Donnie may need some anger management classes. Came in to purchase a few items and dude decided to slam his hands down on the counter and slam his scanner down as well when I realized whoops, I didn’t bring enough money with me for the items I needed for my store and needed a couple taken off. To be honest it’s very concerning that that level of violence was exhibited over something so simple. I realize people have bad days but if I’m worried about my safety I’m definitely not going to be visiting on my own time and will be hard pressed to stop in and pick stuff up when my store runs out of something.

A cool place to get the same stuff restaurants do. Service and cleanliness were okay. Lots of choices from cheeses to canned goods, fresh vegetables, utensils and other stuff

Two female employees not very courteous when I asked questions. IT had been awhile since I had been there. It will be awhile again before I go back. One just pointed when I asked a question.

Use to come here all the time. When you have a big family it helps with quality and price. This store has it all plus. Planning a big birthday party and they had everything that I needed. Reasonable prices and the quantity that you get. The store is clean and the employees are very nice. Will always go back.

Gordon Food Service has all kinds of excellent products. To many to mention almost like going to a Sam's Club but without the membership fee. If you have never been here your really missing out on some good food products

Have fond memories here of the cheesecake for my birthdays as a kido. Lots of good buys in bulk, but do your research, sometimes it is cheaper at Meijer, Kroger or Walmart, while other times you get major "bang for your buck!"

When entering the store there was five employees talking to each other no one spoke as I walked it. A nice hello or welcome to Gordon's would be great. Communication and eye contact is very important in customer service.Once shopping employees were more then happy to help you find what you need.Store is very clean.

Have bought potato salad in Large cardboard container and it was great. Bought macaroni salad In A plastic container and was embarrassed to claim I had brought it to a funeral dinner. Very runny. Taste was just so-so. Will not buy it again.

Had what we needed. We get the world's finest chocolate fundraiser candy bars here. Our youth sell them to raise money for church camp.

Good supply on hand. Prices are up, like everywhere else, no surprise there. One thing needs attention. Women's bathroom door sticks so badly at the top, handicapped person or elderly would definately be stuck inside. Had to push from outside while my wife pulled from inside.

Great place to go when you need large portions. They also have a lot of different items that you can't fine other places. They were so helpful with our large order.

The 1st time was an awful experience calling the fish there Alaskan anything is a laugh . It tastes like nothing and batter. The 2nd experience boils down to each onion ring being 50 cents . The salad was welted the boil egg green. Ruth the " server " got are fish order wrong and tried to get us to "just try it it's good" we said no and handed it back she literally said we touched it so we couldn't take it back. I'm in the car while the family stays and eats the food we didn't order. Ruth was rude and didn't know costs. I will never give this place another Penny's . Soup kitchens at a homeless shelter is a better bet. Zero stars get your act together!

We went in for our first time today and signed up with the cashier by the door two hours ago. Sorry I didn't catch your name. But the store was clean everything easy to find. We went only to get one item haha yeah right ended up with a mess of things. Very friendly and helpful thanks alot ladies will be using your store more often. - Burrows Family

The customer service is horrible. Customers are people and no matter how they look or how much money you think they have, should always be treated with respect. The way myself and the people I gave a ride to were treated tonight I will not be back to this location.

I have a very picky eater that's main food is pepperoni and they always have a great value for it. We buy many other items at GFS but that's our main repeat purchase. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful.

They were sold out of a lot. Was hoping to get the huge case of hard boiled eggs. Wish there was a way to see the expiration date online for items. Otherwise im wasting a trip there lol.

Food is in bulk! So if your throwing a party and want to save money defently shop here. All deals arent good so be careful but some deals cant be beaten so make sure you know your cost per pound and you will be fine.

Upon entering the store I received a friendly greeting. Through out the store, various employees also greeted me and asked if I need any assistance. All employees were very well manored.
