I drive by when going towards the hospital; so today I decided to stop after a doctor's appointment. I tried the Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae; I ordered a Medium and it was a very good size. I was asked if I wanted nuts, whipped cream and a cherry and I said yes. The sundae also had vanilla ice cream, brownie pieces and of course hot fudge. It was great and I am glad I decided to stop for my first time at the Jolly Dipper.

I love Jolly Dipper especially in the summer time. Its always nice to go for some ice cream after a fun long summer day. The people there is always welcoming and the service is great the food also is so good. I been coming to Jolly Dipper since I was a really little kid I have a lot of fun memories there with my friends and family

I appreciate the Dole Whip so much. Not every summertime ice cream shop offers a dairy free product and the Jolly Dipper offers TWO flavors at a time! Thank you! Pomegranate and cherry are my two favorites so far.

It is your typical soft-serve place with a few extra nice features. Someone definitely spent some time redesigning and updating this classic establishment of Findlay by painting the tables and building with a lovely color concept and adding some extra outdoor furniture. Different than the pealing pink paint I remember from my childhood. Additionally they now have a drive-thru, although I will admit that the entire time I was there outside the same cars were still in line. Overall a good experience and for a belated fathers day.4/4

Service was fantastic! Ice cream was delicious! My kids especially enjoyed the bucket of sidewalk chalk to draw with while they ate!

The ice cream was good but my (cyclone, blizzard, whatever it's called) wasn't mixed very good. All the candy was at the bottom. There were super busy though, so for this time around, I'll still give them 5 stars. They did a pretty decent job moving people through the line

Small portions for price. Charged $.75 extra for chocolate syrup in Flurry and couldn't tell any was added. Response was their prices for syrup had gone up. Recommend raising the price another $.05 to be able to taste chocolate. Your either going to loose customers because of prices or not getting what was ordered.

They have a ton of ice cream and food options, they're soft serve may be the best in town! I love that they create seasonal sundaes and collaborate with other local companies to make unique menu items. They're staff is also the best!

We were here visiting from Florida on May 10th, 2021 with several friends from out of town. We got to talking and lost track of time. We realized they were closing in 25 minutes. 7 of us got in line, placed our food and ice cream orders. Everything came out perfect. The young ladies working were very efficient and friendly. Excellent job, excellent food. We've only had good experiences here over several visits.

I found Jolly Dipper to beq a great place for ice-cream in Findlay Ohio. I got a medium Turtle Sundae. It was a nice size sundae at a good price. The line wasn't too long. They take your order while you're waiting in line, a lady brought it out to me, and it was delicious. Then I paid at the window when I was up there. Easy drive to and from. Easy access. I'll go back again.

I was on a trip with a few family and we decided to stop in Findlay and saw Jolly Dipper on the way. The line was pretty long and with experience from other ice cream shops we went to the order and pick up. The ice cream is really good but I can't say the same for the employees.The girl that took her order was unprofessional and overall rude. Every time she would ask "Is that all?" And we'd say no, she rolled her eyes at us and she mumbled something incoherent. She purposely took a while to give us a total. By that I mean she would stop to talk to her friends/coworkers, move slowly around the kitchen, I think she may have stuck her finger into my mum's ice cream because we found nail polish in it.When we were waiting for our ice cream we noticed that there was just a bunch of the employees sitting around and talking to each other, not doing anything. Making their own ice creams which I'm sure your aloud to do as long your on break or something, but many of the employees were not doing their jobs.The ice cream is great just the employees are rude and lazy and the line is ridiculously slow.

Good prices, nicely remodeled... But with five girls working idk why it took so long to be helped with only one person in front of me and when I only bought five cones and a dog treat, they forgot my order twice and entirely forgot my dog treat. Other then that the I cream was wonderful!

The Jolly dipper is Legit! They have non-dairy Dole whip, which they recommended for a vegan alternative for a friend, and it was so delicious I had some also. The ice cream is also fantastic, great Sunday creations, super awesome staff, and yummy food too. Love this place

It has been 4 years since we had moved out of Findlay. Stopped in there today , we heard someone new owned it and we loved the old jolly dipper. I am sorry to say we were really disappointed. I hot a shredded chicken , was impossible to eat it was so sloppy the bread turned to mush, the ice cream tasted nasty , my son did like the pizza burger. Won't be going back.

Disrespectful ManagerMy family and I just got back from the craziest experience I've ever had from someone in the service industry.We came to get ice cream and waited in the car line for approximately 20 minutes without the line moving. My wife who has worked in the service industry went up to the front window to see if everything was okay and a young lady said the car was waiting for their fryer food. She made the suggestion to have that car pull ahead and park so the line could move. We got to the window to order and another young lady was very rude and aggressive saying we had no reason to be complaining.... we weren't even complaining we were just wondering why the line wasn't moving. We said we'd park so the line could move. The same lady brought our food out and we asked for a managers name and she said she was the manager and her name was Cecilia. She then started screaming at my wife in front of our two young sons who were terrified. She was waving her arms around and yelling at us so we just rolled up our windows and drove off. My son's are still freaked out and my wife and I are just at a loss wondering if that lady is okay or if she's under the influence or something. We will never be back and we will be informing our numerous family, friends, co workers, sports teams we are affiliated with, and anyone else that this place in NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. Sad because the ice cream is good but we will stick with Archie's and Dietschs from now on. Hopefully the owners take a look at the cameras and see Cecilia verbally attacking customers and perhaps give her some training on how to behave.

Jolly Dipper has been around for as long as I can imagine. I’ve been going to this place for over 20 years! The management has change numerous times and I have to say the current management really helps bring this town together. Not only is the food and ice cream good and inexpensive, but they also fed children free lunches during COVID! It’s a shame the Family Video across the street is now a stupid Dollar General. When I lived in Findlay me and my family would go to Jolly Dipper, get ice cream, and find a movie\video game to rent every week!

Ordered 2 Reese's cup flurries and a chocolate shake. My boyfriend's flurry was delicious. On the other hand, mine looked great, but after pulling out a long hair, I just couldn't eat it. Plus, the chocolate shake tasted spoiled and was extremely dark brown....as though there was a lot of extra chocolate added to hide the nasty taste of the spoiled milk. I have visited this ice cream shop a couple times a year since I was young and have never had any problems like this. The Jolly Dipper has always had great food, ice cream and other beverages, so I'm guessing it was just an off day.
