they can't locate the warranty. Oh wait you have receipts and proof of warranty. Oh well our records show it expired magically. Even though it's still in the dates. AVOID LOWES APPLIANCES!

I had a refrigerator delivered today and Oscar and Eric were great they made sure I was happy with the results because the store was to put the door on the other way but did not so Eric and Oscar fixed the problem they are wonderful to go the extra mile to make a customer satisfied

I was purchasing lumber for 10 raised gardens for our local AmVets Post for the Veterans to be able to plant vegetables without crawling around on the ground, so I arrived at the Lowes store was directed to the service counter apparently for commercial customers and was eventually greater by an individual with less than stellar people skills, I explained my project and explained I would be ordering and paying for the material and would need it delivered, I just dismissed me and said there was nobody available? I thought that was what he was supposed to be doing...

Findlay Lowe's was great and knowledgeable as we are in the market for an oven-range. Fremont Lowe's said what we were looking for was DEFINITELY in-store here and after the drive, in my truck, you think they had it? Nope. We ordered anyway and came out to eat. Thanks to the staff for extra questions answered. 1 last thing...people in Findlay can't park!

Worst customer service/delivery experience we have EVER had. We will never be purchasing from Lowe's again due to the absolute LACK of customer service and terrible delivery service we experienced after purchasing a major appliance. We were given a delivery window of 12-4 in which we were home the entire time. We called at 4:30 after it didn't arrive and were told that we were not in their system. Finally, after talking with 3 people they told us that their driver was there and we were not home. We completely re-arranged our entire schedule to ensure we were home, had our garage doors open, and cars there. They rescheduled us for 3 days later, showed up after their alotted delivery time and multiple phone calls/hours on hold, looked at the fridge and our door and said it wouldn't fit.. they didn't even try and just left it in the garage. After we personally had to move and get the fridge into our home, we noticed a dent in the top corner. The only helpful person we worked with through all of this was the Lowe's GM. As I have now been on hold for over an hour with the delivery customer service number to provide feedback, they hung up on me before I could even speak. Terrible Terrible Terrible experience. We will never be back until Lowe's changes their delivery methods. Stay FAR away!

My husband called early in the morning to ask them if they price match with Home Depot, they said yes that we just needed to pull it up online and have the product number. Well my husband went in before work only for them to tell him they won’t do a price match because there is not one in town that has that mower available… never told my husband there were any stipulations - they just wanted the sale and we’re EXTREMELY rude to my husband while he showed them that Toledo had 6 in stock. But nope, they wouldn’t do it. After we’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars this year at Lowes building a fence and putting in new flooring. They could care less about their customers. We certainly will not be coming back.
