We just did a big remodel of our master bathroom and closet as well as our outdoor living space. Legacy did such an amazing job with our countertops for these spaces! I honestly felt all that was important to her was my happiness in the end result. Consultant, Matt Scalf, was very professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process for my new granite countertops, from the start until the finish. He was my main point of contact and always eager and willing to help answer any questions or concerns. He was very informative and helped make this project a smooth process.Project Manager, Brad Neise, was very professional and detailed when stopping out to take measurements. He also answered questions and concerns while he was on site, ensuring everything was accurate and to my requested specifications.Installers, Zack Davidson and Jake Chortie, were on point with the installation. They arrived on time and immediately started working. While working they were always considerate, careful, and respectful of my home, taking all necessary actions to keep from damaging anything. They too were very helpful, friendly, and polite. After install, they confirmed the installation was to my satisfaction, answered my questions, and explained the proper way to care for my new countertops.Overall, I am extremely pleased and impressed with the entire Legacy team, and I highly recommend them.

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had. From the moment we walked in we were mesmerized by the showroom and all the large slabs of stone to walk thru and look at. The staff was amazing. Not trying to make a sale but more of listening to what we were looking for and trying to show us what met that request. Matt in sales was very knowledgeable and useful in selecting matching colors. Once we purchased the field support was the same level of top notch expertise. From measuring to install, very seamless and again knowledgeable. Legacy is a good reason to shop local and the commitment to support the purchase long after the sale was a selling point for us. I would highly recommend Legacy to anyone looking to purchase a natural stone counter top.

From the moment we walked in to the showroom we felt welcomed by the staff. We never felt overwhelmed or pressured by anyone. The showroom is GORGEOUS and welcoming! Great set up to show a variety of styles and designs. Beautiful selection of different types of stone. We are so happy with the end product (kitchen countertops and two bathroom countertops). What we liked best was that the entire job is done by professionals who work for Legacy(no contracted individuals) and therefore; if there were to be any issues, Legacy would have our back. The whole experience at Legacy was amazing. My wife Patty and I visited Legacy after my sister highly recommended them. My sister and a brother had both recently purchased granite countertops from Legacy and were very pleased with the results. We received a prompt quote from our kitchen drawing and took several samples home to compare. Long story short, we chose the Blizzard Granite and within two weeks they were installed. We were building a new house and had designed the entire house around the kitchen, therefore it was very important to us to find the right counter tops as the island would be the main focal point. We searched for months and visited showrooms all over Ohio and Michigan. Legacy's staff, showroom and selection stood out from all of them! I can't say enough about the exceptional service, the creativity and professionalism of everyone at Legacy. Sammie, Ashley, Brandon, and Israel were responsive, outgoing, patient and talented. They helped us design the kitchen of our dreams and created a special, personalized backsplash that is truly one of a kind! They also made an amazing custom marble sink for one of our bathrooms! If you have a unique idea, they can make it happen! We worked with a lot of companies throughout our build and Legacy was, by far, the best experience. No drama, no issues, and only the utmost professionalism! As an added bonus, their prices were fair and reasonable (especially if you compare with other fabricators)! If you are not in the Findlay area, don't let that stop you from making the drive to their showroom - it is worth the trip (and is easy to get to right off the exit on I-75) - and they did not hesitate to do the work for us in Maumee!

My husband and I were very pleased with the attention that Legacy gave to us during our bathroom renovation. We visited the showroom several times to get a thoroughly understanding of what products they had available and to narrow down the look we were trying to design. I have very high expectations of companies I hire to do work at my home. I was very shocked and pleased when my expectations were blown out of the water by Legacy. From the moment we walked into the showroom, my wife and I were blown away by their customer service. Legacy was nothing short of phenomenal. They made the purchasing experience flawless as they helped us find what we wanted and not what they wanted to push on us. Every person there was extremely courteous regardless that they were not the direct person working with us. Danielle kept insisting she did not know much about the process and repeatedly had already addressed my questions before I could ask them. Such an easy process.The gentlemen that came to measure and later install were very professional and mindful of my home. I particularly liked the explanations of the process and what to expect along the way. The turn around time for the work was half of what I thought it would be. I actually had to ask for more time to prep the kitchen! The seam in the granite is so smooth and even. I am sitting here writing this and actually lost sight of it.All in all, I would recommend Legacy to anyone for making this an easy process, setting expectations that were met or exceeded, and creating such peace of mind for my family.
