We stopped here while passing through town to get some gas and a few supplies. They had a clean bathroom, which was nice! They have a Starbucks located in this store, as well. The aisles were wide and the store was easy to navigate so that I could find what I needed quickly.

Tiffin avenue findlay ohio has a group of employees who badmouth customers and give them dirty looks. I went today got cottage cheese and came home took a big bite and it was moldy. I threw up then got cleaned up went to take it back and employee after employee was rude to me. No compassion. They get to judge you from their kroger cashier ivory tower. This store needs new management.

I've been a Kroger customer for as long as I remember. their stores always have all I need and they are small enough that I don't have to walk so much to find all I want. Their name brand food is wonderful and their rewards program helps you save tons of money on gas.

A bagger , or whatever he is named Ben facial hair, gets carts occasionally, came right up to my wife and daughter with in inches, and touched my daughter on the shoulder, stood there for several minutes, I said why are you up on my wife and daughter like that, he dont listen did it once more i stepped between him and my family he obviously knew he was beingto friendly, he is very creepy, creeped my wife out , my daughter only 7, if she would not been there it would have been a different outcome, lucky for Ben , but Kroger he is a creep, another employer agreed, so we will not be returning to Kroger so I don't get myself in trouble.

Stopped in and grabbed some sushi. They had a bunch of sole rooms, considering how late it was. The sushi was by far the best grocery store sushi I’ve had!

I was in the store before 9:00 a.m. this morning. It was very quiet in the store at that time. The staff was very helpful answering a couple of the questions that I had this morning. Always enjoy shopping there.

I went into Kroger's tonight picked up my groceries several signs did not have the correct information on them. I do not get the newspaper so I do not get the ads but the signs in front of the items should be updated. Apparently three different items that I was trying to purchase at the the price that that item stated was with card was wrong. They would not honor without me uploading the Kroger's app. I have several times had to do this with no success it will not recognize my phone number or my email so comes up with an error. I went to the service desk the service desk lady was trying to help me while a gentleman came around who had nothing to do with the transaction and began to badger me making comments in the background that I should read the ads. I send it to him that if the produce has a sign in the front of it that says with card they should honor it he began to tell me I needed to grow up. Yes I got very very angry while the lady was trying very hard to help me I just said forget it I walked over to a section and put my stuff on a shelf all of it or it did not belong I understand that the man continued to scream very loudly getting everyone's attention that I needed to grow up grow up grow up I heard that five or six times I was very upset and told him he needed to learn customer service and he said no you need to grow up by this time I had half the store looking at me so I left I'm very very upset about this and embarrassed some of the cashiers there are no me very well and no this is not my character. But there's no sense in all this I now went home with a 60 hour week ahead of me and no time or way to get to the grocery store in between so I have no groceries I have no medications that I needed that were in my car there is no sense in all of this I did have a lady outside ask me if I was okay and that that was uncalled for so I appreciated that this gentleman needs to be fired no one should have to go through that

They never have the correct sales listed. My buy one get ones NEVER come off. And they don't believe me, and go check for themselves even after I provide a picture. Then they tell me the sale expired. FIX IT THEN, and take the sticker down.

Kroger is a great grocery store with a lot of quality products available. The Sushi shop in there always makes the trip worth it. If you like Sushi then this is a great place to get some

This place really took advantage of the Pandemic and still is. They instantly raised their prices (extreme increases) almost immediately and have kept raising them well above inflation. I thought for a long time that they were going out of business. Empty shelves while other stores were fully stocked. I can’t even begin to count the number of times that they have been out of eggs-including April 30, 2022. Yet I drive to another store and they are loaded up with eggs. They think that the gas discount is going to keep customers coming back. However, their gas prices are so high in comparison to other local stations that the discount means nothing.

This Kroger is very nice. I am always very impressed by the vegetarian and organic selections that they have available. It is a store that is easy to navigate and get what you need. They also have great fresh sushi and Starbucks available! Not to mention, they are one of the few places that still carries Jones Soda, which I am very appreciative of.

