Great prices on kids clothing, they also have good selection on dress clothes for boys, I was so glad to find ties for boys and great sales on Nike shoes

Selection is lack luster and customer service is horrible these days. Kohl's used to be known for customer service and now you can't find anyone or they are stand offish.

Shopped in the Findlay, OH Kohl's store on Saturday before Easter, Sunday and would like to share our experience with you. Although the store was busy, it was clean and well organized, my husband and I were greeted by several store associates and asked if we needed help finding anything. The checkout process was efficient with almost no wait.

Kohl's is kind of like Peebles. The regular prices are a little too expensive for my taste, but if you hit a sale, like a clearance sale then good deals can be found. So basically shop in advance for what you want and wait a few weeks and buy it on sale. It does seem like there's always a sale going on at Kohl's though.Sometimes they carry a good selection of big and tall stuff but they don't last long. When my mother passed away a couple of months ago In was fortunate enough to catch watch one of these sales and was able to pick up several sports coats for around $60 reach. I picked up a few. I also snagged a couple pair of nice dress pants for around $25 - $30 each, which was good timing because all of my clothes were getting way too big for me as I have lost close to 180 lbs.All in all, my wife loves to shop at Kohl's so what can I say... we shop at Kohl's.

Great Kohls Store! This store is very clean, organized and they have clean bathrooms. Our cashier was Mary C. and she was the best! She was very knowledgeable and friendly.

It's a nice place I like it! It is pretty organized and efficient. They have a large inventory and usually a good Christmas shopping place. Decent place for nice shopping! I like the location as well!

The store personnel have always been the main reason that I still shop Kohl's at all. They are as wonderfully helpful as the online personel are horrible, iunintelligible,, and rude. But locating the review online was a nightmare--took eight tries!

Last days to use my Kohl's cash and right after Christmas. Lots of people shopping.As I waited for a cashier to finish and it be my turn I noticed one cashier smiling and greeting the customers who came to her lane.I was wondering if I'd get her line. I did. II had to return and purchase items at the Findlay Kohls store. Julie at Customer Service helped me through this process which used Kohls Cash and discount coupons. I am 89 and have MD. Julie was so patient and helpful I was very pleased with the transactions when I exited the store. Thanks for hiring caring people

Price mark ups are crazy. The same Hanes Boxer Briefs that are $17 at Walmart cost $42 here. Prepare to get ripped off shopping here.

We went into the Findlay store, about 6pm, for 1 item, a game "That's What She Said". An associate took us to where it should be located, and 2 others assisted us in our search. One associate looked up inventory to discover only one was in the store and not where it should be found. Two associates started searching the store and within 3 minutes it was located and we walked out with our purchase! They were extremely polite, very helpful and happy to help us! Best shopping experience ever! Thanks!

Had a lovely lady hold the door open for me as I had my two small children and was carrying a box. She was very kind and polite. (She was a worker) Unfortunately the women at returns was completely rude as I was trying to explain the product I bought sucked and I tried another one before this one… (it’s also didn’t work well) and she cut me off while trying to explain why it didn’t work well and goes “ I GOT IT!” and throws her hand up towards me. She had nothing but attitude and you could clearly tell she didn’t enjoy her job and just wanted you to not talk.

Kohl’s account hacked. I purchased a couple of gifts from Kohls a few weeks ago and was rewarded Kohl’s Cash to use at a future date. I verified that it showed up in my account and planned on using it last Friday 12/01/2023. I fortunately do not have a credit card with them. My account is merely for online purchases. When I went shopping at Kohls Friday I was told that I didn’t have any Kohls cash even though I showed the cashier the email verifying that I had earned it with my purchase. The cashier told me that it had been used in Woodbridge IL the day before. I live in Findlay OH - a good 6 hours away. The cashier gave me a phone number to call. Of course I was on hold forever. Finally when I reached someone they told me that my account had been hacked and my Kohls cash was used by somebody in IL. They said there was nothing that they could do about it even though my account had been hacked. The cash was gone. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and was told that I couldn’t because that was their policy. I was also told that if I returned the gifts that I bought that the value of the Kohl’s cash would be subtracted from the amount refunded with the return. Poor customer service - in this case no customer service - is the reason that stores go out of business . It is not all of the woe is me excuses that they use. Hopefully, Kohls will go out of business soon and we can get an ethical business here in Findlay.

I went shopping for a dress last night and Mary in the Women's Dept was such an AMAZING help! I appreciated her soo much! I'm a Gen X'er and really appreciate the Hello, Can I help you find something? and then the follow through all the way to the end of my shopping experience! Kuddos to Mary for being Great! :)

It's a nice store. I like the updates they made when they added Sephora. The dressing rooms can use a remodel also. The doors are worn and don't close very well. The doorway to the dressing room also needs a little cleaning. Staff was very busy replacing clothes that people tried on so the dressing room was not cluttered. The cashier was great at checkout and very pleasant.

Findlay Kohls was a great place to shop! The dressing room stalls are large, the associates so courteous and helpful (ask for Julie at the customer service desk- she’s awesome!) and the store is neat and tidy.. I highly recommend.