Great shopping experience! This store has recently been renovated and now features a Starbucks coffee bar. Nicely layed out and aisles are wide; this makes for quick and easy in and out for those in a hurry. Self checkout is also available.

Lost my credit card in this store at check out about a year ago. The card had slid under another check out stand. The manager immediately shut down two check outs and got down on the floor with a yard stick and got the card out from under the stand in the next check out. Now that is incredible customer service!! My check out person (apologies for not remembering your name) that day did an awesome job as well. Customer service is awesome! Many thanks to those involved that day, including other shoppers that never complained that two check outs were shut down because of me!

Went here and went to checkout. Stood in line for at LEAST 15 minutes and when we were next to check out the man said he's closing his register and to go to the ONLY other open register that already had a line of at least 10 people with full carts. They had 1 register open and there were a ridiculous amount of people in the store. Who I'm assuming was the manager seemed to be hiding the whole time. We went to the other Kroger and literally got our stuff and got out in the time I was standing in line at this kroger.

For the most part, it has been good. However, on two different occasions I have bought boxes of frozen fish fillets that said there were suppose to be 10 in a box and there were only 8. Then the other day I bought an 8 PC container of chicken from the deli and got it home and there were only 7 PC in the container. Very disappointed.

I'm from out of town and came in for Starbucks. The store itself seemed clean, but the coffee shop only had one barista working at the time. Even though she was busy she was still very nice and displayed excellent customer service.

Used the Click List and the service was just OK. I wouldn't suggest having them pick any of the fruits and veggies. Seems that they always grab the items that are going bad first.They didn't have the coffee that I ordered and replaced it with a decaf. Why? Should have at least replaced with a regular.The person loading the car wasn't very friendly. Usually they are.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. There are multiple check-out lines open. And, they even have an online check list for them to bring your groceries right out to your car. Saves me a lot of time and it's great on a cold day!

Have went to this Kroger a handful of times in the several years I've lived in Findlay.Every single time I've had to wait over 15 minutes before I arrived at the cashier to check out as every single time they've only had one cashier working.I've always primarily shopped at Kroger locations until moving to Findlay. This location has crammed aisle ways to try to force as much product in the store as possible, and the checkout process has been extremely slow every time as described above.I rarely shop here due to these issues. I love the Kroger brand, but this store doesn't live up to the name.

A little expensive on some items, but good sales. The fresh seafood/fish counter and the cheese deli area are exceptional. I go especially for those departments. Also, they have the freshest produce in town. (Tiffin store)

Pretty good selection of foods and I could spend an entire day in the deli and cheeses. People are rude but that's nothing new or different for Findlay, the employees tend to keep their heads down but are helpful when asked and the clicklist is the coolest thing to happen to grocerys since sliced bread. Oh they have a Starbucks if you're in to that stuff

Austin in self checkout made my entire Valentine’s Day weekend. I scanned chocolate covered strawberries but because I don’t have a Kroger card, they were more than I thought. When I asked to take them off, he ended up paying for them and the rest of my groceries. Outstanding employee of the year award goes to him

The renovations are very nice. The deli is improved with nicer cheese offerings, fresh sushi, etc. There is now a Starbucks inside but I know many coffee lovers would have preferred a drive thru to avoid the crowds of teenage girls gossiping over their pumpkin spice, caramel frappacino.The self checkouts are nice. Nothing special about the beer selection but the store is easy to navigate and get shopping done quickly.

Self check out always errors out and you have to wait 5 minutes for an attendant to fix the problem.Update: self check out has been working fine, but attendants now hover over watching you while you check out. Makes you feel like they think your going to steal something. Dropping this to one star and probably going to start shopping somewhere else

Was in there tonight and spent over an hour in the store getting groceries, went to check out and the woman working wouldn't check us out. Would've left zero stars, but that's not an option. She was rude. Not only that you were out of half the items I needed. Why do you have employees that won't do their job? We left a cart full of expensive items, you lost a lot of money!
